Türblätter der im folgenden näher erläuterten Form werden durch die Hörmann KG Freisen sowie die Hörmann KG Brandis bereits seit längerem hergestellt und vertrieben. Bei den bekannten Türblättern der in Rede stehenden Art ist eine aus Styropor, Mineralwolle, in Wabenform zusammenhängender Pappschichten oder dergleichen Dämmmaterial gebildete Füllung an der Außenseite mit beschichteten oder unbeschichteten Metallblechen verklebt. Das so aus Verbundmaterial zusammengesetzte Türblatt erhält seine steife Struktur ohne inneren Rahmen, nämlich hauptsächlich über den Metallblechaußenmantel oder seine Außenhaut aus Metallblech, während das Füllmaterial zur Wärme- und/oder Schalldämmung dient. Solche Türblätter sind aufgrund ihres relativ leichten Gewichtes recht gut handhabbar und kostengünstig in der Herstellung. Sie sind daher besonders gut als Innentüren geeignet. Die bisher bekannten Türen haben aber einem Einbruchsversuch nur wenig Widerstand entgegensetzen können. Dies liegt insbesondere daran, dass das bisher eingesetzte Füllmaterial einen einem Einbruchsversuch ausgesetzten Schloss nur wenig Unterstützung bieten kann. - Method of producing a door panel (10, 80, 70) having- an outer casing (16) of resistant, preferably load-bearing harder material, particularly coated or uncoated sheet metal (19, 21), which covers at least the visible or broad sides (18, 20) of the door panel,- a filler material (22, 81) of a softer, less resistant consistency compared with the outer casing (16), which is surrounded by the outer casing (16) and is arranged or constructed in the form of a sheet or mat andpreferably serves essentially for insulation purposes, and- a multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) comprising a plurality of engagement devices (54, 55; 51, 60, 61) arranged in the end face region (23) on the lock side, which can be actuated jointly, and which serve to engage with fixed abutment elements to provide a locking action, said multiple locking device comprising a lock (47) and a driving element, particularly a push rod (56, 57), at least one (55, 54) of the engagement devices being spaced from the lock (47) and coupled to the lock (47) by the driving element (56, 57) for actuation by means of the lock,characterised by the following sequence of steps:a) the production of a door panel blank such that the metal outer casing (16) also covers the door panel front faces to be arranged vertically, wherein the filler material (22, 81) together with a filler insert in the form of an elongate receiving block (25) formed from a material that can be shaped by machining, which fills at least that pan of the end face region (23) on the lock side in which the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) and its engagement devices (54, 55; 51, 60, 61) are to be accommodated, is fixedly anchored to the outer casing (16),b) the machining, by several milling steps, of at least one concave recess (35) in the receiving block (25) for the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) and its engagement devices (54, 55,; 51, 60, 61), from the end face (12) on the lock side, the multistep milling in a first milling step (94) comprises exposing the receiving block (25) in the at least one portion of the end face (12) on the lock side, in which the at least one recess (35) is to be formed by milling the outer casing (16), in such a manner that only the portion or portions are exposed which in step c) are in fact filled by a corresponding locking bar (48), and indentation or the like of the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) so that in the finished state of the door panel, the receiving block (25) which is disposed on the inside is invisible from outside, and wherein said at least one recess (35) is milled into the receiving block (25) in a further milling step, andc) the insertion of the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) and/or its engagement devices (54, 55; 51, 60, 61) into the at least one recess (35).
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that in step a) a block or block strip (25) based on wood material, particularly consisting of or containing solid wood, plywood or veneered wood, and more particularly consisting of or containing obeche, is used as the receiving block.
- Method according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that in step a) the receiving block (25) is of such dimensions that as a filler insert it continuously fills the entire end face region (23) on the lock side.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that for secure attachment in step a) the filler material (22, 81) and the filler insert (25, 15, 26) are adhesively bonded to the outer casing (16) of their entire surface, while in particular the receiving block (25) is adhesively bonded to the outer casing (16) on both sides, over the entire surface and around the periphery.
- Method according to claim 4, characterised in that a PU-based wood-metal adhesive is used.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that in step a) a block strip (26) on the hinge side in which the door hinges (37, 38, 82) can be anchored is inserted into the outer casing (16) as an additional filler insert in the end face region (24) of the door panel blank on the hinge side and is fixedly connected to the outer casing (16).
