Abstract

The invention relates to composite liquid pumping equipment, the characteristic is in that: 1. on the bottom of liquid pipe of hand-pressing pump provides with an electric liquid pumping equipment, the outlet of the electric pumping equipment could be connected to the lower end of the pipe of hand-pressing pump so as to form a liquid communicating structure; 2. Hand-pressing air compressing ball could be provided in a suitable position of the top end or side end of composite liquid pumping equipment of the invention in order to match the configuration, structure and convenience of the product; if hand-pressing air compressing ball is disassembled, an electric one could be used also to generate liquid pumping effect; however, whether the hand-pressing air compressing ball is disassembled or not, pumping liquid effect could be generated by the electric liquid pumping equipment of the invention without any influence; 3. The motor in the liquid pumping equipment could be provided in the power-supplying house or in a suitable position of liquid pumping pressure chamber, the spiral vane or stirred component of other structure could be fixed by means of a shaft with cylindrical shape.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • By taking into consideration conventional hand-pressing pump meanwhile making it have electric method the applicant of the invention creates a composite liquid pumping function by using a simple structure; according to the requirement and commercialization the structure of product could be designed and modified flexibly so as to increase the additional value and practicality of the product, it is not only obtaining the confirmation and supporting deeply from clients of Europe, America and Japan but also the applicant of the invention directs the defects of conventional hand-pressing and electric pumps and studies, improves intensively, through actively developing, creating, bringing forth the new from the old, adopting many years' experiences, the product of the invention has been created.   • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Nowadays, the pressure generated by conventional hand-pressing pump is not sufficient and not stable, if much more liquid wants to be sucked, so as to cause user's hand be tired out or aches usually and not only wastes time but also be strenuous, could not fit its economical efficiency indeed; further more, the volume of conventional water pump is so big that is inconvenience for using and its production cost is high, most of the voltage required has to be reached to 110 V or 220V, just can be used. In addition, both conventional hand-pressing pump and electric water pump due to the different of structure and performance may be two extremely different pumps, it is impossible to breakthrough that if people wants the product to have advantageous of above two pumps at the same time have practicality; therefore, the applicant of the invention after studying and exploring intensively, improving and creating again and again during development, creates more outstanding product.   • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention relates to composite liquid pumping equipment, specifically to both hand-pressing pump and electric liquid pumping equipment of the invention which could be modularized; the most important technical difficulty is that the principle of both conventional hand-pressing pump and electric pump is contrary and opposite. While the invention with the simple principle and method causes the liquid and pressure of hand-pressing pump and electric liquid pumping equipment of the invention to form a communicating state; the hand-pressing air compressing ball could be provided on the top end or side end of composite liquid pumping equipment of the invention in order to match the whole appearance, structure of product and convenience for the consumer; the invention not only can reduce cost of product for manufacturing but also can be convenient for assembling, more specifically, can promote producing process smoothly and meet rapid requirement; the motor of composite liquid pumping equipment could be provided in the liquid or out of the liquid, its apparent structure could be designed and modified in different way as the requirement of the market, therefore the performance of the structure of the invention is illustrious and high practicality, and the structure is simple, novel and advantageous, and manufacturing smoothly; it is really a creative design.[0003]

