In a diabetic, the feet are particularly at risk. Around to provide them with nutrients and to transmit feelings from there, Vessels and nerves in the body need a wide Travel the way and the further the way, the sooner you can Damage occurs. By diabetes, the nerves in their Be limited function, so that e.g. No pain the brain can be reported. A small stone in the shoe can thus produce a minor injury to the foot, always gets bigger and gets inflamed, leaving the "diabetic foot" caused by neuropathy. In addition, the blood circulation can be limited to the feet. Is she in the context of atherosclerosis limited, wound healing disorders are the Episode. As long as the blood circulation is not restored, As a rule, all wound healing efforts will fail.
It is an object of the invention to provide a shoe of the aforementioned Art to create the pressure release of a foot assures and thus the danger of forming a diabetic Foot is reduced.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the envelope to form the chambers inside circumferentially integrally connected to a release liner, which is the wrapper horizontally divided into the chambers of about the same size and the chamber filled with the gaseous medium immediately is adjacent to a foot or a foot sole.
The combination of filled with the different media Chambers provides a relatively high pressure relief of the foot for sure. Smaller things in the shoe, such as for example, small stones are pressed into the insole, without causing damage to the foot. When walking, so when rolling the foot, finds a shift the media within the two chambers of the enclosure instead, taking the media from the maximum loaded areas into the minimally loaded areas within the chambers relocate. Thus, a relieving effect of Foot in the sense of a shock absorber function. This is the Danger of the formation of a diabetic foot significantly reduced. Of course, limit the advantageous Effects not exclusively on the diabetic foot, rather, they also unfold in non-diabetic patients People with troubled feet. By the arrangement the release film is the mutual sealing of the both chambers with relatively simple technical means guaranteed. The connection between the serving and the Release film can be realized for example by welding become. To get a suitable distribution of the volumes of the media ensure the release film divides the wrapping into the chambers about the same size.
To reinforce the relieving effect of the insole the foot when rolling the foot advantageously has the Separating film at least on one side wavy elevations or pimples up. The undulating elevations or the knobs do not confront with those with elevations or pimples provided areas of the release film areas with a raise Resistance to deformation.
A relieving effect on the foot itself and the sole of the foot when rolling the foot is also ensured by that the envelope on the top of the release film facing provided with wave-shaped elevations or nubs.
Bei einer Belastung gleiten die Erhebungen aufeinander ab.To strengthen the relief effect when rolling the foot, Correspondingly, the vertices correspond to undulating elevations or the nubs of the release film too those of the serving. Alternatively, the vertices the wave-shaped elevations or the nubs of the release film offset from those of the envelope. At a Load the surveys slide off each other.
Advantageously, the first chamber is immediately adjacent to each other arranged balls or hollow balls of an elastic deformable, solid material filled. This filling causes pressure relief when the foot moves thereof.
Preferred are in the second chamber immediately next to each other lying balls or hollow balls made of an elastomer. Alternatively, it is expedient in the second Chamber a filled with liquid medium hose an elastomer spiral or in parallel and immediately arranged next to each other queues. These measures increase the pressure relief of the foot.
For a relatively high ride comfort at low pressure load is advantageous to provide the liquid medium Gel. Furthermore, the elastically deformable, solid medium an elastomer. Both the gel and the elastomer leaves almost arbitrary with respect to the required viscosity manufacture using standard products can.
It is understood that the above and below yet to be explained features not only in each case specified combination, but also in other combinations are usable. The scope of the invention is only by defines the claims.
