Description

The invention relates to a scraper with numerous approximately parallel to each other, via rigid or flexible connecting members interconnected profile carriers, which consist of at least two mutually parallel side parts, which are connected by at least one first continuous transverse web, wherein the side parts each above an upper and / or lower end face extending upwardly and / or downwardly and thereby each form an upwardly open, for receiving at least one scraper serving first chamber and / or a downwardly open, for receiving at least one lower support member serving second chamber and the upwardly directed side of the lower support element has an approximately flat surface which abuts against a surface of the underside of a lower transverse web and / or is fixedly connected thereto via an adhesive, wherein at least one second transverse web next to the first transverse web is provided between the side parts to form at least one closed chamber. It is already a mat-like Fußabstreifer known (DE 44 07 231 C2) with numerous mutually parallel, flexibly interconnected profile beams, which have two mutually parallel side parts, which are connected via two mutually parallel and perpendicular to the side panels continuously extending cross bars, the by means of the side parts at least one upper chamber and for receiving the connecting element or the rope for the flexible connection of the individual profiled beams one over the Forming the entire width of the profile carrier extending cavity and at least one lower chamber, wherein in the upper chamber elastic, a structured surface having and / or brush-like stripping and at least one lower chamber sound-insulating and / or anti-slip strip elements are provided. In one embodiment, the support elements are inserted in a dovetail-shaped receiving part and thereby clamped in this. The underside of the support member is also formed flat, so that it rests flat on the surface of a floor. An assembly of such support elements is complicated and not suitable to absorb foreign matter, which can basically accumulate on the floor. Foreign objects are therefore readily fixed in the flat part of the support surface of the support element.

The US 3,808,628 shows a scraper with numerous approximately parallel to each other profile beams, which are connected to each other via rigid or flexible connecting members. The profile carrier consist of at least two mutually parallel side parts, which are connected by at least one continuous transverse web. The side parts form one or more open chambers and each extend beyond the upper or lower end face upwards and / or downwards and thus each form an upwardly and / or downwardly open chamber. The upper chamber serves to receive at least one scraper element and the lower chamber serves to receive at least one lower support element and / or sound-absorbing element. The upwardly directed side of the lower support element and / or the sound-absorbing element has an approximately flat surface which abuts against the surface of the underside of the lower crosspiece and / or is firmly connected thereto via an adhesive. In this case, the support element on one or more downwardly open indentations.

The invention has for its object to form the profile strip and the associated support elements in such a way and that they are readily mountable and also suitable to absorb the foreign body lying on the ground in such a way in the support that a non-slip support of the scraper is guaranteed ,

The object is achieved according to the invention in that the support element has one or more downwardly open indentations and on each profile support a separate, the longitudinal direction of the profile carrier according to aligned support member is arranged.

Due to the advantageous embodiment, in particular of the lower part of the profile strip, these can be easily absorbed in the lower opening and anchored so that they do not move in the lower chamber. For this purpose, it is advantageous that the surface over the entire length rests flat against the lower side of the cross bar and is firmly connected via an adhesive with this.

For this purpose, it is advantageous that the support element optionally as a sound-absorbing element and in Cross-sectional profile is formed approximately U-shaped. By the U-shaped cross-sectional profile of the support member is obtained in a simple manner chambers that can easily absorb the adhering to the soil dirt, such as stones, without thereby affecting the support of the scraper on the soil surface. For this purpose, it is advantageous that the individual support elements, which have contact with the surface of the floor, are formed relatively narrow.

An additional possibility is, according to a development, that the legs of the U-shaped support element consist of downwardly directed, bead-like support parts.

Due to the narrow, bead-like support parts to obtain a point-like support of the profile strip on the surface of the soil, so that in particular small stones or dirt accumulation over time do not lead to an impairment of the circulation of the scraper mat on the soil surface.

Furthermore, it is advantageous that bead-like support parts and / or the stripping elements or the side parts have one or more depressions, are embedded in the fastening elements, which are arranged on the lower support elements and / or the upper stripping elements or on the side parts. This gives a perfect attachment between the profile strip and the support element.

It is also advantageous that the support element consists of a flat web portion, at both ends of each a bead-like support member is provided.

According to a preferred embodiment of the solution according to the invention is finally provided that the support member is formed in a truncated pyramid.

Of particular importance for the present invention is that the support member has a downwardly directed, domed surface. Due to the curved design of the support element, the contact with the ground is reduced to a minimum without impairing the contact quality of the wiping mat on the floor surface.

In connection with the design and arrangement according to the invention, it is advantageous that the support element is formed from an elastomeric or rubber-like material.

It is also advantageous that the support element and / or the lower transverse webs have on their one surface a structured or roughened or recessed surface. The roughened surface of the transverse webs or the surface of the support element ensures that no displacement takes place in the longitudinal direction of the profile carrier in the installed state of the support element in the lower chamber. As a result, a good toothing between the two elements to be connected is created. The additional use of a suitable adhesive, the adhesion between the crossbar and the support element can be significantly improved.

