Description

The invention relates to a substrate for holding a clothing article on a body part of a user, a method of manufacturing such a substrate, a strip cut in such a substrate, and a clothing article comprising a such band.

It is typically applied to elastic textile substrates for the production of so-called self-fastening clothing articles, such as lingerie articles such as tights or stockings for women, such articles can be held on a part of the body of a user without any external support.

For the realization of such articles of clothing, it is known to provide a region of such an article, for example an area of the inner face of a bottom located near the opening of said bottom, of a network of adhering product adapted to impart adhesion of said region on the skin of the user.

To do this, it has been proposed to directly coat the adhesive product network on the region of the clothing article intended to be worn on the skin of the user.

Moreover, we know of the document GB-2,305,870 a textile strip used for the manufacture of a garment, in particular to be fixed on the upper part of a stocking, said band being coated on one of its faces with a network of points of friction-generating material, in order to ensure maintaining a garment comprising such a band.

However, such a substrate is conventionally attached to an article of clothing by stitching, which does not give complete satisfaction, especially with regard to its complexity of implementation, as well as its good performance during the successive uses and washes of the fabric. article of clothing.

The invention aims to improve the prior art by providing a substrate for maintaining a clothing article whose association with said article is particularly simple and reliable, without impairing the maintenance function of said substrate.

For this purpose, according to a first aspect, the invention provides a substrate for holding a clothing article on a part of the body of a user, said substrate comprising a textile layer whose inner face is coated with a network of points of adhesive material capable of imparting adhesion to said body part, the outer face of said layer being coated with a network of hot melt product points.

  • formation de la couche textile ;
  • dépôt sur la face interne de la couche textile d'un réseau de points de matériau adhérant et chauffage dudit réseau à une température T1 ;
  • refroidissement dudit réseau de points de matériau adhérant ;
  • dépôt sur la face externe de la couche textile d'un réseau de points de produit thermofusible et chauffage dudit réseau à une température T2 ;
  • refroidissement dudit réseau de points de produit thermofusible.
According to a second aspect, the invention proposes a method of manufacturing such a substrate for maintaining a clothing article, said method comprising the successive steps of:
  • formation of the textile layer;
  • deposition on the inner face of the textile layer of a network of points of material adhering and heating said network to a temperature T 1 ;
  • cooling said adhering material dot network;
  • depositing on the outer face of the textile layer of a network of hot melt product points and heating said network to a temperature T 2 ;
  • cooling said dot network of hot melt product.

According to a third aspect, the invention proposes an associable band by laminating to a clothing article for maintaining said article on a part of the body of a user, said band being cut according to a predefined width in such a substrate.

According to a fourth aspect, the invention proposes an article of clothing, in particular a lingerie article, comprising an internal face intended to come into contact with a part of the body of a user, said internal face comprising such a band whose outer face is associated with said internal face by laminating the hot melt point network, so that the network of points of adhering material coated on the inner face of said strip is disposed facing said body portion to adhere to said body portion.

  • la figure 1 est une représentation schématique en coupe d'un substrat textile pour le maintien d'un article vestimentaire selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
Other features and advantages of the invention will appear in the description which follows, made with reference to the appended figures in which:
  • the figure 1 is a diagrammatic sectional representation of a textile substrate for holding a clothing article according to an embodiment of the invention;
  • the figure 2 partially represents an article of clothing comprising a band cut in a substrate according to the figure 1 .

In connection with these figures, there is described below a substrate 1 for holding a clothing article 2 according to the invention.

The substrate 1 comprises a textile layer 3 which may be formed of a knit, a woven or a nonwoven. According to a preferred embodiment, the textile layer 3 is elastic, which may be particularly advantageous for facilitating the donning by a user of a clothing article 2 comprising at least one piece 4 cut in the substrate 1.

