Description

  • Die Erfindung bezeichnet ein Bolzensetzgerät mit einer Setztiefenregelung und ein zugeordnetes Regelungsverfahren.
  • Bei Bolzensetzgeräten wird in einem einmaligen Eintreibvorgang, welcher üblicherweise durch die Explosion einer Pulverkartusche oder die Verbrennung eines Gasgemisches in einer Brennkammer entsteht, ein Setzkolben beschleunigt, welcher mit seiner Bewegungsenergie einen Nagelbolzen in den Untergrund eintreibt. Die Bewegungsenergie ist entsprechend der Härte des Untergrundes und der gewünschten Setztiefe durch die Wahl der Pulverkartusche bzw. der Zusammensetzung des Gasgemisches sowie der Veränderung des Brennkammervolumens, der Anfangsposition des Setzkolbens und zugeordneter Dämpferelemente vorzuwählen. Üblicherweise sind dazu Vorversuche erforderlich, welche Zeit und Material verbrauchen.
  • Nach der DE3930592A1 ist ein pulvergetriebenes Bolzensetzgerät mit einem Setzkolben und elastischen Dämpferelementen zur Setztiefenregelung vorbekannt, bei dem mittels manueller Variation der Anfangsposition des Setzkolbens zu den zugeordneten Dämpferelementen über Vorversuche die Setztiefe des nächsten Nagelbolzens einstellbar ist.
  • Nach der EP338257B1 weist ein Mehrschlagnagelgerät eine elektronische Schlagenergieregelung für den nächsten Teilschlag auf denselben Nagelbolzen über eine abgespeicherte Regelfunktion für den Stromflusswinkel des elektromagnetischen Schlagwerks von der erzielten Teileindringtiefenänderung auf, welche mit einem optischen oder magnetischen inkrementellen Wegmesssensor für den elektromagnetisch angetriebenen Setzkolben über die Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes ermittelt wird. Nach dem Erreichen des vorwählbaren Sollwertes der Setztiefe, welche durch eine Summierung der Teileindringtiefenänderungen über alle Teilschläge oder einen Endpositionssensor ermittelt wird, wird der Eintreibvorgang beendet und die Schlagenergieregelung für den nächsten Eintreibvorgang initialisiert. Eine derartige Schlagenergieregelung für Teilschläge ist bei Bolzensetzgeräten mit einem einmaligen Eintreibvorgang nicht anwendbar.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Realisierung eines Bolzensetzgerätes mit einer Setztiefenregelung für einen einmaligen Eintreibvorgang und eines zugeordneten Regelungsverfahrens.
  • Die Aufgabe wird im wesentlichen durch die Merkmale der unabhängigen Ansprüche gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Im wesentlichen weist ein Bolzensetzgerät mit einem, von einem expandierenden Treibgas in einer Brennkammer angetriebenen, Setzkolben zum Eintreiben eines Nagelbolzens in einem einmaligen Eintreibvorgang einen Regelkreis mit einer Regelungselektronik, einem Sollwertgeber für die Setztiefe, einem Positionsmesssensor zur Bestimmung der Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes des Setzkolbens und einem Steuermittel zur selbstständigen Einstellung der Bewegungsenergie des Setzkolbens für den nächsten Eintreibvorgang auf.
  • Beim Regelungsverfahren wird in einem ersten Schritt durch Betätigung des Betätigungsschalters der Eintreibvorgang ausgelöst; in einem zweiten Schritt vom Positionsmesssensor die Position des Setzkolbens während des Eintreibvorgangs zumindest an Stützstellen mehrfach gemessen und daraus von der Regelungselektronik die Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes ermittelt, welche mit der Setztiefe des Nagelbolzens korreliert ist. In einem dritten Schritt wird von der Regelungselektronik aus der Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes und des Sollwertes der Setztiefe für den nächsten Setzvorgang eine Stellgrösse für das Steuermittel für die Änderung der Bewegungsenergie des Setzkolbens ermittelt und temporär als Einstellung für den nächsten Setzvorgang zwischengespeichert, welche in einem vierten Schritt vom Steuermittel eingestellt wird. In den folgenden Schritten wiederholen sich die Schritte eins bis vier periodisch, wodurch ab dem zweiten Eintreibvorgang eine selbsttätige Regelung der Setztiefe erzielt wird.
  • Anhängig von der über den Positionsmesssensor ermittelten Setztiefe des letzten Nagelbolzens wird über die Regelungselektronik die Bewegungsenergie des nächsten Eintreibvorgangs für den nächsten Nagelbolzen bestimmt und über das Steuermittel temporär gespeichert eingestellt, wodurch innerhalb weniger Setzvorgänge selbstständig eine in einen einmaligen Eintreibvorgang erzielte Setztiefe entsprechend des vorwählbaren Sollwertes erzielt wird.
