- the sole construction I can attach to an upper are connected, which is not shown in the accompanying figures, resulting in a footwear, also not shown.
- FIG. 5 During the first walking phase, the foot 19 only rests on the heel 20, which therefore compresses the area of the cover 10, which is located above the first cavity 4, towards the bottom of this cavity. The volume of the first cavity 11 is thereby reduced and the air previously contained therein forced to pass partly through the longitudinal channel 7 and flow into the second cavity 12, partially through the first through holes 14 and the first passages 15 from the outer surface 6 of the sole body 2 To penetrate the outside.
- part of the air previously contained in the second chamber 11 flows into the longitudinal channel 7, while a part of this air passes through the openings 16 in the direction of the foot.
- the foot 19 rests on the heel 20, which therefore does not push the cover 10, or to a very small extent, towards the bottom of the first cavity 4.
- the elastically deformable cover 10 returns to its undeformed state in the region in which it covers the cavity 4, whereby the volume in the first chamber 11 is greater and the air contained therein through the first passages 5 and to a very small Part - also sucked through the longitudinal channel 7 becomes.

- the sole construction of this invention of considerable strength and permanently ensures good air circulation. Since the sole consists only of easily available as well as easily produced and joinable parts, the production costs are rather low. Of course, the invention is suitable for many changes and variants, all of which move within the same concept of invention.
- a sole body 101 which includes a sole body 102, on the upper surface thereof, as in the previously described sole body I, a first 104 and second cavity 108 which are interconnected by a longitudinal channel 107 and which are enclosed by an elastically deformable cover 110 in which one or more passage openings are embedded in the second cavity 108.
- the first and second chambers are connected to the exterior of the sole body 102 through the first 105 and second passageways 109 recessed in the side surface of the sole body 102.
- first and second passageways 109 recessed in the side surface of the sole body 102.
- cover 110 In the area above the longitudinal channel 107 and in the direction of the bottom of a transverse partition wall 123 protrudes out of the cover 110, which is temporarily used when walking in a negative profile seat 124, which is recessed on the bottom of the longitudinal channel 107, so the first chamber is separated from the second.
- the dividing wall 123 and the seat 124 have a substantially triangular shape in a longitudinal section of the sole body 102. Also in this solution are located between the cover 110 and the bottom of the second cavity 108, a certain number of spacers 118 made of elastically deformable material.
- This operation is similar to that described in connection with the previous embodiment and in the FIGS. 1 to 6 2, with the difference that during the second walking phase, when the heel and toe are supported on the ground and the cover 110 is therefore pressed simultaneously towards the bottom of the first cavity 104, the longitudinal channel 107 and the second cavity 108, the septum 123 With negative profile 124 is used, whereby the first chamber is separated from the second chamber.
- the air contained in the second chamber can not flow back into the first chamber, it is therefore forced to run through the recessed into the cover 110 through openings towards the foot, to escape partially through the second channels 102 from the sole body 102 , This leads to an increase in efficiency in the process of air circulation in footwear.
- the septum 123 in the seat 124 is also used at the beginning of the following walking phase, in which the foot touches the toe only on the ground; During this phase, the air contained in the second chamber can not flow back into the first chamber, but only one run towards the foot and on the other escape from the sole body 102, which causes a further increase in the air circulation.
- a footwear positionable sole 222 which consists of a sole body 202, in the upper surface 203, similar to the previously described sole body I, a first cavity 204 and a second cavity 208, through a longitudinal channel 207 connected to each other, are embedded.

