Fig. 1 zeigt ein medizinisches Versorgungs- und Transportmodul,
bestehend aus einem Gehäuse 1, beispielsweise aus einem
Kohlefaserbund, mit einem vorzugsweise schnell austauschbaren
Einschubmodul 2 für die wahlweise Installation und Arretierung
medizinischer Ausrüstungsgegenstände zu einer Zentraleinheit. Das
Einschubmodul 2 ist mit herkömmlichen, in den Zeichnungen nicht
näher dargestellten, geeigneten Befestigungselementen zur Halterung
medizinischer Ausrüstungsgegenstände und deren Verbindungen
ausgestattet sowie durch herkömmliche Verriegelungen mit einem
Handgriff zu verankern oder zu lösen. Das erfindungsgemäße
Gehäuse 1 ist an den keilförmigen Bereichen seiner Seitenflächen 1'"
und an den Stirnflächen 1"" mit eingeformten Ausnehmungen 12
ausgestattet. In die Ausnehmungen 12 fügen sich die darüber hinaus
angeordneten, vorzugsweise vier, stirnseitig ausziehbaren, Tragbügel
5 ein, die sowohl zum Tragen des Gehäuses 1 als auch zu dessen
Fixierung auf Schienensystemen in Luft- und Bodenfahrzeugen
geeignet sind. Die vorzugsweise vier ausklappbaren Schleifbügel 6
ermöglichen das Schleifen des Moduls auf dem Boden. Die
vorzugsweise vier Last- und Traggriffe 7 dienen zum Tragen,
Aufhängen oder Abseilen des Gehäuses 1 und des Patienten, der auf
einer auf der Oberfläche 1' des Gehäuses 1 verankerten Trage 15
gesichert ist, beispielsweise beim Transport mit einem Hubschrauber.
Eine an der Bodenfläche 1" angeordnete, in der Zeichnung nicht
näher dargestellte, Fahrgestellarretierung 10 dient zur Befestigung
eines, in der Zeichnung ebenfalls nicht näher dargestellten, externen
standardmäßigen Fahrgestells. Das an der Oberfläche 1' des
Gehäuses 1 angeordnete Tragenarretierungssystem 4 ist so
konstruiert und in das Gehäuse 1 eingeformt, daß es zur Aufnahme
und Arretierung aller national und international im zivilen sowie
militärischen Anwendungsbereich üblichen Tragen geeignet ist. Die
darüber hinaus an den Schmalseiten und den Längsseiten der
Oberfläche 1' des Gehäuses 1 angeordneten Durchführungen 11
dienen der Führung der Gurte eines integrierten Sicherheitsgurt- und
Rollengurtsystems 16 in längsseitiger Richtung sowie integrierter
verstellbarer Quergurte 17 mit Zentralschloß 17' in Querrichtung. Sie
ermöglichen die längsseitige Sicherung der jeweiligen Trage 15 und
des Patienten auf der Trage 15 und die querseitige Sicherung der
Trage 15 und des Patienten auf dem erfindungsgemäßen Modul mit
wenigen Handgriffen. In Fig.2 wird eine Seitenansicht des
erfindungsgemäßen medizinischen Versorgungs- und
Transportmoduls gezeigt, ausgestattet mit einem Einschubmodul 2
und einem Geräteschienenträger 3. Der Geräteschienenträger 3 ist
längsseits des Gehäuses 1 so aufgesteckt und verankert, daß er über
die Liegefläche einer anzuordnenden Trage 15 hinausragt und an ihm
Beispielsweise ein Monitor oder ein Intensivbeatmungsgerät
anordenbar sind. Bei Arretierung einer beliebigen Trage 15 mit Patient
an dem Arretierungssystem 4, kann das Betreuungspersonal wichtige
Funktionen des Patienten oberhalb der Trage 15 und des Patienten
bequem ablesen bzw. die Geräte bedienen. Die Versorgungsgeräte
wie beispielsweise Sauerstoff- und Druckluftflaschen, Defibrillator usw.
können auf dem Einschubmodul 2 verankert werden. Das
erfindungsgemäße Modul ist an der Bodenfläche 1" des Gehäuses 1
vorzugsweise endseitig jeweils mit Rollenpaaren 8 ausgestattet, die in
Verbindung mit an den Stirnflächen 1"" angeordneten Zuggriffen 9
dazu dienen, das Modul mit oder ohne Patient einseitig anzuheben
und durch Personen, Fahrzeuge oder Tiere zu ziehen und zu rollen
oder zu schleifen. Außerdem ermöglicht die, in der Zeichnung nicht
näher dargestellte, an der Bodenfläche 1" des Gehäuses 1
angeordnete Fahrgestellarretierung 10 das Fahren des Moduls auf
einem externen standardmäßigen Fahrgestell. Fig.3 zeigt die
Ausstattung des Moduls vorzugsweise mit einem Transportinkubator
18 für früh geborene und neu geborene Kinder und in Fig.4 ist eine
Ausstattungsmöglichkeit mit einem Teleskop- Infusionsständer 13 mit
Pendelsicherung oder mit einem ausziehbaren Monitorarm 14
dargestellt. Das medizinische Versorgungs- und Transportmodul kann
selbstverständlich auch mit einem Solarmodul ausgestattet werden,
mit dem im Gelände die Sonnenenergie zur Stromversorgung der
Zentraleinheit nutzbar ist. Fig.5 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante des
erfindungsgemäßen Moduls, daß auf einem zweiten darunter
angeordneten Modul verankert ist. Das obere Modul ist mit einem
Einschubmodul 2 ausgestattet, in dem beispielsweise ein
Beatmungsgerät 19, ein EKG- Defibrillator 20 und zusätzliche Schübe
21 zur Aufnahme von medizinischem Verbrauchsmaterial angeordnet
sind. Auf der Oberfläche 1' des Gehäuses 1 ist eine Trage 15,
angeordnet, die über Tragenstützen 15' in den Ausnehmungen 12 der
Seitenflächen 1"' arretiert sind. Die Gurte eines integrierten
Sicherheits- und Rollengurtsystems 16 sind längsseits aus den
stirnseitigen Durchführungen 11 über die Trage 15 geführt und die
integrierten verstellbaren Quergurte 17 werden aus den längsseits des
Gehäuses 1 angeordneten Durchführungen 11 quer über die Trage 15
geführt und mit einem Zentralschloß 17' mit einem Handgriff verriegelt.
Außerdem ist seitlich am Gehäuse 1 ein Teleskop- Infusionsständer 13
mit Pendelsicherung angeordnet, um den Patienten mit erforderlichen
Infusionen versorgen zu können. Das Einschubmodul 2 des unteren
Moduls ist in diesem Beispiel mit Sauerstoffflaschen 22 sowie mit
einem Akkumulator 23 für die Stromversorgung ausgestattet. Das
obere Modul ist über die ausgeklappten Schleifbügel 6, in den
Ausnehmungen 12 der Seitenflächen 1"' des Gehäuses 1 des unteren
Moduls arretiert. Schließlich ist in Fig.6 die leichte Stapelbarkeit des
erfindungsgemäßen medizinischen Versorgungs- und

Claims (10)
daß oberhalb und längsseits einer Oberfläche (1') des Gehäuses (1) ein Geräteschienenträger (3) für medizinische Ausrüstungsgegenstände lösbar anzuordnen ist,
daß die Oberfläche (1') ein Tragenarretierungssystem (4) aufweist, an dem alle national und international standardmäßigen Tragensysteme des zivilen und militärischen Bereichs zu arretieren und zu verankern sind und
