- Vorrichtung zur Abführung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Karton-, Papier-oder Tissuebahn aus einer Trockenpartie einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung derselben in eine Auffangvorrichtung (2), wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) in der Trockenpartie über beheizte Trockenzylinder (3) und Leitwalzen (4) läuft und zumindest überwiegend von wenigstens einem Trockensieb (5) geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens ein steuerbares Trennmittel (6) vorgesehen ist, welches die Haftkräfte zwischen Faserstoffbahn (1) und Trockensieb (5) zumindest verringert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens ein Trennmittel (6) im Umschlingungsbereich eines Trockenzylinders (3) und/oder kurz davor angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens ein Trennmittel (6) nach dem Umschlingungsbereich eines Trockenzylinders (3) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) auf der der Faserstoffbahn (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trockensiebes (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) als Luftdüse (7) ausgebildet ist, welche Druckluft durch das Trockensieb (5) auf die Faserstoffbahn (1) richtet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) als Luftleitelement (8) vorzugsweise in Form einer quer zur Faserstoffbahn (1) verlaufenden, flexiblen Klinge ausgebildet ist, welches die vom Trockensieb (5) mitgeschleppte Luftgrenzschicht zumindest teilweise staut und durch das Trockensieb (5) zur Faserstoffbahn (1) drückt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
am Trockenzylinder (3) nach dem Umschlingungsbereich der Faserstoffbahn (1) ein Schaber (11) zu Abführung der Faserstoffbahn (1) angreift. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) Teil einer Luftleiteinrichtung (9) ist, welche im Bereich zwischen Trockenzylinder (3) und Leitwalze (4) angeordnet ist und im Normalbetrieb die sichere Führung der Faserstoffbahn (1) am Trockensieb (5) gewährleistet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) auf der dem Trockensieb (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1), vorzugsweise im Bereich einer Leitwalze (4) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) als Druckdüse (10) ausgebildet ist, welche einen gasförmigen oder flüssigen Druckstrahl zur Abtrennung der Faserstoffbahn (1) zum Trockensieb (5) hin richtet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Bereich eines Trockenzylinders (3) mehrere Trennmittel (6) vorhanden sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest ein Trockenzylinder (3) im Anfangsbereich der Trockenpartie mit wenigstens einem Trennmittel (6) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest ein Trockenzylinder (3) der ersten Trockengruppe der Trockenpartie mit wenigstens einem Trennmittel (6) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Trockengruppe höchstens drei, vorzugsweise zwei und insbesondere nur einen Trockenzylinder (3) besitzt. - Verfahren zur Abführung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Karton-, Papier-oder Tissuebahn aus einer Trockenpartie einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung derselben in eine Auffangvorrichtung (2), wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) in der Trockenpartie über beheizte Trockenzylinder (3) und Leitwalzen (4) läuft und zumindest überwiegend von wenigstens einem Trockensieb (5) geführt wird, ausgestattet mit zumindest einem Trennmittel (6) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Trennmittel (6) nur beim Überführen und/oder einem Abriß der Faserstoffbahn (1) zum Einsatz gebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens ein Trennmittel (6) zum Überführen der Faserstoffbahn (1) in dem Bereich der Trockenpartie eingesetzt wird, in dem die Faserstoffbahn (1) einen Trockengehalt von weniger als 43% hat. - Verfahren Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
wenigstens ein Trennmittel (6) nach dem Überführbereich zwischen einer vorgelagerten Pressenpartie zur Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn (1) und der Trockenpartie eingesetzt wird.
