Durch den in der Umfangsnut 13 geführten Zapfen 4 wird neben der linearen Bewegung die Welle in eine Drehbewegung um die Achse A versetzt, wodurch der Stift 12 nach oben schwenkt. Hat der Zapfen 14 seine Endlage in der Umfangsnut 13 erreicht, ist der Stift 12 um 90° nach oben geschwenkt und ragt seitlich nicht mehr über das Paneel 6 hervor. Die Führungsschiene 16 ist nur im Bereich des Magazins 7 so dicht an das Band herangeführt, dass der Stift 12 nach unten geschwenkt ist und seitlich über das Paneel hervorsteht. Im Bereich vor dem Magazin 7 und dahinter ist der Stift 12 hochgeschwenkt und steht nicht über das Paneel 6 hervor. In dieser Lage kann in das Paneel 6 zuvor die Nut 5 eingefräst werden, ohne dass der Stift 12 mit den Fräswerkzeugen in Berührung kommen kann. Hinter dem Magazin 7 wird der Stift 12 aus seiner seitlichen Lage zum Paneel herausgebracht, um die Unfallgefahr für das Bedienpersonal zu reduzieren.The

Claims (4)
- Apparatus for introducing a strip (4) forming the tongue of a panel (6), in particular of a floor panel, into a groove (5) provided on a side edge of the panel (6) for the reception of the strip (4), comprisinga) at least one conveyor device (1), which is provided with a plurality of mutually spaced drivers (2) and is driven in a direction of conveyance (T),b) a magazine (7), which is disposed immovably alongside the conveyor device (1) and contains the strip (4) to be introduced,c) a pin (12), which is connected to each driver (2) and juts laterally in the direction of the magazine (7), whereind) the pin (12)d1) is pivotable about an axis (A) running transversely to the direction of conveyance (T), andd2) is mounted such that it is linearly displaceable along or parallel to the axis (A).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivotal motion and the linear motion are made simultaneously.
- Apparatus according to Claim 2, characterized in that the pin (12) is attached to a shaft (11) mounted in a sleeve (10), in that the shaft (11) has a radially projecting journal (14) and, at the end opposite to the pin (12), a guide member (15), which cooperates with a guide rail (16) disposed immovably alongside the conveyor device (1), and in that the journal (14) engages in a peripheral groove (13) which is provided in the sleeve (10) and is directed at an angle to the axis (A).
- Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that the guide member (15) is a circular disc.
