Abstract

The pressure catch has an engaging element (8) on each side and a supporting column (25,26) along each of the engaging elements. The pressure catch has a groove (5) with a groove part (4), funnel shaped bars (11,12) with inward projections (14,15). The supporting columns are arranged parallel to the engaging element and are shorter than the engaging element. An independent claim is also included for the relockable bag.

Description

The invention relates to a pressure closure, in particular a pressure sealing strip, preferably made of plastic. It further relates to a resealable bag, in particular a resealable packaging bag, or a resealable package or other resealable container, preferably made of plastic, with a pressure closure or a pressure seal tape.

For the reclosability of bags and packaging a variety of pressure caps and Druckverschlußbändem are already known. These are usually pressure-sealing tapes, which are extruded endlessly and consist of two strands. The two strands are usually equipped with two or more hooks, which mesh with each other.

In another type of pressure-sealing tapes known from US 2003/0077008 A1, one strand has a hooked groove, while the other strand engages with an arrowhead-type hook into the groove.

The one-piece production of the pressure seals or the pressure closure tapes with the bags or packaging are known.

Attached in the bag openings, these closures are opened by pulling on the so-called grip flaps and closed by pressing or lengthening with thumb and forefinger.

The prior art closures, however, have the disadvantage that groove and hook tip or hook and double hook must come to lie exactly above each other for meshing and then have to be pressed together with some resistance, which is usually very difficult for the user and often fails. The bags or packages then remain open and the contents spoil or become dusty or are exposed to other negative environmental influences.

Especially in food packaging, where these closures are increasingly used, this disadvantage is particularly disturbing, but should be closed after partial withdrawals of the remaining remainder and protected. The closing of these closures is particularly complicated by the fact that the grooves and hooks are very small and it often fails to bring them precisely engaged. To close properly, it requires some skill and good eyesight.

In single households usually only small portions are consumed and therefore partial withdrawals desired. There one particularly prefers a reclosure option. On the other hand, these single households are very often inhabited by older people who have not only lost in skill, but also see worse and then often can not cope with the complicated closing.

In order to meet the much-needed demands of the advertising and packaging industries for convenience to consumers, in the field of resealable bags and packages, a variety of closure bags are provided with a slider, particularly of plastic, offered on the top of the bag or the packaging. Although these packages are easy to open and close by simply pushing the slider back and forth for the consumer. But they have the disadvantage that their production is very expensive and technically very expensive. Another disadvantage is that the slide the volume of the piled up Significantly increase the size of bags, thus requiring more packaging for these bags.

From EP 1 431 203 A1 a pressure fastener tape according to the preamble of claim 1 is known. The groove part has funnel-shaped webs with inwardly facing projections. By the funnel-shaped extension of the groove part to ensure that when closing the pressure sealing strip, the engagement element can safely enter the groove, and in particular even if the engagement element and the groove are not yet correctly positioned to each other. However, if the engagement member is biased obliquely, a portion of the pressure seal band adjacent the engagement member may initially impinge upon the tip of one of the funnel-shaped ridges and inhibit the engagement member from sliding smoothly into the groove. Only a stronger pressure then causes the engagement in the groove.

The object of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to provide a pressure closure or a pressure closure tape, which can be closed even easier and more reliable.

According to the invention this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. On each side of the engagement element a support pillar is provided in each case. The support pillars cause the engagement element always impinges straight on the funnel-shaped webs of the groove part. The pillars prevent an inclination of the engagement element by supporting this on both sides. As a result, the handling of the pressure sealing tape is made even more reliable.

Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.Advantageous developments are described in the subclaims.

Preferably, the pillars are parallel to the engagement element.

Furthermore, the pillars are preferably slightly shorter than the engagement element. If the buttresses are the same length or longer than the engagement element would, the pressure closure tape could not be closed reliably or not at all. On the other hand, if the abutments are too short, they may perform inadequately or not at all. Preferably, the pillars are about 2% to 20% shorter than the engagement element, further preferably about 3% to 10%, further preferably about 5% to 6% shorter than the engagement element.

The resealable bag according to the invention or the resealable packaging according to the invention, which are preferably made of plastic, preferably of polyethylene or polypropylene, is characterized by a pressure seal according to the invention or a pressure-sealing tape according to the invention. The resealable bag and resealable package and the pressure closure may be integral.

Figures 1 and 2 show a resealable bag 1 made of plastic with a pressure sealing strip 2 made of plastic. With the first bag wall (rear wall) 3, a groove part 4 is connected, which has a groove 5. Connected to the second bag wall (front wall) 6 is an engagement part 7, which has an engagement element 8. The engagement element 8 ends with an arrow-shaped tip 9, which has a rounded end and at an angle of about 45 ° each side surfaces extending.

