Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten von zwei- und mehrteiligen, flexiblen, flächigen Gegenständen, wie Druckereiprodukten, mit einem Zuförderer (12), der dazu bestimmt ist, Gegenstände (10) nacheinander einer Übergabestelle (16) zuzuführen, und einer Wegfördereinrichtung (14) mit hintereinander angeordneten, entlang einer an der Übergabestelle (16) vorbei verlaufenden Bewegungsbahn (26) angetriebenen Klammern (24), die dazu bestimmt sind, an der Übergabestelle (16) je einen Gegenstand (10) zu erfassen und zum Weitertransport festzuhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Zuförderer (12) eine Öffnungsvorrichtung (18) zugeordnet ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Gegenstände (10) durch voneinander Abheben von zwei Teilen (22,22')des jeweiligen Gegenstandes (10) wenigstens bereichsweise zu öffnen, und dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (14) zwischen die von der Öffnungseinrichtung (18) voneinander abgehobenen Teile (22,22') des jeweiligen Gegenstandes (10) einzugreifen bestimmte, mit den Klammern (24) mitlaufende Offenhaltemittel (28) aufweist, die den Gegenstand (10) während des Weitertransports geöffnet halten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Klammer (24) ein Offenhalteelement (28) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Offenhalteelement (28) aus einer Offenhaltestellung (76) in eine Spreizstellung (76') bewegbar ist, um den von der betreffenden Klammer (24) gehaltenen Gegenstand (10) ausserhalb des Wirkbereichs der Klammer (24) weiter zu öffnen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsvorrichtung (18) am stromabwärts gelegenen Ende des Zuförderers (12) angeordnet und dazu bestimmt ist, die Gegenstände (10) in einem Abschnitt der, in Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers gesehen, vorauslaufenden Kante (20) zu öffnen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsbahn (26) der Wegfördereinrichtung (14) am Ende des Zuförderers (12) in einer Richtung quer zur Förderrichtung(Z) des Zuförderers vorbei verläuft und die Klammern (24) an der Übergabestelle (16)in Richtung entgegen der Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers angeordnet sind, um die Gegenstände (10) von der vorauslaufenden Kante (20) her zu umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammern (24) und die Offenhaltemittel (28) bzw. Offenhalteelemente (28) an einem entlang der Bewegungsbahn (26) geführten Träger (82) derart beweglich angeordnet sind, dass sie bei der Übergabestelle (16) relativ zu der Bewegungsbahn (26) auf den Zuförderer (12) zu bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuförderer (12) und, in Richtung der Bewegungsbahn (26), die Klammern (24) kontinuierlich angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in sich geschlossene Bewegungsbahn (26) in einer Ebene verläuft, die rechtwinklig zur Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb der Wegfördereinrichtung (14) eine Auflagesättel (98) aufweisende Verarbeitungseinrichtung (96) angeordnet ist, in einem Transferbereich (100) die Bewegungsrichtung (D,W) und Geschwindigkeit der Klammern (24) und der Auflagesättel (98) wenigstens annähernd gleich sind, derart, dass die geöffneten Gegenstände (10) mit je einem Auflagesattel (98) in kämmenden Eingriff gelangen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuförderer (12) eine annähernd vertikale Stützwand (32), an der anliegend die Gegenstände (10) transportiert werden, und ein Bodenelement (34) aufweist, an dem die Gegenstände (10) mit einer in Förderrichtung (Z) verlaufenden Kante (38) aufliegen, dass die Öffnungsvorrichtung (18) im Abstand zum Bodenelement (34) angeordnet ist und die Bewegungsbahn (26) wenigstens annähernd rechtwinklig zur Stützwand (32) an deren stromabwärts liegenden Ende vorbei verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammer (24) ein Klammermaul aufweist, dessen Kehle (104) an der Übergabestelle (16) bezüglich der Förderrichtung (Z) des Zuförderers (12) in einem spitzen beziehungsweise stumpfen Winkel verläuft.