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 6, particularly according to claim 6, characterised in that in step a) the door panel blank is constructed to be mirror-symmetrical with respect to the vertical central longitudinal line (83), and in particular the receiving block (25) on the lock side and the block strip (26) on the hinge side are constructed and arranged to correspond to each other.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 7,
characterised in that in step a) a door blank with rebate (14) is constructed, wherein the receiving block (25) and optionally the block strip (26) on the hinge side are rebated, and a metal sheet (19) that forms or covers the first broad or visible side (18) is passed around the horizontal end face regions (23, 24) and is adhesively bonded to the receiving block (25) on the lock side and optionally to the block strip (26) so as to overlap the rebate (14) with a step-like end formation (33), and a second metal sheet that forms or covers the second broad or visible side (20) that comprises the rebate (14) is adhesively bonded on the second broad or visible side to the receiving block (25) and optionally to the block strip (26) and is fixedly connected to the first metal sheet (19) in the region of the rebate, after being bent round over the rebate (14) and the step-like end formation (33) of the first metal sheet (19) engaging thereon,
and in step b) the at least one recess (35) is introduced in the remaining portion of the end face region (23) on the lock side adjacent to the rebate (14). - Method according to one of claims 1 t.o 8, characterised in that when producing, or for the purpose of producing, the recess (35), in step b) at least one receiving groove (41) for a push rod (56, 57) or similar connecting element for connecting an engagement device (55, 54) spaced from the lock (47) to said lock (47) is milled into the receiving block (25), and this is preferably done in a second or third milling step (97) of the multistep milling operation.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that when producing, or for the purpose of producing, the recess (35), in step b) a receiving pocket (42, 43, 44) for the lock (47) and for each engagement device (54, 55) spaced from the lock (47) is milled into the receiving block (25), and this is preferably done in a third or second milling step (97) of the multistep milling operation.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that in step b), in addition to the machining of the recess (35), openings (66, 67) are formed by machining in the broad or visible side(s) (18, 20) for a door handle and/or for a lock operating device, such as a lock cylinder or the like, and this is preferably done by milling and, more preferably, is done during a fourth milling step (90) of the multistep milling operation.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that step b) is carried out using an electronically or computer-controlled multiaxial milling apparatus (89), comprising the following subsidiary steps:aa) introducing the door blank, which has been formed without any stamped or milled cutouts or similar openings, into the multiaxial milling apparatus (85),bb) aligning and preferably centering the door panel blank along a first axis of the multiaxial milling apparatus (85),cc) milling the substantially metal outer casing (16) along the first axis by means of a metal milling cutter (94) to expose the regions of the receiving block (25) that will receive the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63),dd) in particular multistep milling along the first axis to form the at least one recess in the receiving block by means of one or preferably several milling cutters designed for the receiving block material, particularly by means of a wood milling cutter (95, 96, 97),ee) combined milling of the outer casing (16) and receiving block (25) along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, for forming a hole (66) for a door handle and/or a hole (67) for a lock,ff) removing the door panel (10, 70, 80) from the multiaxial milling apparatus (85).
- Method according to claim 12, characterised by the subsidiary steps carried out after step ff) and encompassed by step c):gg) cleaning the door or door panel (10, 70, 80)hh) finishing the door or door panel (10, 70, 80) with a multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) and optionally with a locking bar (48).
- Door panel obtainable by the method according to one of the claims 1 to 13, having:- an outer casing (16) of resistant, preferably load-bearing harder material, particularly coated or uncoated sheet metal (19, 21), which covers at least the visible or broad sides (18, 20) of the door panel,- a filler material (22, 81) of a softer, less resistant consistency compared with the outer casing (16), which is surrounded by the outer casing (16) and is arranged or constructed in the form of a sheet or mat, and- a multiple locking device (58, 59, 63) arranged in at least one recess (35) in the end face region of the door (10, 70, 80) on the lock side (23), and comprising a plurality of engagement devices (54, 55; 51, 60, 61) which can be actuated jointly, for engaging with fixed abutment elements to provide a locking action, said multiple locking device comprising a lock (47) and a_ driving element, particularly a push rod (56, 57), at least one (55, 54) of the engagement devices being spaced from the lock (47) and coupled to the lock (47) by the driving element (56, 57) for actuation by means of the lock,characterised in that
a receiving block (25) is formed as an additional filler insert to the filler material (22, 81) in the end face region (23) on the lock side, and is surrounded and held by the outer casing (16), the at least one recess (35) is cut out from the receiving block (25) made of a material that can be shaped by machining, particularly based on wood materials, by several milling steps, it comprises at least one receiving groove (41) for the driving element, particularly the push rod (56, 57), for connecting the lock (47) provided for actuating the engagement devices (54, 55; 51, 60, 61) to the engagement device (55, 54) arranged at a spacing from the lock (47) and comprises at least one receiving pocket (42 - 44) for the lock (47) and/or for the at least one engagement device (55, 54) arranged at a spacing from the lock (47),
that the metal outer casing (16) is formed in a load-bearing manner and that the softer filling material substantially serves insulating purposes, and the metal outer casing also covers the front face regions (12, 13) to be arranged perpendicularly, except of at least one portion that is filled by a corresponding locking bar (48) of the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63), in such a manner, that the receiving block (25) disposed on the inside is invisible from outside, and that the outer casing (16) on the front face (12) precisely extends to the at least one recess (35) which is open towards the front face (12) on the lock side, for receiving the multiple locking device (58, 59, 63). - Door panel according to claim 14, characterised in that the receiving block is provided as a filler insert, extending right through at the height of the end face (12) on the lock side, which is to be arranged perpendicularly, instead of the filler material.
- Door panel according to one of claims 14 or 15, characterised by a block strip (26) provided as a filler insert in the end face region (24) on the hinge side; in which the door hinges (37, 38, 82) can be anchored, this block strip preferably being provided to run right through at the height of the end face (13) on the hinge side which is to be arranged perpendicularly.
- Door panel according to one of claims 14 to 16, characterised in that the receiving block (25) on the lock side and/or the block strip (26) on the hinge side is made from or with solid wood, plywood or veneered wood, more particularly from or with obeche.
- Door panel according to one of claims 14 to 17, characterised in that the strip-shaped or elongate receiving block (25) and/or the block strip (26) on the hinge side is or are adhesively bonded to the outer casing (16) over their entire surface, on both sides and all around the end faces (12, 13).
- Door panel according to one of claims 14 to 18, characterised in that the filler material comprises a tubular chipboard panel (22), a polystyrene board, a cellular cardboard sheet or mineral wool mat (81), as desired, singly or in multiple combinations.
- Door panel according to one of claims 15 to 19, characterised in that the at least one recess (35) comprises at least one receiving groove (41) for a driving element, particularly a push rod (56, 57), for coupling a lock (47) provided for actuating the engagement devices (54, 55; 51, 60, 61) to an engagement device (55, 54) arranged at a spacing from the lock (47).
- Door panel according to one of claims 15 to 20, characterised in that the at least one recess (35) comprises at least one receiving pocket (42 - 44) for a lock (47) and/or for at least one engagement device (55, 54) spaced from the lock (47).