The groove part 4 has funnel-shaped webs 11, 12. The funnel-shaped webs 11, 12 point obliquely upward from the base 13 of the groove 5. Their starting points from the base 13 are at a distance from each other. The angle between the webs 11, 12 is about 60 °. It is preferably in the range between 30 ° and 90 °. The webs 11, 12 form a funnel-shaped extension to the engagement element 8.

The projections 14, 15 point from the webs 11, 12 in each case. Their starting point is slightly below the middle of the webs 11, 12. They include with the webs an angle of about 45 °, wherein this angle can also be larger or smaller, and preferably in the range between 30 ° and 60 °. As can be seen from the figures, the projections 14, 15 extend slightly towards the base 13 of the groove 5. They form a barb for the tip 9 of the engagement element eighth

The groove part 4 and the engagement part 7 are connected to flags 16, 17, 18, 19, namely integrally connected. The lugs 16, 17 are connected to the thickened base 13 of the groove part 4, namely integrally connected. The flags 18, 19 are integrally connected to the engagement part 7. The flags 16, 18 are facing the container opening. You can make handlebars. For this purpose, the flag 18 may be extended even further. The flags 17, 19 are facing the container interior and form mounting lugs.

In the embodiments shown in the figures, the projections 14, 15 are hook-shaped. They run to a point, with the side surfaces flat or slightly rounded and the tips are rounded. The distance between the mutually facing ends of the projections 14, 15 is greater than the width of the adjoining the engagement element 8 web 20, but smaller than the width of the tip 9 of the engagement element 8. This ensures that the tip 9 of the engagement member 8 easily in the groove 5 can slip and then held there reliably becomes. The web 20 has approximately in its center on both sides a thickening 21, through which the relatively long web 20 is additionally stabilized. At its end facing away from the tip 9, the web 20 has an extension 22 to the flags 18, 19 out. The lugs 18, 19 have the region of the extension 22 on one of the bag wall 6 facing thickening 23.

The flags 16 to 19 are welded in the region of their outer ends at locations 24 with the bag walls 3, 6. Furthermore, the lugs 18, 19 of the engaging member 7 on two pillars 25, 26, which are spaced from the engagement member 8 and parallel to the engagement member 8 and to its web 20 extend. The pillars 25, 26 are slightly shorter than the engagement element 8. They have a substantially rectangular cross-section. The distance between the pillars 25, 26 of the engagement member 8 is greater than the distance of the upper outer ends of the webs 11, 12 from the center of the groove part 4. As shown in Fig. 2, this distance of the pillars 25, 26 about 30% to 70% greater than the distance of the upper outer ends of the webs 11,12 from the center of the groove part 4, preferably about 40% to 60%, preferably 50% larger.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, which essentially corresponds to an embodiment according to EP 1 431 203 A1, it may happen that one of the two lugs of the engagement element 8 is pressed in obliquely, as shown in FIG. This lug 18, which extends next to the engagement element 8, then strikes the tip of one of the funnel-shaped webs, namely the funnel-shaped web 11, as also shown in FIG. 3. In this position, the left part of the tip 9 of the engagement element 8 is indeed hooked to the projection 14 of the groove part 4. However, the other part of the tip 9 of the engagement part 8 is not hooked to the other projection 15 of the groove part 4. Characterized in that the flag 18 abuts the tip of the web 11, the complete entanglement of the tip 9 can be effected with the groove 5 only by an extremely strong pressure, which is disadvantageous for the user.

This disadvantage is prevented by the embodiment according to the invention according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The supporting pillars 25, 26, which are located on the left and right and spaced apart from the engagement element 8 on the two lugs 18, 19, cause the engagement element 8 is always straight on the funnel formed by the webs 11, 12. The pillars 25, 26 prevent an inclination of the lugs 18, 19 of the engaging member 8 by supporting the latter on both sides. In this way, an undisturbed sliding and locking the engagement element 8 is ensured in the groove part 4.

By the inventive design further advantages can be achieved: the pillars 25, 26 stabilize the entire engagement element 8 and the entire engagement part 7. By the pillars 25, 26, the total mass of the engaging part 7 is substantially the same size as that of the groove part 4, whereby the Extruding the pressure sealing strip 2 is facilitated. When extruding the pressure-sealing strip 2, there is a further advantage, since the funnel-shaped webs 11, 12 of the groove part 4 can not be squeezed when closing the two belt halves (groove part 4 and engagement part 7) by the closing rollers. Another advantage is finally obtained when welding the pressure seal tape 2 in the film, which forms the bag walls 3, 6. Since the lugs 16, 17 of the groove part as well as the lugs 18, 19 of the engaging part 7 are reliably horizontal, a safe impact of the welding dies is guaranteed on the flags 16 to 19 at the welds 24.
