- A decorative element formed by the small or large scale reproduction of a traditional wind mill, carried out in any type of materials, preferably lightweight, the rotating shaft (2) of which, being of free or transmission operation, is characterized in that said shaft (2) comprises a respective hub or annulus (3) having fittings (4) on which radial masts (5) bearing a flag (6) are assembled; each mast (5) bearing guide and rotation means (10) of drive elements (11) for deploying a central and common symbol (7), said masts (5) further bearing supports (12) for the reproduction of the national coin of each of the countries represented by the flags (6).
- A decorative element according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises on the outer surface of the hub the common symbol (7) reproducing the currency common to all the countries represented by the flags (6), folded in several creases (8), preferably fifteen 24° circular sections, the outer face of which shows the ornamentation of the unitary symbol (9), each part being joined to a proximal end (14) of the drive elements (11).
- A decorative element according to claims 1 and 2, the drive elements being characterized in that they are bands or cords (11) fixed at their proximal end to the point (14) of the unitary symbol (7) and which, at their distal end are free for pulling them manually and so as to unfold the creases (8) and opening up the ornamented rectangular surface (13) representing the coin of the economic unit.
- A decorative element according to claims 1 and 3, said drive elements passing through the guide means being characterized in that they are movable pulleys (10) or grooved fixed pulleys (15), with a guide (16) for the passage and movement of said bands or cords (11).
- A decorative element according to claim 4, the drive elements being characterized in that the bands or cords (11) are furthermore guided or not through the supports of the representations (12) of the national coins whether it is to move them or to release them.
- A decorative element according to claim 5, the representation supports (12) of the national coins being characterized in that they are fixed (18), rotatably movable in the form of a pulley (19) or clip for tightening by means of a fork (20-21).
- A decorative element according to claim 1, the body (2) of the mill being characterized in that it is a chest, a case or box for several uses.
- A decorative element according to claim 1, the assembly being characterized in that it is a didactic toy.
- A decorative element according to claim 1, the assembly being characterized in that it is a promotional monument, a stationary monument, a decorative object or a souvenir.
