Such system is applicable to the processors in use in the lottomatic and similar betting offices.

    • Slow validation in the betting operation.
    • Consequence of long client queues waiting to place their bets.
    • Client loss due to the long queues.
    • Income loss for the society and betting manager due to bets not placed.

Claims (5)

  1. The patent system under approval can be installed on the current lottomatic and similar betting office equipment.
  2. The patent system under approval is composed of 3 independent modules which consent an installation flexibility.
  3. The patent system under approval can be applied and integrated to new lottomatic and similar equipement where the modules have to be placed inside the structure.
    The insertion and recovery commands of the coupons and betting slips have to be given by signals that the automatic execution process, has to give.
  4. The coupon insertion module is composed of a motorized part (electrically driven) which feeds the coupon forwards positioning them so they can be taken by the electronic reading equipment; the starting process, after loading the coupons in the intake holder, is given by an automatic coupon presence detector which allows the operator to begin by pressing a button.
    The loading operation continues until the last coupon in the intake holder has been taken.
    Incorrect coupons are taken by the data processing equipment and expelled.
  5. The recovery modules for the played or expelled coupons and betting slips that have been played, are composed of a motorized part (electrically driven) which starts automatically by means of a sensor as soon as the betting slip or coupon comes out of the data processing equipment, allocating them in the respective recovery holder. This operation continues until the last coupon or betting slip has been emitted by the data processing equipment.
