Nach dem Auffüllen des Schlauchbeutels 12 mit Füllgut 8

beginnt die Hubeinrichtung 10 die Hebevorrichtung 9
zu heben. In Verbindung mit dieser Hubbewegung bewegen
sich die beiden Schweißbacken 13 zusammen mit den beiden
Faltorganen 6 horizontal nach innen, d.h in Richtung auf
die Beutelachse. Durch das Anheben des gefüllten Schlauchbeutels
12 wird zusätzlicher Hüllstoff im Bereich der
Schweißbacken 3 und Faltorgane 6 zur Verfügung gestellt, so
daß die beiden Faltorgane 6 den Hüllstoff nach innen auf
die Füllgutoberfläche falten können. Der rechte Teil der
Figur 1 zeigt die entsprechende Endstellung der Faltorgane
6, in der der Hüllstoff glatt und straff an der Füllgutoberfläche
anliegt und mit dem von der anderen Seite
einwärts bewegten Hüllstoff zur Bildung einer Querschweißnaht
verschweißt werden kann. Die Faltvorrichtung 14 führt
dabei ausschließlich eine Horizontalbewegung durch. Eine
Anpassung der Faltvorrichtung an mögliche Füllstandsschwankungen
ist über eine manuelle Höhenverstellung möglich. In
Verbindung mit der Einwärtsbewegung der Hauptfaltorgane bewegen
sich auch die Seitenfalter 11 nach innen in die im
unteren Teil der Figur 2 gezeigte Stellung, so daß danach
die Querschweißnaht erzeugt werden kann.After filling the