  • DESCRIPTION of the PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • See FIG. 1, it is a perspective sketch of the invention, wherein hand-pressing air compressing ball ([0039] 60) is provided on the top of the equipment, by means of the connection of inlet and outlet (62) of air forms a air communicating state with the liquid pumping pressure chamber; wherein the function of hand-pressing air compressing ball (60) is sucking liquid through filtered liquid main body (40) by compressed air, the liquid flows in to the liquid pumping pressure chamber (20) through liquid inlet pipe (33) within outer pipe (31), and again flows out of the liquid outlet pipe (231) through liquid outlet (23); wherein the function of power supply house (10) is to supply power to the equipment so as to cause liquid pumping out of liquid outlet pipe (231) rapidly by means of electric method.
  • See FIG. 2, the hand-pressing air compressing ball ([0040] 60) of this figure could also be provided in suitable position of side end of the equipment; a ventilated cover (61) is provided on the top end of hand-pressing air compressing ball (60) additionally, the function of ventilated cover (61) is that when the liquid of the equipment flows continuously and could not be stopped, the above ventilated cover could be released and the outside air flows into the hand-pressing air compressing ball (60), at this time the liquid could be stopped.
  • See FIG. 3, the air inlet and outlet ([0041] 22) of the invention could be extended out from power supply house (10) and connected with hand-pressing air compressing ball (60).
  • See FIG. 4, this is another embodiment of the invention, it can be seen from the figure, air inlet and outlet ([0042] 22) could be extended from liquid pumping pressure chamber (20) to the outside and connected with hand-pressing air compressing ball (60); therefore, the air inlet and outlet (22) of the invention according to the requirements of appearance, structure, function of product could be provided suitably for matching.
  • See FIG. 5, filtered liquid main body ([0043] 40) is provided on the bottom of the equipment, within the filtered liquid main body (40) is provided with liquid pumping chamber (52), within liquid pumping chamber (52) provided with motor (53) and spiral vane (55), the spiral vane (55) rotates rapidly by means of the power transmission of the motor (53), so as to cause the liquid outside the filter screen (42) could be sucked into the liquid pumping chamber (52) rapidly; at this time liquid in the liquid pumping chamber (52) is sucked greatly, and the liquid flows upward into the liquid inlet pipe (33), inlet-outlet of liquid and rate of flow are controlled by two in-out pistons (21) within liquid pumping pressure chamber (20), finally liquid flows out from liquid outlet (23); power supply line tube (32) is provided on the rear end of the motor (53) of liquid pumping chamber (52), its function is for using of providing power supply line (321) of motor (53) and the another function is to allow the heat generated by motor (53) diffusing from inside of the tube to liquid pumping pressure chamber (20) and outside of the equipment; a motor cover (51) could be provided under filtered liquid main body (40); filter screen (42) could be provided in suitable position of liquid pumping chamber (52) for filtering the larger impurities in the water.
  • See FIG. 6, this figure is an exploded sketch of assembly of filtered liquid main body ([0044] 40), motor (53), liquid pumping chamber (52), and spiral vane (55), and so on in FIG. 5.
  • See FIG. 7, a rear cover ([0045] 41) of filtered liquid could be provided directly on the bottom end of liquid pumping chamber (52), filter screen (42) is provided in suitable position of rear cover (41) of filtered liquid, according to the requirement the shape and the size of the filter screen (42) could be changed; in addition, a filter screen (42) could be also provided directly on the bottom end of the liquid pumping chamber (52), and no need of rear cover (41) of filtered liquid.
  • See FIG. 8, this figure is another embodiment of the invention of hand-pressing air compressing ball ([0046] 60), it compresses air from the side end; therefore the design of the hand-pressing air compressing ball (60) of the invention could be modified according to the requirement.
  • See FIG. 9, the motor ([0047] 53) of the invention could be provided directly in the power supply house (10), the length of transmission shaft (531) of the motor (53) could be increased according to the requirement and passing through original tube (32) of power supply line, so as to cause spiral vane (55) fixed in liquid pumping chamber (52) can have the same function of pumping liquid.
  • See FIG. 10, a liquid supply pipe ([0048] 35) is provided on the lower end of liquid pumping chamber (52) of the invention, the function of the liquid supply pipe (35) is to supply liquid in lower level directly or indirectly to liquid pumping chamber (52); similarly, the fixed position of liquid supply pipe (35) can also be provided in the suitable position of liquid pumping chamber (52) or filtered liquid main body (40) according to the requirement.
  • See FIG. 11, in this figure the structure of liquid inlet pipe ([0049] 33) and power supply line tube (32) may be a module; the power supply line tube (32) can also accommodate power supply line (321) or transmission shaft (531).
  • It is known from the above comprehensive explanation of the structure of the invention, the novelty and advancement of the structure of the invention are as follows: in the suitable position of hand-pressing pump of the invention at least one electric liquid pumping equipment is provided, the spiral vane is fixed by means of motor of the equipment, the liquid is pressed into liquid inlet pipe by spiral vane rotated with high speed, through pumping liquid pressure chamber, finally the liquid flows out from liquid outlet; wherein the design of hand-pressing air compressing ball could be modified according to requirement, and the design of structure of spiral vane also could be modified to match its function; wherein at least one battery or storage battery could be provided in the power supply house, at least one transformer could be provided outside the power supply house for being its power source; the connection method of all the parts of the invention may use conventional screw, adhesive bonding, fastening and various fixed method. Therefore, by using a simple equipment the invention can have advantages of conventional hand-pressing and electric pump, it is not only of high practicality but also of light weight and convenient so as to obtain higher value of product. Claims (13)

What is claims is:
1. A composite liquid pumping equipment, the characteristic is in that:
liquid inlet pipe is provided in suitable position of liquid pumping pressure chamber; liquid pumping chamber is provided in suitable position of the liquid inlet pipe; at least one stirred component is provided within liquid pumping chamber, the transmission shaft of the stirred component is transmitted by motor, and after stirring liquid, the liquid is pumping into liquid inlet pipe, finally the liquid flows to the outside of liquid outlet through liquid pumping pressure chamber.
2. A composite liquid pumping equipment, the characteristic is in that:
liquid inlet pipe is provided in suitable position of liquid pumping pressure chamber; liquid pumping chamber is provided in suitable position of liquid inlet pipe; at least one stirred component is provided within liquid pumping chamber, the transmission shaft of stirred component is transmitted by motor, and after stirring liquid, the liquid is pumping into liquid inlet pipe, finally the liquid flows to the outside of liquid outlet through liquid pumping pressure chamber; the transmission shaft between motor and stirred component is provided outside liquid inlet pipe so as to cause pumping liquid can be more smoothly without block of transmission shaft.
3. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein hand-pressing air compressing ball could be provided in suitable position of composite liquid pumping equipment.
4. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the design of the structure of spiral vane could be modified according to the requirement.
5. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein filter screen is provided in suitable position of liquid pumping chamber.
6. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein hand-pressing air compressing ball could be provided with a ventilated cover.
7. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the structure of inlet liquid pipe and power supply line tube may be a module.
8. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the motor could be provided inside or outside the liquid.
9. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein liquid supply pipe could be provided in suitable position of liquid pumping chamber.
10. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein liquid supply pipe could be provided in suitable position of filtered liquid main body.
11. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one piston could be provided within liquid pumping pressure chamber and near the path of inlet liquid pipe and liquid outlet.
12. A composite liquid pumping equipment, the characteristic is in that:
inlet liquid pipe is provided in suitable position of liquid pumping pressure chamber; liquid pumping chamber is provided in suitable position of the inlet liquid pipe; at least one stirred component is provided in liquid pumping chamber, the transmission shaft of stirred component is transmitted by motor, and after stirring liquid so as to cause liquid pumping into liquid inlet pipe, finally the liquid flows outside the liquid outlet; wherein the transmission shaft between motor and stirred component is provided outside the inlet liquid pipe, so as to cause pumping liquid can be more smoothly without block of the transmission shaft; wherein motor could be also provided in power supply house.
13. The composite liquid pumping equipment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein motor could be also provided in liquid pumping pressure chamber.
