hintereinander vier jeweils mit einem Druckwerk 4 ausgerüstete
Basismodule 5, die in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau
einander gleichen, und ein Multifunktionsmodul 6 angeordnet.
Das Multifunktionsmodul 6 befindet sich unmittelbar
vor dem Bogenausleger 3. Das Multifunktionsmodul 6 hat wie
die Basismodule 5 eingangsseitig als Bogenfördereinrichtung
eine Bogenfördertrommel 7 und ausgangsseitig einen Bogenführungszylinder
8, der die Bogen an ein Kettenfördersystem
9 des Bogenauslegers 3 übergibt. Bei dem dargestellten Beispiel
ist das Multifunktionsmodul 6 mit einem Trockner 10
ausgerüstet, der über dem Bogenführungszylinder 8 angebracht
ist. Zusätzlich zu dem Trockner 10 kann das Multifunktionsmodul
6 z.B. noch mit einer Pudereinrichtung und
einem Inline-Register ausgerüstet sein. Anstelle dieser
Einrichtungen können jedoch je nach Bedarf andere der oben
genannten Einrichtungen an das Multifunktionsmodul 6 entweder
jeweils einzeln oder auch in Gruppen von zwei oder drei
Einrichtungen an das Multifunktionsmodul 6 angebaut werden.
Von dem Basismodul 5 unterscheidet sich das Multifunktionsmodul
6 dadurch, daß es für den Anbau von einer Reihe verschiedener
Einrichtungen vorbereitet ist, so daß der Einsatz
dieser Einrichtungen mit geringem Bau- bzw. Umrüstaufwand

Bogenfördertrommel 7 auf, die die Bogen von dem Bogenführungszylinder
13 des Lackwerks 12 übernimmt und an den
Bogenführungszylinder 8 des Multifunktionsmoduls 11 übergibt.
Dem Bogenführungszylinder 8 ist eine Numeriereinrichtung
14 mit einem zusätzlichen Farbwerk 15 zur Einfärbung
der Numerierstationen zugeordnet. In Bogenförderrichtung
hinter der Numeriereinrichtung 14 befindet sich außerdem an
dem Bogenführungszylinder 8 eine Pudereinrichtung 16.
Unterhalb des Bogenführungszylinders 8 ist eine seitlich
ein- und ausfahrbare Hilfsstapelauslage 17 angeordnet, die
als Makulaturauslage oder Zwischenauslage genutzt werden
kann. Von der Hilfsstapelauslage kann Anlaufmakulatur, der
letzte Bogen von der Profilpalette im Anleger, die Aussonderung
von Bogen für Non-Stop-Spapelwechsel oder eine
Inline-Qualitätsaussonderung von Bogen aufgenommen werden.
Zur Aussonderung eines Bogens wird der Öffnungszeitpunkt
des Greifersystems 18 des Bogenführungszylinders 8 derart
verändert, daß der Bogen von dem Greifersystem 18 über den
eigentlichen Übergabebereich, bei dem die Übergabe an das
Kettenfördersystem 9 des Auslegers 3 erfolgen kann, hinaus
geführt und in einem nach dem Übergabebereich liegenden
Bereich von dem Greifersystem 18 freigegeben und mit der
bedruckten Seite nach unten auf den Hilfsstapel 19 abgelegt
wird. Damit der Bogen einen Bogenführungskasten 20 unter
der Auslegertrommel berührungslos passiert, kann dort eine
Bogenführungseinrichtung 21 angeordnet sein. Sollen die
Bogen von dem Multifunktionsmodul 11 wieder dem Ausleger 3
zugeführt werden, so wird der Öffnungszeitpunkt des Greifersystems
18 wieder so zurückgestellt, daß die Bogenübergabe
im Übergabebereich an das Kettenfördersystem 9 erfolgt

diese Weise automatisch ausgesondert werden und gelangen
daher nicht über das Kettenfördersystem 9 des Auslegers 3
