Claims (5)
- Betätigungskopf (12) einer Saug-Druck-Pumpe (1) zum Ausspritzen eines Produkts (38) aus einem Behältnis (2), wobei der Betätigungskopf (12) einen zu einer Ausspritzöffnung (16) führenden Auslaßkanal (13) aufweist, in dem ein Ventilverschlußstück (20) angeordnet ist, das zusammen mit dem Auslaßkanal (13) ein Rückschlagventil bildet, das bei Betätigung des Betätigungskopfes (12) durch den Produktdruck gegen Federkraft geöffnet wird und den Durchtritt des Produkts (38) in einen von der Innenseite des Auslaßkanals (13) und dem Umfang des Ventilverschlußstücks (20) begrenzten Raum (19) freigibt, der über wenigstens eine Quernut (18) mit der Ausspritzöffnung (16) verbunden ist, wobei das Ventilverschlußstück (20) aus einem gummielastischen Material besteht, das durch den Produktdruck bei der Betätigung des Betätigungskopfes (12) unter elastischer Verformung das Rückschlagventil (13, 20) öffnet und das mit seiner Stirnfläche die oder jede Quernut (18) begrenzt und mit seiner Rückseite an einer radial nach innen vorstehenden Schulter (23) des Auslaßkanals (13) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite des Ventilverschlußstücks (20) mit wenigstens einer radialen Nut (22) versehen ist und der auf der Rückseite des Ventilverschlußstücks (20) liegende Teil des Auslaßkanals (13) über die Nut(en) (22) mit dem Raum (19) verbindbar ist, und daß das Ventilverschlußstück (20) eine umlaufende Dichtlippe (21) aufweist, die den Durchfluß des Produkts (38) unter dem Produktdruck bei der Betätigung des Betätigungskopfes (12) freigibt.
- Betätigungskopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilverschlußstück (20) mit seiner Rückseite an der radial nach innen vorstehenden Schulter (23) des Auslaßkanals (13) elastisch anliegt.
- Betätigungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilverschlußstück (20) massiv ist.
- Betätigungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austrittskanal (13) durch ein seitlich über den Umfang des Behältnisses (2) hinausragendes Rohr (14) verläuft, an dessen freiem Ende die Ausspritzöffnung (16) als Düse ausgebildet ist.
- Betätigungskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtlippe das Ventilverschlußstück etwa in seiner axialen Mitte umgibt.