- the sole 222 may be used in a footwear of a conventional type, not shown in the accompanying figures.
Description
The present invention relates to a sole for footwear which allows air circulation in the shoe and thus directly to the foot at each step of the running movement.
Nowadays, shoes are known that are equipped in the sole with devices that promote air circulation in the shoe, which reduces the internal moisture and thus improves the user's foot comfort. This known shoe type generally provides mechanical parts, such as hollow connections and valves, which are housed interconnected in the sole interior.
The main disadvantage of this type of footwear is that the various mechanical parts which allow air circulation, in particular the hollow joints and valves, are subjected to increased mechanical stress during walking, causing breakage and / or mutual separation from each other, thereby losing their mechanical properties Functionality to result. In addition, most constructions do not allow the incoming air to the foot.
Another disadvantage that this shoe type involves is that the mentioned mechanical parts required for air circulation are very expensive, which adds to the cost of manufacturing these shoes. Another major disadvantage is that the various mechanical parts that allow the air circulation in the shoe, take up quite a lot of space. For their accommodation, therefore, a sole of large dimensions, in particular large thickness, is required, which can lead to an unattractive appearance.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to exchange fresh air in the sole without mechanical parts with each step, to supply and forward directly to the foot and the technical problems made clear It overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art technique and creates conditions that allow good air circulation inside the shoe without significantly changing the sole dimensions of shoes without air circulation.
In the context of this task, another important goal is to construct a footwear that on the one hand ensures an efficient and permanent air circulation, on the other hand, is error-free and maintenance-free.
Another important objective is that the present invention can be applied to shoes equipped in the industry standard production methods and with the conventional technique. The last objective is to find a construction that is simple in construction and not too expensive to manufacture.
The above objects and objects are achieved and achieved by a sole construction for a shoe according to
The cover can hereby cover loosely cover the cavity or be firmly connected to the sole body.
In this case, the cavity holds a first (sub) cavity facing the heel region and a second (sub) cavity facing the toe region and at least one longitudinal channel, via which the first and the second cavity communicate with one another, wherein the first cavity and / or the second cavity and / or the longitudinal channel through the openings with the shoe facing Outside of the sole body communicate.
Furthermore protrudes from said cover in the region above the longitudinal channel and in the direction of the bottom of a transverse partition, which temporarily when walking in a seat with a negative profile, which is embedded in the bottom of the longitudinal channel and the first of the second chamber is used. The seat in the longitudinal section of the sole body may in this case have a substantially triangular shape. By providing the septum, the first chamber and the second chamber are temporarily separated during the walking movement. In the walking phase, in which the chambers are separated, the air contained in the second chamber can not flow back into the first chamber, and thus can partially penetrate into the shoe interior and partially escape through channels from the sole body through through holes inserted into the cover. This leads to an increase in efficiency in the process of air circulation in footwear.
It may be preferred to provide openings, in each case a plurality of inlets / outlets, in the heel area and both on the inside and outside in the ball area. Hereby, it is understood that the heel region extends from the foot end to the hinge region, and that the ball region extends from the foot front side to the hinge region. The openings of the cover can thus be located in particular above the first and / or the second cavity. Likewise, they may be located above the longitudinal channel. In particular, the cover may have openings over its entire surface. It may be preferred that the cover and / or the sole body are formed elastically deformable.
Thus, there is provided a sole construction which provides improved air circulation in a simple construction, solely by movement during walking, without the need for significant enlargement over conventional sole constructions without air circulation. The openings in the cover allow for effective ventilation of the shoe interior above the cover. While the formation of a continuous cavity may be simpler, the refinement in which the cavity comprises the two cavities and the longitudinal channel is advantageous in controlling the flow of air from the heel to toe area and vice versa through the longitudinal channel. The transversal passages have exits in the cavity. Thus, an efficient air supply is achieved from the outside into the interior of the sole body and thus finally into the footwell.
The transverse passages, with which the cavity (or the first or the second cavity) is in communication, can open in particular in at least one opening in the ball area of the sole body and in at least one opening in the heel area of the sole body, so that the cavity communicates with the exterior of the sole body Sole body is contacted. Thus, outside air can be sucked in depending on the walking phase in the heel area and in the ball area previously sucked in air are expelled and vice versa.
The sole construction of the invention thus constitutes a type of bellows system or puncture system in which, by utilizing the natural walking motion by pressure and suction outside air is sucked in and out again. In the walking phase, in which the heel of the foot touches, a pressure on the heel area of the cavity is exerted, whereby the existing air in the sole structure in the direction of the sole of the foot and the ball area is pressed. When shifting weight to the ball area, outside air is sucked in the heel area.
The first cavity may have an elongated, in particular elliptical, shape in plan view, and according to a further embodiment it is connected to one or more first transverse passages which open into openings in the lateral or rear surface of the sole body, so that the first cavity communicates with the exterior of the sole body Sole body is contacted.
The second cavity may be elongate in plan, in particular lance-shaped, and in accordance with an example of the sole construction disclosed herein, communicate with one or more second transverse passages opening into openings in the side surface of the sole body, such that second cavity communicates with the exterior of the sole body is contacted.
In the above examples, the connecting transversal passages have exits in the first and / or the second cavity. Thus, an efficient air supply and air circulation in the heel area and in the area of the metatarsus to the toe is achieved.
The cover may have the shape of an inverted "C" in a 90 ° clockwise rotated "C", the wings of which rest on the inner side surface of the sole body, and these wings have first and second through holes at the first and second aisles , While such a solid support of the cover is achieved, this construction is somewhat more complicated than an alternative solution in which the entire cover is formed without the wings of the inverted "C".