  • Vorteilhaft ist das Steuermittel als ein elektrisch steuerbarer, mechanischer Aktuator ausgebildet, welcher weiter vorteilhaft in üblicher Weise zur Änderung der Treibstoffmenge, des Mischungsverhältnisses, des Brennkammervolumens, der Ablassvorrichtungen für das Treibgas oder der Position der Dämpferelemente ausgebildet ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist der Positionsmesssensor mit mehreren, auf dem Setzkolben axial äquidistant beabstandeten und weiter vorteilhaft rotationssymmetrischen, Sensormarken als inkrementeller Sensor ausgebildet, welcher mit einer, weiter vorteilhaft in die Regelungselektronik integrierten, Zähleinrichtung verbunden ist, wodurch der Positionsmesssensor sehr klein und robust ausführbar ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist der inkrementelle Sensor ein magnetfeldsensitiver Halbleitersensor wie ein magnetoresistiver Sensor oder ein Hall-Sensor, welchem Nasen oder Aussparungen am Setzkolben als Sensormarken zugeordnet sind, die ein permanentes Magnetfeld, welches weiter vorteilhaft durch einen Permanentmagneten erzeugt wird, am Ort des Halbleitersensors für diesen auswertbar modulieren, wodurch ein sehr robuster Aufbau des Positionsmesssensors gegeben ist.
  • Vorteilhaft sind die Sensormarken als schmale Reststege zwischen je zwei eng benachbarten, umlaufenden Rundnuten ausgebildet, wodurch einerseits eine durch die starke Krümmung der Oberfläche an den Reststegen bestimmte Änderung der magnetischen Feldstärke als Messgrösse hinreichend gross und andererseits die Kerbwirkungszahl der Rundnuten für den Restquerschnitt des mechanisch stark wechselbeanspruchten Setzkolbens möglichst gering ist.
  • Vorteilhaft besteht der inkrementelle Sensor aus zumindest zwei Teilsensoren, welche zur Messung eines differentiellen Messwertergebnisses gegenphasig miteinander verbunden sind, wodurch absolute Messwertschwankungen, wie sie insbesondere durch das bis zu 0.6 mm betragende radiale Führungsspiel des Setzbolzens im Führungslauf des Bolzensetzgerätes auftreten können, messtechnisch eliminiert werden.
  • Vorteilhaft sind zwei Teilsensoren um eine viertel Periode der Sensormarken axial versetzt angeordnet, wodurch über den Zeitrang einer in beiden Teilsensoren registrierten Messwertänderung mittels einer Quadraturdetektion die axiale Bewegungsrichtung des Setzbolzens bestimmbar ist, wodurch insbesondere der untere Bewegungstotpunkt über die Richtungsumkehr zuverlässig detektierbar ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist dem Positionsmesssensor ein Zeitgeber zugeordnet, wodurch der untere Bewegungstotpunkt über das Zeitmaximum zuverlässig detektierbar und zusätzlich in Verbindung mit der Periodenlänge der Sensormarken die Geschwindigkeit des Setzbolzens, welche mit der Setzenergie korreliert ist, berechenbar sowie eine Berechnung der Härte des Untergrunds nach dem Windsor-Verfahren ermöglicht wird, welche vom Bolzensetzgerät anzeigbar ist.
  • Die Erfindung wird bezüglich eines vorteilhaften Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert mit:

  • Nach der Fig. 1 weist ein schematisch dargestelltes pulverkraftgetriebenes Bolzensetzgerät 1 einen, von einem expandierenden Treibgas einer Pulverkartusche in einer Brennkammer 2 angetriebenen, in einem Führungslauf 3 begrenzt axial beweglich geführten Setzkolben 4 zum Eintreiben eines in axialer Richtung zugeordneten Nagelbolzens 5 in einen Untergrund 6 bis zu einem unteren Bewegungstotpunkt uTP bzw. einer zugeordneten Setztiefe T einen stark dargestellten elektromechanischen Regelkreis I auf. Eine Regelungselektronik 7 in Form eines Mikrocontrollers mit integriertem Zähler n und Zeitgeber t ist mit einem dreheinstellbaren Sollwertgeber 8 für die Setztiefe T, einem im Führungslauf 3 angeordneten Positionsmesssensor 9, einem Steuermittel 10 in Form einer als elektrisch steuerbarer, mechanischer Aktuator ausgebildeten elektromechanisch versetzbaren Auslassventilhülse sowie einem Betätigungsschalter 11 steuerbar verbunden. Die Regelungselektronik 7 steuert ein mit diesem verbundenes numerisches Display zur Anzeige der Setztiefe T bzw. der Härte des Untergrundes 6 an.
