Abstract

A simplified needle puller and container for pulling out and storing used injector needles. The present invention takes advantage of a hollow container which has on one end a plug-in device for needles. Around the plug-in device there is one or several claw tips with gaps in between to catch the inserted needle by holding the pinhead and place it in the container. This prevents injuries caused by needles and infectious disease when safety is concerned of medical people handling them.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is a simplified injector needle puller and container, in particular a hollow box with opening for needles to insert. A number of claw tips by its plastic nature can catch the end of needle and remove it. [0001]
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The present injector design comprises two elements of a needle and a cylinder which must be tightly pressed together to assembly; the needle must be abandoned after use in replaced sheath. [0002]
  • While there is potential danger and threat in the above procedure to medical staff due to emergency situation and difficult small sheath diameter, the present invention of needle puller is provided to solve the problem in the purpose of releasing the above disturbance to the safety of medical staff in disposing needles after use. [0003]
  • BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE
  • The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device able to pull out needles after use from the cylinder in prevention of infectious diseases caused by careless injuries through blood or media alike from patient needles. The present invention involves a container device for deposit of abandoned needles after injection. It has a hollow container and on one end a plug-in hole is set out for needles with a structure of several claw tips around able to rebound to remove needle heads inserted. The device is designed to solve safety problems like injuries and infectious diseases posed to medical staff in removal and deposit of used needles as well as environmental concerns for the destruction thereof[0004]
  • The following drawings are attached for further description of the detailed technical content of the present invention: [0005]
  • FIG. 1. Is the perspective view of the present invention [0006]
  • FIG. 2-[0007] 1 is the embodiment of the present invention
  • FIG. 2-[0008] 2 is the operational diagram
  • FIG. 3 is another diagram for operation.[0009]
  • First, FIG. 1, FIG. 2-[0010] 1 and FIG. 2-2 are referred to for the perspective view and operational diagram: the present invention of simplified injector needle puller and container has a main hollow structure 2, a deposit trough 20 inside, an opening 23 for insertion of needles 11 at center on top of the main structure 2, a number of claws 231 around plug-in 23, claw tips 232 formed with gaps 231, a connector ear 21 at side, a plug body 22 at the end of side ear 21, the plug body 22 matching plug diameter 23, claws 221 on the ring edge corresponding gaps 231, claws 221 thin on end and thick close to plug body 22; the purpose of design is that the plug body 22 fixes tightly with plug-in 23 when capping to prevent needle 11 in the deposit 20 from exuding and blood/fluid out flowing. Wherein said structure comprises two elements of a needle head 11 and a cylinder 13; the needle head 11 is fixed tightly to the cylinder base 10 by connector 12; the injector 1 is inserted after use into the plug-in 23 on the main structure 2; the claw tips 232 go in between the connector 12 and cylinder base 10 and resist to the side of cylinder base 10 and a ring 121 on the connector 12; claw tips 232 remove the connector 12 of needle 11 by way of rebound of claw tips 232 when pulling up cylinder 13; needles are deposited in the trough 20 of the main structure 2 with the problem in handling needles solved and infection caused by injuries prevented.
  • As shown in FIG. 3, is another embodiment of the present invention. The drawing shows the plug-in [0011] 23, gap 231 and claw tips 232 in a hollow box 3; the box 3 has a ladder 31 on one corner; a plug-in 23 opened on facet 311; several gaps 321 are set out around the plug-in 23; a number of claw tips 232 are formed through gaps 321; an arc shaped through 32 is placed on facet 312 on ladder 31; the arc shaped through 32 will guide injector 1 and cylinder 13 particularly for emergency situation; the design is a portable model.
