The cable guide tube 29 is simply angled guided and the cable guide tube 23 extends straight through one branch of the cable duct.
- Figure 10 shows a view accordingly an essentially T-shaped cable guide piece 40, which consists of the two branches 41 and 42 and e.g. can be formed from plastic half-shells.
- Cable channels which are created in the manner described are used for laying flat cables for building insulation, especially flat cables for power supply.
- the large cable ducts offer space for cable protection tubes with a large diameter and this corresponding space for Flat cable. Their contact is through known elements, which are placed across the cable can and the insulation penetrating connecting parts have, particularly simple. In this way, the House installation faster and therefore cheaper to be created.
Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bildung
mindestens eines Kabelkanals in einer gemauerten
Wand sowie eine Anwendung des Verfahrens. Ferner betrifft
gemäss Anspruch 16.The invention relates to a method for education
at least one cable duct in a brick
Wall as well as an application of the method. Furthermore concerns
the invention a brick to form a brick
Wall, use of a brick according to
Traditionally, cable channels for House installation cables in brick, intended for plastering Walls after walling by milling out of channels formed. Cable conduits are placed in these channels inserted and fixed in it, e.g. by Mortar. This work is complex and leads to one Weakening the brick wall. With exposed masonry, which is not plastered, milling the cable ducts not possible. This type of masonry must be for everyone House installation connection (e.g. electrical sockets, Switches, radio / TV connections, telephone) a cable duct at the predetermined installation location emerge from the floor slab on which the wall is built and the cable duct must go through the usual way existing vertical recesses of the bricks up to the installation opening for the connection or Switches are guided. This way, only vertical ones Cable guides with a small diameter of the cable guide tube possible. Furthermore, pulling in the cable guide tubes laborious in the usual bricks, as these not specifically to form a vertical channel are designed and the manufacture of the base plate is due to the large number of necessary exit points more complex for cable ducting.
It is also a building block for the mortarless Building house walls from US-A-4 748 782 and US-A-4 769,964 known. Such a building block is also under the Designation Omni Block distributed. This block points different chambers, one being a longitudinal channel forming chamber open at the top and bottom when forming the wall of the house is on the outside and through one Center bar against coming to lie on the room side and open chambers of the building block are delimited below. For Laying of cables in these components It is suggested that the cables in the the longitudinal channel to form the forming chamber. To form a Installation opening on the room side must have an opening in the middle bar of the building block and an opening in the room-side wall of the building block are cut, which is expensive. Furthermore, the whole wall is made of same building blocks built with insulation material have to be filled and because of their large dimensions are not easy to use. As a result of the big Number of large recesses in the module Filling with insulation material in buildings or house walls made of these building blocks structural requirements be given special attention.
The invention is therefore based on the object Cable ducts in masonry in a simple way and without to provide the disadvantages mentioned.
This task is in the process of the beginning
mentioned type by the characteristic features
of
Because the wall is conventional Bricks and special cable duct bricks combined a wall with cable ducts can be practical be formed without sacrificing resilience, whereby through those provided with preformed cable duct sections Bricks can be easily created cable channels are, especially horizontal cable channels, so that on simple way every point of the wall with cable conduit can be achieved. The vertical cable routing takes place thereby in a manner known per se by vertical Openings in the brick, these according to the invention either specially designed as cable duct sections are, so that the insertion of cable ducts also with a large diameter, or several such pipes conventional bricks is relieved, or using special known bricks, which with large vertical openings for receiving Reinforcements are provided, which openings in this Case can be used as cable duct sections.
A brick with a single is preferred Longitudinal channel as a recess to form the cable duct section. Such a stone offers good strength or resilience even with usual brick dimensions.
It is further preferred if installation openings not in the wall by milling out as before or chiseling out a wall piece but through bricks that are molded with a opening on the room side or through Bricks, which are used to create an opening Show weakening zones.
The invention is further based on the object to create a brick, which the said Does not have disadvantages.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Mauerstein mit
den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 11 gelöst.This task is covered by a brick
the characterizing features of
By having the brick in one molded cable duct section can be Cable ducts in a simple way when walling the wall create. The cable duct section is preferably a section coming horizontally in the wall, especially in the form of a gutter in the brick. This facilitates the insertion of the cable duct pipes.
The invention is further based on the object to create a component set by means of which easy to build brick walls with cable ducts are.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Bauteilsatz
gemäss Anspruch 16 gelöst.This task is accomplished through a component set

Im folgenden werden Ausführungsformen der Erfindung
anhand der Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Dabei
zeigt
Figur 1 zeigt in schematischer dreidimensionaler
Figure 1 shows a schematic three-dimensional
Representation of a first embodiment of a brick
according to the invention. The
Figure 2 shows a further embodiment
a brick, this
In
durchgehender horizontaler Kabelkanal ergibt.
Entsprechend
Figure 4 shows schematically the structure of a
Wall with cable ducts with the previously described
Bricks and other bricks. The
In Figur 5
Bodenplatte her von unten her in die Türzarge eintreten
26 angedeutet.Figure 5 shows an embodiment of a
Figuren gleiche Bezugszeichen gleiche Elemente bezeichnen.
Figure 6 shows a further embodiment

bzw. 4' in mehrere einzelne Blöcke 8-17 unterteilt, welche
jeweiligen Mauersteins 7. With reference to Figures 3 and 7, one

Figure 7 shows a wall corner accordingly

verbunden.

The use of the is particularly preferred Cable channels, which are created in the manner described are used for laying flat cables for building insulation, especially flat cables for power supply. The large cable ducts offer space for cable protection tubes with a large diameter and this corresponding space for Flat cable. Their contact is through known elements, which are placed across the cable can and the insulation penetrating connecting parts have, particularly simple. In this way, the House installation faster and therefore cheaper to be created.
