Abstract

An eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit for providing a design kit that would be used to create attractive and eye-catching eyebrows. The eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit includes strips of material for shaping a user's eyebrow; and also includes protective covers being removably attached to the strips of material; and further includes a brush for brushing and shaping a user's eyebrow; and also includes pad members containing alcohol for cleaning about the user's eyebrow.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to eyebrow shapers and more particularly pertains to a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit for providing a design kit that would be used to create attractive and eye-catching eyebrows.

2. Description of the Prior Art

The use of eyebrow shapers is known in the prior art. More specifically, eyebrow shapers heretofore devised and utilized are known to consist basically of familiar, expected and obvious structural configurations, notwithstanding the myriad of designs encompassed by the crowded prior art which have been developed for the fulfillment of countless objectives and requirements.

Known prior art includes U.S. Pat. Nos. 6,336,462; 2,842,142; 2,917,058; U.S. Pat. No. Des. 393,501; U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,517,673; 4,024,879; 6,161,554; and U.S. Pat. No. 5,860,433.

While these devices fulfill their respective, particular objectives and requirements, the aforementioned patents do not disclose a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit. The prior art includes different types of eyebrow trimmers and waxers and adhesive eyebrows.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit which has many of the advantages of the eyebrow shapers mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art eyebrow shapers, either alone or in any combination thereof. The present invention includes strips of material for shaping a user's eyebrow; and also includes protective covers being removably attached to the strips of material; and further includes a brush for brushing and shaping a user's eyebrow; and also includes pad members containing alcohol for cleaning about the user's eyebrow. None of the prior art includes the combination of the elements of the present invention.

There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the invention that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

In this respect, before explaining at least one embodiment of the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced and carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit which has many of the advantages of the eyebrow shapers mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art eyebrow shapers, either alone or in any combination thereof.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit for providing a design kit that would be used to create attractive and eye-catching eyebrows.

Still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit that is attractive, convenient, easy to use, practical, compact, light weight, portable, cost-saving, and effective.

Even still another object of the present invention is to provide a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit that will provide a person with perfectly even and stylish eyebrows.

These together with other objects of the invention, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the invention, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure. For a better understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which there are illustrated preferred embodiments of the invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 4 thereof, a new eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit embodying the principles and concepts of the present invention and generally designated by the [0020] reference numeral 10 will be described.
As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4, the eyebrow hair removing & shaping [0021] kit 10 generally comprises strips of material 11 for shaping a user's eyebrow. Each of the strips of material includes a particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slot 12 being disposed therethrough, and also includes a word 13 being displayed upon a top side of the strip of material 11 describing the particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slot 12. Each of the particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slots 12 is elongated and curved and has an outer end that is tapered. Each of the strips of material 11 also includes adhesive 14 being conventionally disposed upon a bottom side thereof for removing unwanted hair about the user's eyebrow.
[0022] Protective covers 15 are removably and conventionally attached and adhered to the strips of material 11. The protective covers 15 are pieces of material that are removably placed upon the bottom sides of the strips of material 11 to protect the adhesive 14 disposed upon the bottom sides of the strips of material 11.
The eyebrow hair removing and shaping [0023] kit 10 also comprises a brush 16 for brushing and shaping a user's eyebrow. The brush 16 includes an elongate handle 17 having a plurality of bristles 18 being conventionally attached along an end portion 19 of the elongate handle 17. Pad members 20 contain alcohol for cleaning about the user's eyebrow.
In use, the user cleans about the user's eyebrow using one of the [0024] pad members 20 and the user would brush the user's eyebrow in a direction away from the user's nose. After doing so, the user places the bottom side of one of the strips of material 11 upon the user's head about the user's eyebrow and immediately removes the strip of material 11 in one complete motion beginning from a portion of the strip of material 11 which is disposed nearest to the user's nose, and then the user would clean about the user's eyebrow.
As to a further discussion of the manner of usage and operation of the present invention, the same should be apparent from the above description. Accordingly, no further discussion relating to the manner of usage and operation will be provided. [0025]
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention. Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the invention to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention. Claims

I claim:

1. An eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit comprising:

strips of material for shaping a user's eyebrow;

protective covers being removably attached to said strips of material;

a brush for brushing and shaping a user's eyebrow; and

pad members containing alcohol for cleaning about the user's eyebrow

2. The eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit as described in claim 1, wherein each of said strips of material includes a particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slot being disposed therethrough, and also includes a word being displayed upon a top side of said strip of material describing said particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slot.

3. The eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit as described in claim 2, wherein each of said particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slots is elongated and curved and has an outer end that is tapered.

4. The eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit as described in claim 3, wherein each of said strips of material also includes adhesive being disposed upon a bottom side thereof for removing unwanted hair about the user's eyebrow.

5. The eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit as described in claim 4, wherein said protective covers are pieces of material that are removably placed upon said bottom sides of said strips of material to protect said adhesive disposed upon said bottom sides of said strips of material.

6. The eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit as described in claim 5, wherein said brush includes an elongate handle having a plurality of bristles being attached along an end portion of said elongate handle.

7. A method of using an eyebrow hair removing & shaping kit includes the steps of:

providing strips of material having particular-shaped eyebrow-receiving slots being disposed therethrough, and also having adhesive being disposed on bottom sides thereof, and also providing a brush, and further providing pad members containing alcohol;

cleaning about a user's eyebrow using one of said pad members;

brushing the user's eyebrow in a direction away from the user's nose;

placing said bottom side of one of said strips of material upon the user's head about the user's eyebrow;

immediately removing said strip of material in one complete motion beginning from a portion of said strip of material which is disposed nearest to the user's nose; and

cleaning about the user's eyebrow.