Moreover, it is advantageous that the support element has at its one surface with respect to its longitudinal direction transversely extending depressions, which serve to receive an adhesive.

According to a further embodiment, it is advantageous that the upper transverse web is designed as a stripping element and has depressions, wherein the side parts are extended beyond the lower transverse web down and form with this a lower, open chamber, in which at least one support element and / or sound-absorbing element is provided. Since only two transverse webs are used, you get a very easy to manufacture profile carrier for receiving the support elements. Advantageously, the upper transverse web is also designed as a stripping element, so that an assembly of additional stripping elements is eliminated.

Finally, it is advantageous that the support element and / or the sound-absorbing element has an approximately U-shaped profile and the two outer, downward and supportable on the surface or bottom surface legs form the support parts.

It is advantageous for this purpose that the support members are arranged at the two ends of the flat web portion and bead-like or also formed as a web portion.

The inventive design of the support elements with the downwardly directed, web-shaped support members makes it possible to use these readily in any configured profile support and connect with these permanently and non-slip, so that a displacement of the support elements is avoided in the profile beams. For this purpose, the support elements, as already mentioned, may be correspondingly formed structured on the surface, so that a good toothing can be done with the corresponding opposite side of the profile carrier. In addition, serve the recesses in the surface of the support elements for receiving the adhesive, so that even after long use of the stripping elements or the support elements, the exact positioning of the support elements is maintained in the profile carriers.

Furthermore, it is advantageous that the support parts are formed in the shape of truncated pyramids.

Moreover, it is advantageous that the support element has a width B which is approximately three to four times as large as the height H of the support element.

Due to the flat support elements, the entire profile height of the profile strips can be kept small, so that they can be inserted into a floor to save space. Due to the advantageous embodiment of the bulge with the inclined side surfaces a concentration of dirt or small stones within the bulge is favored, so that they do not deposit on the flat areas of the support elements.

FIGS. 2 and 3
Various embodiments of profile carriers.

In the drawing, a profiled support 1 is shown in Figure 1 and 2, the part of a not in the drawing shown Fußabstreifers or a Eingangsbodenmappe, which is described in detail in the patent DE 44 07 231 C2, column 5 to 8. The profile carrier 1 shown in Figure 1 can be connected to each other via likewise not shown in the drawing rope-like connecting elements or rigid or flexible connecting members. A plurality of mutually parallel profile carrier then form a scraper or a floor mat.

Between the individual profile beams 1 hollow or sleeve-like, arranged on the rope-like connecting elements spacers can ensure that the individual profile beam 1 have a uniform distance from each other. In each case the outermost end of the connecting element, which may be formed as a rope, in each case fixedly or detachably connected to the outer profile carrier 1.

Various profile beams 1 are shown in the embodiments of Figures 1 to 3. 2 shows a first embodiment of a profile carrier 1 is illustrated in more detail. The profile support 1 consists of two parallel side members 4.1 and 4.2, which are arranged at right angles to it, also parallel transverse webs 5.1 and 5.2 fixed or rigid, d. H. immovable, interconnected. Between the two transverse webs 5.1 and 5.2, a cavity or a central chamber 7.3 is provided, which is bounded by the two side parts 4.1 and 4.2.

The profiled supports form end faces 5.3 and 5.4. Beyond these end faces 5.3 and 5.4, the side parts 4.1 and 4.2 are extended upwards and downwards and thus form an upwardly open chamber 6.1 and a downwardly open chamber 6.2. The designation above and below is chosen with reference to a standing surface of the profile carrier 1 or the wiping mat or results from the position of the profile carrier 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3.

The upper chamber 6.1 serves to receive at least one stripping element 21, which is indicated schematically in FIG.

The lower chamber 6.2 serves to receive at least one lower, made of an elastic or elastomeric material or plastic material support member 24, which also acts as a sound-absorbing element and dampens impact sound when a person goes over the wiper mat.

Abstützfläche und stützen dadurch den Profilträger 1 einwandfrei ab.The support element 24 is illustrated in FIG. 1 and consists of a central web part 11, the two ends of which each have a bead-like support part 8.1 and 8.2. The bead-like support member is formed in a truncated pyramid and has a sloping surface which encloses an angle β with the vertically extending side wall of the profile according to Figure 1, which may be between 10 ° and 40 °, preferably about 35 °, large. The downwardly directed end face of the support part 8.1 or 8.2 is flat and thus extends approximately parallel to the support surface on which the floor mat or the wiper can be stored. The faces of the two support members 8.1 and 8.2 can also be curved, ie convex, be formed or formed as a narrow web parts so that they form only a small area that has contact with the base. Between the two Support parts 8.1 and 8.2 is a recess 3, which is bounded by the web portion 11 and inclined side walls 11.1 and 11.2. The side walls 11.1 and 11.2 include an angle α, which can be between 80 ° and 120 °. In this way, between the two bead-like support parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the mentioned cavity or indentation 3 is formed, in which dirt can accumulate as small particles and prevents that after prolonged use a rocking of the scraper mat takes place and no good ground contact between the after directed bottom faces of the support members 8.1 and 8.2 and the bottom surface is ensured. Now it is advantageous that the end faces of the support members 8.1 and 8.2, which have a contact with the ground surface, are selected to be relatively narrow. In the embodiment according to Figures 1 to 3, the support members 8.1 and 8.2 are formed truncated pyramid. However, it is also possible, as already mentioned, that the supporting parts 8.1 and 8.2 are applied as flat web parts to the web part 11 of the supporting element 24, so that the free space in the web parts can be increased still further. The truncated pyramid-shaped support members 8.1 and 8.2 have a sufficient contact or support surface and thereby support the profile support 1 properly.

