Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fußboden, bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von rechteckigen, plattenförmigen Fußbodenpaneelen, die jeweils aufweisen:
- eine Nutzschicht,
- eine Bodenschicht,
- eine zwischen der Nutzschicht und der Bodenschicht liegende Kernschicht aus Holzwerkstoff,
- zwei zueinander parallel verlaufende, erste profilierte Seitenflächen und zwei zueinander parallel verlaufende, gegenüber den ersten senkrecht angeordnete zweite profilierte Seitenflächen, die jeweils von einer Oberfläche und einer gegenüber liegenden, unteren Fläche des Fußbodenpaneels begrenzt sind,
- wobei das mechanische Blockiermittel ein in eingebautem Zustand längs der Seitenfläche eines Fußbodenpaneels geradlinig verlaufendes, eine Rastnase aufweisendes Profil ist,
- und wobei die profilierte Seitenfläche eine innerhalb der Kernschicht angeordnete, etwa quadratische Nut und einen unteren, über die Nut ragenden Verriegelungsarm aufweist.

Claims (13)
- Floor (1), consisting of a plurality of rectangular, plate-like floor panels (10.1, ..., 10.n) each comprising:- a wear layer (5),- a floor layer (3),- a core layer (2) located between the wear layer and the floor layer and consisting of a derived timber product,- two mutually parallel first profiled side surfaces (11.1; 11.2) and two mutually parallel second profiled side surfaces (12.1; 12.2) arranged perpendicularly with respect to the first profiled side surfaces, which are each delimited by a top surface (4) and an opposite lower surface (6) of the floor panel,- at least one separate mechanical blocking means which can be inserted or pressed at least partially into at least one groove (8; 40.1; 40.2; 79), the displacement of the floor panels with respect to each other at least in a vertical direction (Z), i.e., perpendicular to the floor layer (3), being blocked by means of the blocking means,- wherein the mechanical blocking means is a profile (21, 21.1; 22, 22.1; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 85, 90) which in the mounted state extends in a straight line along the side surface (11.1, 11.2; 12.1, 12.2) of a floor panel and comprises a snap lug (13; 49.1, 49.2, 49.3; 83),- and wherein the profiled side surface (12.1) has an approximately square groove (8) arranged within the core layer (2) and a lower locking arm (60) protruding over the groove (8),characterised in that- the snap lug of the profile accommodated in the groove (8; 79) protrudes completely beyond an abutment surface (67) of the floor panel before the floor panels are locked together,- the snap lug (13; 49.1, 49.2, 49.3; 83) has a support surface (88.1, 88.2, 88.3) which in the locked state is arranged in parallel with or slightly inclined with respect to the wear or floor layer (5; 3),- the snap lug (13; 49.1, 49.2, 49.3; 83), in the locked state, engages into at least one groove (7.1, 7.2, 7.3; 41; 82) - which is incorporated in the core layer (2) of an adjacent floor panel and is compatible with the snap lug - such that the support surface (88.1, 88.2, 88.3) of the snap lug presses against a groove flank (89.1, 89.2, 89.3; 65.2) of said groove (7.1, 7.2, 7.3; 41; 47; 82), which groove flank is facing the floor layer (3).
- Floor as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the profile (21, 21.1; 22, 22.1; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 85; 90) is at least partially C-, L-, M-, U- or W-shaped.
- Floor as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the snap lug (13; 83) is arranged at a free end (9) of a U-limb (14) of the U-shaped profile (21; 21.1; 22, 22.1; 23) or of a V-limb (14) of the V-shaped profile (24) or at a free end (17) of an L-limb (19) of the L-shaped profile (28; 85; 90).
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the M-shaped or W-shaped profile (25; 26) has a spring-elastic, arcuate middle part (48) which becomes two outer limbs (51, 52), one limb (51) of which can be placed in the rectangular groove (8) and the second limb (52) of which engages with its snap lugs (49.1, 49.2, 49.3), lying one above the other, into the grooves (7.1, 7.2, 7.3) of the adjacent floor panel in the relaxed state of the middle part (48).
- Floor as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the limb (52) having the snap lugs (49.1, 49.2, 49.3) is provided with a base (76).
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that- the snap lug (13; 49.1; 49.2, 49.3; 83) is triangular or trapezoidal or at least partially rounded,- the snap lug (13; 49.1; 49.2, 49.3; 83) has an inclined slide surface (GF) which faces the wear layer (5) of the floor panel in the mounted state.
- Floor as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that the slide surface (GF) is flat or curved.
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the L-limb (19) of the L-shaped profile (28; 85; 90) bearing the snap lug (13) and the U-/V-limb (14; 16) of the U-shaped and V-shaped profile (21, 21.1; 22, 22.1; 23; 24) respectively are formed to be at least partially spring-elastic.
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the U-shaped profile (21, 21.2, 22, 22.1; 23) or the V-shaped profile (24) is provided with at least one inner resilient strip (53) which pushes the snap lug (13) against the groove (41) in the locked state.
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the L-limb (19) of the L-shaped profile (28; 85; 90), as two floor panels are connected together, is articulated in the direction of an inclined surface (54) arranged between the wear layer (5) and the floor layer (3) or is supported on the inclined surface (54).
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the L-limb (19) of the L-shaped profile (28; 85; 90) and the U-/V-limb (14; 16) of the U-shaped and V-shaped profile (21, 21.1; 22, 22.1; 23; 24) respectively and snap lugs (13; 83) arranged thereon are segmented by gap-like interruptions (50).
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the L-shaped profile (85; 90) has a solid, approximately square base body (86; 91) which forms, together with the first L-limb (19), a U-shaped trough (84) or a groove-shaped undercut (92) directed perpendicularly to the L-limb (19).
- Floor as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the profile (21, 21.1; 22, 22.1; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 85; 90) is produced from metal, a derived timber product or synthetic material.