  • Nach Fig. 2 ist der Positionsmesssensor 9 als ein inkrementeller Hallsensor ausgebildet, dem viele, auf dem ferromagnetischen Setzkolben 4 axial mit der Periodenlänge P von 3 mm äquidistant beabstandete, rotationssymmetrische Sensormarken 12 in Form von schmalen Reststegen zwischen je zwei eng benachbarten, umlaufenden Rundnuten von jeweils 0.5 mm Tiefe und 2.5 mm Breite ausgebildet, welche ein permanentes Magnetfeld H, das durch einen zum Hallsensor benachbarten, torusförmigen Permanentmagneten 13, 13a erzeugt wird, am Ort des Hallsensors für diesen auswertbar modulieren. Der Positionsmesssensor 9 besteht aus zwei radial diametral zum Setzkolben 4 angeordneten Teilsensoren 14a, 14b, welche um eine viertel Periode P der Sensormarken 12 axial versetzt angeordnet sind.

Claims (10)

  1. Bolzensetzgerät mit einem, von einem expandierenden Treibgas in einer Brennkammer (2) angetriebenen, Setzkolben (4) zum Eintreiben eines Nagelbolzens (5) in einem einmaligen Eintreibvorgang in einen Untergrund (6) und mit einer Setztiefenregelung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Regelkreis (I) mit einer Regelungselektronik (7), einem Sollwertgeber (8) für eine Setztiefe (T), einem Positionsmesssensor (9) zur Bestimmung der Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes (uTP) des Setzkolbens (4) und einem Steuermittel (10) zur selbstständigen Einstellung der Bewegungsenergie des Setzkolbens (4) für den nächsten Eintreibvorgang vorhanden ist.
  2. Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuermittel (10) als ein elektrisch steuerbarer, mechanischer Aktuator ausgebildet ist, welcher optional zur Änderung der Treibstoffmenge, des Mischungsverhältnisses, des Brennkammervolumens, der Ablassvorrichtungen für das Treibgas oder der Position der Dämpferelemente ausgebildet ist.
  3. Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Positionsmesssensor (9) mit mehreren, auf dem Setzkolben (4) axial äquidistant beabstandeten und optional rotationssymmetrischen, Sensormarken (12) als inkrementeller Sensor ausgebildet ist, welcher mit einer, optional in die Regelungselektronik (7) integrierten, Zähleinrichtung (n) verbunden ist.
  4. Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der inkrementelle Sensor ein magnetfeldsensitiver Halbleitersensor ist, welchem Nasen oder Aussparungen am Setzkolben (4) als Sensormarken (12) zugeordnet sind, die ein permanentes Magnetfeld (H) am Ort des Halbleitersensors für diesen auswertbar modulieren.
  5. Bolzensetzgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensormarken (12) als schmale Reststege zwischen je zwei eng benachbarten, umlaufenden Rundnuten ausgebildet sind.
  6. Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der inkrementelle Sensor aus zumindest zwei Teilsensoren (14a, 14b) besteht, welche zur Messung eines differentiellen Messwertergebnisses gegenphasig miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Teilsensoren (14a, 14b) um eine viertel Periode (P) der Sensormarken (12) axial versetzt angeordnet sind.
  8. Bolzensetzgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Positionsmesssensor (9) ein Zeitgeber (t) zugeordnet ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Regeln der Setztiefe (T) eines von einem Bolzensetzgerät (1) in genau einem Eintreibvorgang gesetzten Nagelbolzens (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Schritt durch Betätigung des Betätigungsschalters (11) der Eintreibvorgang ausgelöst wird; in einem zweiten Schritt vom Positionsmesssensor (9) die Position des Setzkolbens (4) während des Eintreibvorgangs mehrfach gemessen und daraus von der Regelungselektronik (7) die Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes (uTP) ermittelt wird, welche mit der Setztiefe (T) des Nagelbolzens (5) korreliert ist; in einem dritten Schritt von der Regelungselektronik (7) aus der Position des unteren Bewegungstotpunktes (uTP) und des Sollwertes der Setztiefe (T) für den nächsten Setzvorgang eine Stellgrösse für das Steuermittel (10) für die Änderung der Bewegungsenergie des Setzkolbens (4) ermittelt und temporär als Einstellung für den nächsten Setzvorgang zwischengespeichert wird; in einem vierten Schritt die Einstellung für den nächsten Setzvorgang vorgenommen wird und in den folgenden Schritten sich die Schritte eins bis vier periodisch wiederholen.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im dritten Schritt zusätzlich die Setztiefe (T) und optional eine berechnete Härte des Untergrundes (6) in einem Display numerisch angezeigt wird.
