Abstract
Bei einem Kühlkopf für eine Kühlanlage zum Kühlen von Objekten auf semi-kryogene bzw. kryogene Temperaturen von 283K bis 4K, insbesondere 190K bis 4K, mit Isolationsmitteln zum Isolieren des Kühlkopfes, wobei die Isolationsmittel des Kühlkopfes von einer Vakuumkammer gebildet sind, in welcher der Kühlkopf angeordnet ist, und mit an den Kühlkopf angeschlossenen Verbindungsleitungen zum Zu- und Rückführen eines auf bevorzugt semi-kryogene bzw. kryogene Temperaturen abgekühlten Kühlmittels zum bzw. vom Kühlkopf, wobei Isolationsmittel zum Isolieren der Verbindungsleitungen vorgesehen sind, sind die Isolationsmittel der Verbindungsleitungen (13,14) von einer Vakuumisolierung (17) gebildet, wobei die Vakuumkammer (16) und die Vakuumisolierung (17) der Verbindungsleitungen (13,14) miteinander unmittelbar in Verbindung stehen und mit einer gemeinsamen Unterdruckquelle verbindbar sind, und wobei die Verbindungsleitungen an dem dem Kühlkopf abgewandten Ende aus der Vakuumisolierung herausgeführt sind.
