In combination with a golf bag, a pair of cross members secured to the bag and providing openings through which golf clubs may be eX- tended, each of said cross members comprising an integral wire body having two parallel shank portions connected by downwardly turned integral bends, and means for securing said bend portions to the golf bag.

In combination with a golf club bag, a cross member comprising a continuous wire body having parallel shank portions connected by downwardly turned integral bends, and means for securing said bend portions to the golf bag. 3. In combination, a plurality of cross members angularly related and secured to the golf bag, each of said. cross members comprising a wire body having substantially parallel shank portions connected at their ends by downwardly turned and substantially V-shaped portions, and means for securing said V-shaped portions to the golf bag.
4. In combination with a golf bag, a pair of cross members adapted to be secured to the upper end of said bag, each of said cross members comprising a bendable wire body having intermediate parallel Shanks and downwardly turned integral bends connecting the ends of said Shanks, and
means for securing said bend portions to the golf bag.
5. In combination with a golf bag, a pair of cross members, each of said cross members comprising a bendable wire body having parallel intermediate shank portions connected by down- Wardly turned V-ends, and means engaging the V-ends of said cross members for securing them to the bag.
6. In combination with a golf bag, a pair of cross members secured together at their points of intersection, each of said cross members comprising a metal body having intermediate substantially parallel shank portions connected by integral downwardly turned bends, and releasable means engaging said bends for securing said cross members to the bag.
7. A golf club separator for golf bags, comprising a pair of metal cross members arranged in angular relation and connected at their points of intersection, each of said members comprising a wire body having substantially parallel intermediate portions connected at their ends by downwardly turned and substantially V-shaped bends, and means engaging the V-shaped bends for securing them to a golf bag.
