Dies führt zu einer Gewichtszunahme des Pistolenkörpers von etwa 10 %, was dem Ziel der weitestgehenden Gewichtsreduzierung und damit der Entlastung der Spritzlackiererhand diametral entgegensteht. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das große Flankenspiel eines Norm-Trapezgewindes, wodurch der Luftdüsenring dazu neigt, auf der Kugelzentrierung der Farbdüse zu verkanten bzw. zum einseitigen Anliegen kommt, so daß die Mitte der Luftdüse nicht mehr mit der Mitte der Farbdüse zu liegen kommt, wodurch der Spritzstrahl negativ verändert wird. Auch hat sich gezeigt, daß infolge der beträchtlichen Gewindehöhe das Gewinde nicht wesentlich einfacher zu reinigen ist, als dies bei einem Feingewinde der Fall ist. Es besteht die Aufgabe, das Norm-Trapezgewinde so zu modifizieren, daß es optimal als Gewinde für Pistolenkörper und Düsenring geeignet ist.In order to remedy these disadvantages, it would be obvious to use a fine thread To replace trapezoidal thread. Claims (6)