In order to make the dynamic air circulation in the sole construction even more efficient and in addition to offer the wearer of a shoe with the sole construction according to the invention an increased wearing comfort, between the cover and the bottom of the second cavity a certain number of spacers be made of elastically deformable material, whereby the temporary approach of the cover is made possible to the ground. When the forefoot is pressed onto the ground during walking, the air is almost completely expelled from the second cavity as the spacers are compressed, and at the same time a relatively large amount of air is drawn in the heel area.
It has been found that it is advantageous to have at least one of the spacers substantially cylindrical and in the middle region with an annular constriction, so that the spacers have the shape of an eight in longitudinal section, or with a plurality of annular constrictions. Such trained spacers are slightly compressed and reach quickly relief their discharge initial shape. In terms of production, it is advantageous if the spacers are attached to the cover and protrude in the direction of the second cavity. Alternatively, they may be formed within the second cavity in the sole body.
According to another example of the sole construction, alternatively or additionally, between the cover and the bottom of the first cavity there may be a certain number of spacers of elastically deformable material, thereby enabling the temporary closing of the cover to the ground. Again, and for the same reasons as above, these spacers, at least one, may be substantially cylindrical and have an annular constriction in the central region, so that the spacers are formed in a longitudinal section in the shape of a figure eight. These spacers can also be attached to the cover. Since a greater force is exerted on the user's foot on the first cavity during walking, it may be preferable to provide the spacers with two or more annular constrictions.
According to a development, the cover of the sole construction on a plurality of nubs, which protrude into the cavity. Advantageously, at least two of the plurality of dimples may be different in size and / or diameter and / or their Shore hardness. Groups of nubs, for example in the form of truncated cones, different size and / or circumference can be arranged to further improve the air circulation and also the comfort of wear, eg at an anatomical arrangement, ie, one of the anatomy of the foot adapted arrangement and shape of the knobs to increase. The cover and / or the studs may in this case consist of elastic material, for example PU or latex.
The nubs may be arranged in groups of nubs of the same size and / or the same circumference. Here, the nubs within a group may be spaced apart from each other with a measure that is different from the degree of spacing of individual nubs of another group.
In particular, the knobs may be arranged to form channels from the heel area towards the ball area and / or channels from the ball area towards the heel area. Advantageously, these channels can extend in the direction of the openings of the transverse passage.
The interaction of the mechanical deformation of the thus provided with nubs elastic cover due to the natural walking movement with the air-technical effects of the suction, redistribution and re-ejecting, as they are achieved through the openings of the transverse passage on the surface of the sole body, leads to a dynamic dynamic, active ventilation of the shoe area due to the natural occurrence and rolling of the foot.
In an alternative development, at least one support, in particular a column-like support, is formed for the cover within the longitudinal channel in the sole body. In addition to a support function for the cover and thus the user's foot, this reduces the passage of air through the longitudinal channel or increases the speed of the air flowing from one cavity into the other cavity, thereby achieving more efficient air circulation.
The sole construction of the present invention may, in all examples, preferably comprise a breathable, moisture-impermeable membrane layer below and / or above the cover. In particular, the exits of the one or more transverse passages in the first and / or the second cavity may be covered with a breathable, moisture-impermeable membrane layer. The membrane layer may be formed as a one-piece layer. Alternatively, isolated membrane patches may each cover outlets of the transverse passageways in the first and / or second lumens (air supply openings).
Such a membrane layer, as known in the art in various material constructions, all of which can be found in the present application, including, for example, polyester and / or polyethers, prevents and can also contribute to the penetration of moisture from outside the shoe Moisture from inside the shoe to the outside to transport.
The breathable membrane layer may be provided, in particular, on the sides and / or on the bottom of the first and second cavities and the longitudinal channel, thereby ensuring the prevention of the ingress of moisture from the outside,
For the purpose of improved sealing of the cavity of the sole body against moisture, the one or more transverse passage may have inlaid valves with air-permeable, water-impermeable membranes.
The above-mentioned examples of the sole construction disclosed herein may further comprise a nubbed insole, in particular air-cushioned, which can be found in FIG extending the cavity and below the cover and having air circulation openings. Comfort and efficient air circulation can be further improved. The nubbed insole may comprise a PU foam with openings and / or channels. Further, to further enhance air circulation, the sole structure may include an air circulating liner or a sheet of air-permeable material extending within the cavity and below the cover.
In all examples, the cavity and in particular the first and the second (lower) cavity can have elevations made of an elastic material, such as PU. This allows a more targeted guidance of the air within the cavity of the sole body.
These elastic elevations may be formed for example in the form of oblique sawtooth-like elevations or honeycomb-shaped or latticed or rectangular or oval or round or wavy elevations. The elevations may be in the form of conically placed rhombuses, in one piece made of PU. The combination of the selected shape of the bumps and the number and exact position of the transverse passageway connecting the outside of the soleplate can be optimized for air circulation. In particular, these elastic collection significantly increase the comfort.
It may be advantageous to form a different form of elevations in the heel area than in the remaining area or in the toe area, for example in the first cavity facing the heel area, a different shape of elevations than in the second cavity facing the toe area, and in particular form the elevations so that over at least a portion of the cavity channels, in particular in the bale and / or heel area, are formed along which the air can flow. The channels may advantageously extend from the heel region towards the midfoot and toe region. According to a further advantageous embodiment, these channels can extend to the openings of the transverse weights. For example, air may be forced along the channels towards the toe area as it occurs with the heel and may be distributed in the midfoot or toe area by bumps within the second lumen which are wave-shaped for improved air circulation.
According to a further development, the sole construction for mechanical stabilization can furthermore comprise an additional elastic plastic intermediate layer, a movable shaft, which has air channels and / or openings which are formed, for example, in a honeycomb pattern.

With reference to the above-mentioned figures, the number I designates a shoe sole comprising a
Advantageously, the
According to the example described here, the
Advantageously, located between the

On the other hand, part of the air previously contained in the
During this phase, the

In this walking phase, the air contained in the second chamber can not flow back into the first chamber, it is therefore forced to run through the recessed into the
The
