Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande et de contrôle d'une dose d'électrons émise par un micro-émetteur comportant
- un module senseur (30) qui reçoit le courant fourni par le micro-émetteur ainsi qu'une tension pour ajuster le point de polarisation dudit dispositif,
- un module comparateur qui reçoit une tension de seuil permettant le réglage de la quantité de charges à émettre,
- un module logique pour initialiser l'émission électronique, et pour définir si le micro-émetteur doit ou non émettre,
- un module de commande qui élabore les tensions nécessaires à l'initialisation et à l'extinction de l'impulsion de courant du micro-émetteur,
- des moyens de variation de la tension de seuil.
