- das Kontrollsystem eine in dem Koffer angeordnete Elektronik umfasst,
- dass jeder Schlüssel eine Kodierung (mechanisch, elektronisch, elektromechanisch) umfasst,
- wobei jeder Schlüssel von der Elektronik anhand seiner Kodierung identifizierbar ist,
- wobei die Anwesenheit und/oder Abwesenheit jedes Schlüssels mittels der Elektronik zusammen mit Zusatzinformationen in Datensätzen protokollierbar ist,
- wobei sich die Zusatzinformationen auf Raum und/oder Zeit beziehen und insbesondere als geografische Koordinaten und/oder Datum und/oder Uhrzeit erfassbar sind.
