Abstract

Ein Behälterverschluss weist ein Unterteil (1), ein über eine Scharnierachse mit diesem verbundenes Oberteil (2) und mindestens einen Unversehrtheitsanzeiger (6) auf, welcher im erstaufgebrachten Zustand auf einen Behälter bei einer Drehbewegung des Verschlusses relativ zum Behälter irreversibel zerstört wird. Ferner ist ein Unversehrtheitsgarantieelement (4) vorhanden, welches im erstgeschlossenen Zustand des Verschlusses bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Oberteils (2) relativ zum Unterteil (1) um die Scharnierachse irreversibel zerstört wird. Dieses mindestens eine Unversehrtheitsgarantieelement (4) ist vollständig unabhängig vom mindestens einen Unversehrtheitsanzeiger (6). Der Behälterverschluss ermöglicht ein getrenntes Überprüfen des erstmaligen Öffnen und des erstmaligen Entfernen des Verschlusses, wobei der Unversehrtheitsanzeiger (6) ein kostengünstiges und anpassungsfähiges Element des Verschlusses ist.