In particular, the textile layer 3 may have an elasticity, measured under a force of 15 N, of between 40% and 250% in at least one direction. This elasticity can in particular be measured with a controllable dynamometer in which is disposed a specimen of the textile layer 3 of dimensions 50 mm × 150 mm, respectively in the sense of measurement and in the direction perpendicular to the measurement. Then, at a speed of 500 mm / min, and with a pretension of 0.3 N, a force of 15 N is applied. Thus, by reading the elongation curve that is delivered by the dynamometer, the ratio between the elongation induced by the force of 15 N and the initial dimension is determined in percentage.

In one embodiment, the textile layer 3 is in the form of a woven or knitted web which is formed by association of elastic threads and non-threaded yarns. elastic, the amount of elastic threads and the chosen armor allowing in particular to modulate the elasticity of said layer in one and the other main direction of the textile layer 3, namely warp and weft.

In particular, the textile layer 3 may comprise between 5% and 30% by weight of elastane-type elastic yarns or having a similar self-elasticity. Recall that the term elastane is a standardized generic name for chemical fibers composed of at least 85% elastomer consisting of at least 85% of its mass of segmental polyurethane. Spandex fibers, which are part of the elastofibers class, make it possible to form yarns based on natural materials such as cotton or based on synthetic materials such as polyamide, polyester or polypropylene.

In particular, the textile layer 3 may comprise an alternation of elastic threads and non-elastic threads, the title of said threads being of the same order of magnitude, which makes it possible to obtain an appearance and a nervousness adapted to the clothing use, in particular in lingerie, a substrate 1 comprising said layer.

A method of making a substrate 1 for holding a clothing article 2 according to the invention in which the textile layer 3 is first conventionally formed by weaving, knitting or knitting techniques is described below. forming a nonwoven.

In particular, the invention can provide for forming a textile layer 3 whose width is between 0.9 m and 2.5 m.

Then, the invention provides for depositing on the inner face of the textile layer 3 a network of points 5 of adhesive material by means of a coating method conventionally used, for example by screen printing or by heliography.

For this purpose, the adhering material, which is generally the result of mixing a polymer with a catalyst, is deposited in the form of a network of points 5 of said material on the inner face of the textile layer 3 by means of a coating process such as those mentioned above. Then, the network is heated to a temperature T 1 greater than the melting temperature of the adhering material.

According to a particularly advantageous embodiment represented on the figure 1 the points 5 of adhesive material have an elongated rod shape and a flattened outer surface, so as to improve the coefficient of friction of the network formed by said points, and thus the maintenance of a clothing article 2 comprising a piece 4 cut in the substrate 1 on a part of the body of a user, as well as the comfort of said user. To further improve the adhesion of the dot network 5 to the skin of the user, said points 5 may also be arranged in successive rows so as to be shifted from one row to another.

Moreover, the textile layer 3 coated with the network of points 5 can then be placed in an oven at a temperature T1 sufficient to cause the crosslinking of said adhesive material points on the internal face of said layer.

In particular, the adhering material may be based on elastomeric silicone.

Next, the invention provides for cooling the network of points 5 of adhering material, for example by blowing air or by passing the textile layer 3 coated with said network on cylinders fed with ice water, so as to ensure the solidification of points 5 of material adhering more rapidly than by natural convection, especially to limit a possible deformation of said points that could result from too long a cooling time. In addition, the use of such a method makes it possible to reduce the contact time between the heated material and the textile layer 3, which limits the possible damage to said layer that could result.

Once the inner face is coated, the invention provides for depositing on the outer face of the textile layer 3 a dot network 6 of hot-melt product by means of a coating process such as those mentioned above for the coating of the network. of points 5 of adhering material.

For this purpose, provision may be made to use a hot-melt product whose melting temperature is lower than the melting temperature of the adhesive material coated on the inner face of the textile layer 3, so as to avoid any deformation of the network of points 5 said adhering material in a subsequent association by laminating a piece 4 cut in the substrate 1 to a clothing article 2.

