It will also be observed that the pouring member 22 has the passage 27 formed in it so that such' passage is enclosed so that the 'liquid can only escape at the outer end of this passage and so that its flow is positively directed to the place where the operator 'wants it and there is no danger of its overfiowing from the spout. Also the cork tube e 21 effectively seals the pouring member from form or ar'ra'ngeme'nt of parte except in so far as such limtatons are included nthe claims.
