Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for dispensing beverage with a container that can accommodate a beverage bag.
- bag-in-box beverage containers consist of a tubular bag and a cardboard packaging enclosing the tubular bag.
- the tubular bag or tube container is filled free of air with a ready-to-drink product or with a concentrate.
- Such bag-in-box beverage containers generally have a beverage outlet, which is formed integrally with the tubular bag.
- a beverage outlet for such tubular bags is sold, for example, by the company Smurfit under the brand name V-TOP®.
- It is also known that such bag-in-box beverage containers can be included in beverage dispensers, so-called dispensers.
- document DE 20 2006 011 691 D1 teaches a receptacle for bag-in-box beverage containers with a transparent receptacle. The receptacle is designed so that a standardized bag-in-box beverage container is completely taken up with its cardboard outer packaging. Through the acrylic glass storage compartment, the label of the outer packaging of the bag-in-box beverage container can be clearly read.
- a disadvantage of this drink dispenser is that the cardboard outer packaging increases the required space of the bag-in-box beverage container.
- the cardboard outer packaging is relatively stiff. To place beverage containers in the storage compartment in this stiff bag-in-box, the storage compartment must be freely accessible from the rear. Otherwise, the beverage outlet can not be passed through the front wall. Such filling from the rear is often cumbersome, especially since the passage opening relative is made small and the dispensers are often placed so that the back is not accessible.
- beverage dispensers in which a beverage concentrate is pumped from a bag-in-box storage container and then diluted with water.
- a beverage concentrate is pumped from a bag-in-box storage container and then diluted with water.

- the peripheral wall or the peripheral region of the container is at least partially translucent. That the peripheral region is at least partially not completely transparent or transparent, but only partially transparent. In other words, the peripheral area is neither completely translucent nor opaque. Rather, the peripheral region should scatter visible light to a visually perceptible extent and be substantially milky, opaque or opaque.
- the device for dispensing beverages only consists of a container.
- the peripheral region has at least one minimum translucency or minimum light transmittance at which a nontransparent or non-colorless beverage in an at least partially transparent beverage bag section is at least schematically recognizable.
- a user can thus recognize the level of the container from outside the outer wall of the container.
- the beverages may be any non-transparent or non-colorless beverage, such as coffee, fruit juices, milk, etc.
- the translucent container Due to the translucent container, it is possible, at least in sections, to make the at least partially transparent beverage bag unrecognizable if it is received in the container without its outer packaging.
- the peripheral region has at most a maximum translucency (maximum light transmittance) at which the user does not recognize the at least partially transparent beverage bag section.
- a dispenser or a container which has such a maximum translucency in its peripheral area gives the user the impression that he is offered freshly prepared colored drink, for example a freshly prepared fruit juice.
- a translucent structure is an attractive design.
- the translucent structure of the container disclosed herein is independent of the other aspects of the technology disclosed herein and may be used in other devices. Further, all other aspects of the disclosed technology may also be embodied without a translucent structure.

Description
The present invention relates to a device for dispensing beverage with a container that can accommodate a beverage bag.
A disadvantage of this drink dispenser is that the cardboard outer packaging increases the required space of the bag-in-box beverage container. The cardboard outer packaging is relatively stiff.
In contrast, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular to provide an improved and / or alternative and / or additional beverage dispenser.
It is preferably an object of the present invention to provide a device which simply displays the level of the device. Furthermore, it is a preferred object of the present invention to provide a dispenser in which the beverage is protected from external influences such as heat, light, etc. Another preferred object is to provide a low cost and versatile beverage dispenser. Particularly preferably, the dispenser is easy to fill. Another aspect of the present disclosure is to provide a chilled beverage dispenser that can be operated without electrical power.

The outer wall and / or the inner wall preferably has a microtopography and / or a macro topography on at least one of its surfaces. The peripheral wall or the peripheral region of the container is at least partially translucent. That the peripheral region is at least partially not completely transparent or transparent, but only partially transparent. In other words, the peripheral area is neither completely translucent nor opaque. Rather, the peripheral region should scatter visible light to a visually perceptible extent and be substantially milky, opaque or opaque. In its simplest form, the device for dispensing beverages only consists of a container.