In particular, the hot-melt product may be based on a polymer or copolymer of polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane or polyolefin. The hot-melt product may also be provided in aqueous dispersion and / or alcohol and / or other polar solvent, and be at room temperature in the form of a paste.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the coating of the outer face of the textile layer 3 is carried out by means of a coating method for a screen printing cylinder which conventionally comprises the steps described below.

The hot melt product is first dispersed in an aqueous medium, then mixed with a thickening substance so as to obtain a paste of said product, said paste then being sent under pressure in a rotating frame pierced with a network of holes in the form of dots.

Thus, a dot network 6 of hot melt paste is deposited on the outer face of the textile layer 3, said points having a shape complementary to the shape of the holes in the network of the rotating frame, said network points further having a point arrangement identical to that of said network of holes.

In the case of a textile layer 3 elastic, it may be particularly advantageous to arrange the diameter of the holes of the rotating frame, the number of holes per square centimeter on said frame, and the arrangement of said holes so that the elastic properties initials of said textile layer 3 are preserved after the coating of the fusible product network. In addition, the choice of a discontinuous network of points 6 makes it possible to maintain a better feel of the coated textile layer 3 and greater flexibility with respect to a textile layer coated with a continuous film of said heat-sealing product.

The textile layer 3 coated with the network of points 6 is then passed into an oven at a temperature T 2 greater than the melting temperature of the hot melt product, said temperature being furthermore sufficient to evaporate the water from said dough points. In addition, in this embodiment, the temperature T 2 of the oven must be lower than the temperature T 1 , in order not to risk altering the network of points 5 of adhesive material previously deposited on the internal face of the textile layer 3 .

Finally, the dot network 6 of hot melt product is cooled, for example by passing the textile layer 3 on cylinders fed with ice water, in particular to reduce the contact time between the heated product and the textile layer 3, and thus limit possible damage to the layer that could result.

In another embodiment, the outer face of the textile layer 3 can be coated by means of a transfer coating method. In this case, the dot network 6 of hot melt paste is deposited on a surface of a transfer medium by a coating process per screen cylinder, said support then being passed through an oven at a temperature T 2 to the times greater than the melting temperature of the hot melt and sufficient to evaporate the water points 6 dough of said product.

Then, the transfer support carrying the heated network of points 6 is disposed vis-à-vis the outer face of the textile layer 3 so as to put the network in contact with said face. Thus, by adjusting the respective affinities of the transfer medium and the textile layer 3, it is possible to allow the transfer of the network of points 6 from the transfer medium to the outer face of said textile layer.

Finally, the network of points 6 is cooled on the outer face of the textile layer 3 by passing said layer on cylinders fed with ice water, for the reasons described above.

This variant makes it possible to coat the textile layer 3 with a network of hot melt product points 6 without specific heating of said layer, which makes it possible to avoid thermal shock for said layer, and thus the risk of deformation of the dot network. 5 of adhesive material already coated on the inner face of said layer.

The substrate 1 thus created can then be cut, so as to manufacture at least one piece 4 from said substrate which is adapted to the shape and / or the position of the region of the article of clothing 2 on which said piece must be laminated. The production of a substrate 1 in large width, in particular between 0.9 m and 2.5 m, then the cutting of said substrate, allows a significant productivity gain relative to the realization of the coating steps.

In particular, it is possible to obtain from the substrate 1 at least one band 4 which can be laminated to a clothing article 2 for holding said article on a part of the body of a user, said band being cut according to a predefined width in said substrate .

In relation to the figure 2 there is described a clothing article 2, for example a women's sock, comprising an inner face intended to come into contact with each other. with a body part of a user, for example, in this case, the thigh or the calf of said user.

The inner face of the bottom 2 comprises on its upper part, that is to say on an area of said inner face located near the opening 7 of said bottom, a band 4 whose outer face is associated with said inner face by laminating the dot network 6 of hot-melt product (not shown in FIG. figure 2 ).

In addition, the band 4 is thus associated with the bottom 2 so that the network of points 5 of adhesive material coated on the inner face of said band is arranged facing the top of the thigh or the calf of the user to adhere to the auditory upper thigh or calf.