In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the support element 24 has only one cavity or indentation 3. However, it is also possible to provide a plurality of small cavities on the underside of the support element 24. However, the indentation or the cavity 3 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has proven to be an optimal variant since it forms a relatively large clearance or dirt space. The inclined extending side walls 11.1 and 11.2 favor that the dirt moves to the center of the cavity 3 and does not remain on the bottom or the end face of the support members 8.1 and 8.2.

Befestigungselemente 10.1 bzw. 10.2 dienen, die fester Bestandteil des Abstützelements 24 sind.As is further apparent from FIG. 1, the side parts 4.1 and 4.2 each have two recesses 9.1 and 9.2 formed in a rectangular manner, which serve to receive corresponding rectangular anchoring elements or fastening elements 10.1 and 10.2, respectively, which are an integral part of the support element 24.

The respective lower end of the side parts 4.1 and 4.2 is thus L-shaped and has legs 9.3 and 9.4, which engage in corresponding provided in the support elements 24 recesses or recesses. In this way, one obtains a positive and non-positive connection between the profile carrier 1 and the support element 24. The support elements 24 are inserted into the lower chamber 6.2 end face and close with the end faces of the profile carrier 1 5.4. So that the supporting elements 24 accommodated in the chamber 6.2 do not move further forward or backward in the position shown in FIG. 1 when the floor mat is put into use, an upwardly directed surface 22.1 of the supporting element 24 has numerous wave-shaped depressions extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the profile carrier 1 with reference to Figure 1, ie transversely to the direction of movement of the inserted into the profile support 1 supporting elements 24. The wells can cooperate with corresponding also provided on a bottom 5.5 end faces of the lower crosspiece 5.2. This will move the Supporting elements 24 in the chamber 6.2 of the profile support 1 prevented. A further improvement in the adhesion of the support element 24 to the profile support 1 is achieved by introducing an adhesive between the surface 22 of the support element 24 and the lower end surface 5.4, which can also flow into the corresponding recesses and thus a perfect adhesion after a drying process the surface 22 of the support member 24 on the end face 5.4 of the lower crosspiece 5.2 ensures.

Instead of the depression described on the surfaces of the lower transverse web 5.2 and the support member 24, the respective surface may be structured or roughened and thus form small inclusions, in which the adhesive can settle.

In a further embodiment according to FIG. 3, only one downwardly open chamber 6.2 and two transverse webs 5.1 and 5.2 are provided, which are bounded by the side parts 4.1 and 4.2 and thus form the cavity 7.3.

The surface of the upper cross bar 5.1 is formed as a stripping 21.1 and has numerous V-shaped recesses 26 which serve as stripping. The profile carrier 1 consists for example of deep-drawn aluminum profile and can be easily produced. The profile carrier 1 shown in Figure 3 can also via connecting members, which are located on the two side parts 4.1 and 4.2 and are formed of connecting elements with a ball head for receiving in spherical recesses, or via a cable, not shown in the drawing are connected, wherein in Figure 3, only the cable of the outermost profile carrier 1 is indicated. The cable extends through the chamber 7.3 of the profile carrier. 1

As is apparent from Figure 1, the support member 24 may have a width B which is approximately three to four times as large as the height H of the support member. The width B or the length C of the web portion 11 of the support member 24 is equal to or greater than the base of the support member 8.1 and 8.2 shown in Figure 1. This gives a relatively large cavity 3. It is advantageous that the height H of the support element 24th is chosen to be very small with respect to the width B, so that the overall height S with the stripping element 21 and the support element 24 is approximately half as large as the width B of the profile carrier. 1

It is particularly advantageous if the entire surface 22 of the transverse web 5.2 is firmly connected to the entire surface 22.1 of the support element 24 via an adhesive, so that the support element 24 can not move into the profile carrier 1 even after prolonged use.

Figure imgb0001
H2 des Seitenteils 4.1 ist.Further, it is possible that the support member 24 has a width B which is about three to four times as large as the height H of the support member 24, and / or the height H1 of the side part 4.2 is about twice as large as the height H1 of the middle chamber 7.3 and / or the middle chamber 7.3 has a height H1, which is approximately