Particularly preferably, the peripheral region has at least one minimum translucency or minimum light transmittance at which a nontransparent or non-colorless beverage in an at least partially transparent beverage bag section is at least schematically recognizable. Advantageously, a user can thus recognize the level of the container from outside the outer wall of the container. The beverages may be any non-transparent or non-colorless beverage, such as coffee, fruit juices, milk, etc.
Due to the translucent container, it is possible, at least in sections, to make the at least partially transparent beverage bag unrecognizable if it is received in the container without its outer packaging.
Advantageously, therefore, a negative effect by incident light on the drink can be avoided or reduced, without having to resort to complicated mechanisms for reading the level.
Advantageously, the peripheral region has at most a maximum translucency (maximum light transmittance) at which the user does not recognize the at least partially transparent beverage bag section. A dispenser or a container which has such a maximum translucency in its peripheral area, gives the user the impression that he is offered freshly prepared colored drink, for example a freshly prepared fruit juice. Moreover, such a translucent structure is an attractive design.
The translucent structure of the container disclosed herein is independent of the other aspects of the technology disclosed herein and may be used in other devices. Further, all other aspects of the disclosed technology may also be embodied without a translucent structure.
The microtopography is preferably designed as a matted surface of the peripheral region. The surface of the container may be a ground, sandblasted and / or eroded surface, for example a surface having a surface roughness of 18 to 36 microns, preferably 24 to 34 microns, and more preferably 30 to 33 microns.
The surface is preferably an erosion structure 18 to 36, preferably 24 to 34, and particularly preferably 30 to 33 according to VDI 3400. Preferably, the outer surface of the outer wall and / or the surface of the inner wall facing the outer wall are ground eroded and / or sandblasted. The macro topography can be formed by depressions. The recesses are formed set back relative to the surrounding surface of the outer wall and / or the inner wall. In other words, macro topography provides a structure which is perceptible to the user in different levels. A microtopography, however, represents a surface topography perceived by the viewer as being in a plane of the surface. The microtopography preferably comprises a surface roughness in the micrometer and / or submicrometer range. Alternatively or in addition to the depressions, the macro topography can also have elevations. The elevations are raised in relation to the surrounding surface of the outer wall and / or the inner wall. The depressions / elevations are preferably at least 0.5 mm, preferably at least 1 mm deep / high. Preferably, the depressions / elevations have a recessed / raised area of more than 10 mm 2, and more preferably more than 100 mm 2 .
The microtopography or the macro topography is expediently provided, distributed at least in sections, on at least one section of the peripheral region. Suitably, the microtopography and / or the macro topography is formed at least on the side facing the user, particularly preferably on the front side. Preferably, at least 10%, at least 30%, or at least 50% of the total surface area of the outer wall is translucent, wherein preferably the remaining surface is intransparent.
By means of the microtopography and / or the macro topography, it is particularly easy to manufacture a translucent section in the peripheral region at low cost. Moreover, depending on the design of the macro topography, the rigidity of the peripheral region can be positively influenced. Alternatively or additionally, translucency can be achieved with a cloudy or opaque outer and inner wall, e.g. by means of a wall material that has a sufficient number of scattering centers.
Particularly preferably, the outer wall and the inner wall, at least in sections, a substantially constant distance from each other. In other words, the outer wall and the inner wall suitably form a double-wall structure. Particularly preferably, the outer wall and the inner wall are arranged concentrically to one another. Further Preferably, the double-wall structure of the peripheral region is formed at least in sections as a substantially airtight body in which an insulating medium is preferably held. Particularly preferably, the isolation medium is a transparent or translucent medium, for example air. The insulating structure of the container disclosed herein is independent of the further aspects of the technology disclosed herein and may also find application in differently configured devices. Further, all other aspects of the disclosed technology may also be embodied without this insulating structure.
Particularly advantageously, the curvature of the outer wall and the inner wall and the distance between the outer wall and the inner wall may be at least partially selected such that an increased refraction occurs in the peripheral region. Particularly advantageously, the microtopography and / or the macro topography are at least partially formed such that increased refraction and / or scattering occurs in the peripheral region.
Preferred materials for the peripheral region are, for example, acrylic glass (polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), polyphenylene ether (PPO), and / or polyethylene (PE). Particularly preferably, the peripheral region is made of polycarbonate. For example, the material in the peripheral region itself may be transparent (= 100% translucent) or partially transparent (e.g., 30% to 99% translucent), and the translucency achieved by matting (i.e., roughness) the surface (s).
Further preferably, the peripheral region is at least partially made of a material which is inherently translucent and / or has an increased refractive index.
Increased refraction is a preferred way to pass only in the level information to the user. Further advantageous could be the user disturbing reflections on the outside of the container are avoided.
The container expediently has an outlet opening in the lower area. The outlet opening can be designed such that a beverage outlet can be passed. The beverage outlet can be formed integrally with the beverage bag. For example, the beverage outlet can be a V-Top® beverage outlet made by Smurfit. Particularly preferably, the outlet opening is formed in the bottom region and / or in the lower region of the peripheral region. Such an opening allows a particularly simple filling of the container with the beverage bag. Advantageously, the bottom area can be formed inclined towards the outlet opening. With the inclined bottom, the residual emptying of the beverage bag can be improved.
Particularly preferably, the device in addition to the container in addition to a lower part. The lower part can be arranged in the use position of the device below the container. The lower part supports the container. Particularly preferably, the lower part is formed increased such that a glass, a cup or a cup or other container below the beverage outlet can be arranged.
The lower part may have a recess for receiving the beverage outlet. Preferably, the lower part has an upper edge. Appropriately, the recess of the lower part to the upper edge is formed open. Preferably, the recess of the lower part and the outlet opening of the container are arranged correspondingly such that the beverage outlet of the tubular bag can be guided through the outlet opening and can be arranged or fastened in the recess of the lower part. Particularly preferably, the recess is formed as a U- or V-shaped recess having a widened relative to the surrounding wall of the lower part collar. Advantageously, the beverage outlet is positively held in the recess and secured against slipping. Appropriately container and base are releasably connected. Particularly preferably, the container rests on a bottom plate of the lower part. Thus, in a simple manner, first the beverage bag placed in the container and the beverage outlet are passed through the outlet opening before the container is placed on the base. The beverage outlet can be easily and conveniently inserted into the recess of the base.
The device may further comprise a removable panel attachable to the base and / or the container. Suitably, the aperture is designed and arranged such that it covers the outlet opening. The panel may have an aperture recess which, together with the recess of the base surrounds the beverage outlet. Preferably, different screens can be used for different drinks. Advantageously, the beverage bag is therefore not visible through the outlet opening. The orifice may also reduce the risk of dirt entering the container and / or the base. Suitably, the lower part may comprise a removable drip tray.
The outlet structure of the container disclosed herein, in particular the interaction of the recess / opening with the beverage outlet and / or the interaction of the recess / opening with the diaphragm, is independent of the further aspects of the technology disclosed herein and can also be applied in differently configured devices. Further, all other aspects of the disclosed technology may also be embodied without this outlet structure.
The container may conveniently comprise a lid. Preferably, the lid seals the container. Appropriately, a holder for at least one Kühlakku or a non-electric cooling element may be provided on the inside of the lid. Suitably, the holder for the at least one cooling battery comprises a plurality of webs, which have projections at their ends. Advantageously, the holder, in particular the webs arranged and designed such that at least one Cooling battery can be inserted laterally. Preferably, the holder holds the cooling battery by means of positive locking.
Drink dispensers are often used in places where they are exposed to a strong heat development by the lighting. For example, beverage dispensers are set up to provide drinks at a breakfast buffet. In order to illuminate the buffet as well as possible very often very bright lights are used, which emit a lot of heat. This radiation usually hits the top of the dispenser. Thus, the dispenser is heated from above. As a result of the arrangement of the cold battery disclosed here, the heat source and heat sink are arranged close to one another. Advantageously, the resulting heat can therefore be equal compensated by the accumulator. Further advantageous cold air falls down, so that the beverage bag is evenly cooled.
The cover structure disclosed herein is independent of the other aspects of the technology disclosed herein and may be used in other devices. Further, all other aspects of the disclosed technology may also be embodied without this cover having a support structure.
