Abstract
A Velcro band structure includes a Velcro band attachable to a binding band wherein the Velcro band has a plurality of retaining areas with registration hoops and a plurality of separation areas without the registration hoops thereof defining the upper surface thereon, and the retaining areas and the separation areas thereof can be made in any shapes and are alternatively arranged in regular or irregular manner. The registration hoops of the retaining areas are engaged with a fleece facet of the binding band thereof to form a plurality of buckling sections individually isolated by the separation areas thereof for buckling up a combined article thereby. Thus, the buckling areas between the Velcro band and the binding band thereof are relatively reduced, facilitating an easy and effort-saving detachment of the Velcro band from the binding band thereof, and cutting down the noisy sound generated in the peeling-off operation without influencing the stable sticky effect thereof Besides, the Velcro band easily detachable without annoyingly limited by time or place can also avoid damaging some soft combined articles like clothes or fabric bags in the peeling-off operation, efficiently fitting to combined articles of various materials to achieve widespread use thereof.
Description
- The present invention is related to a Velcro band structure, including a Velcro band attachable to a binding band wherein the Velcro band has a plurality of retaining areas with registration hoops and a plurality of separation areas without the registration hoops thereof that are alternatively arranged in regular or irregular manner at the upper surface thereon; whereby, the registration hoops of the retaining areas are mutually engaged with a fleece facet of the binding band thereof to form a plurality of buckling sections individually isolated by the separation areas thereof for buckling up a combined article thereby, reducing the buckling areas between the Velcro band and the binding band thereof to facilitate an easy and effort-saving detachment thereof and cut down the noisy sound generated in the sudden peeling-off without influencing the stable sticky effect thereof. Besides, the Velcro band detachable without annoyingly limited by time or place can also avoid damaging some soft combined articles like clothes or fabric bags in the peeling-off operation, efficiently fitting to combined articles of various materials to achieve widespread use thereof
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 . A conventional Velcro band structure is made up of amale fastening band 10 with a plurality of registration hoops 11 arranged at one surface thereon with which a fleece facet 11′ of afemale fastening band 10′ is detachably engaged for buckling up of various combined articles such as handbags, shoes, or clothes, etc. thereby. - However, there are some drawbacks to such conventional Velcro band structure. First, the registration hoops 11 are densely arranged at all surface of the
male fastening band 10 thereon and fully attached to the fleece facet 11′ of thefemale fastening band 10′ as shown inFIG. 2 . Due to the large buckling areas thereof, themale fastening band 10 is securely bound with thefemale fastening band 10′, which tends to make it difficult to detach themale fastening band 10 from thefemale fastening band 10′. In case of great force applied to detach the male andfemale fastening bands band 10 thereon are suddenly detached from the fleece facet 11′ of thefemale fastening band 10′, great noisy sound is disturbingly generated in the peeling-off operation thereof, which, besides annoying to the ears of people around, can embarrassingly destroy the silence of a public place like a library. Third, in case the male andfemale fastening bands - It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a Velcro band structure, including a Velcro band attachable to a binding band wherein the Velcro band has a plurality of retaining areas with registration hoops and a plurality of separation areas without the registration hoops thereof that are alternatively arranged in regular or irregular manner at the upper surface thereon; whereby, the registration hoops of the retaining areas are mutually engaged with a fleece facet of the binding band thereof to form a plurality of buckling sections individually isolated by the separation areas thereof for buckling up a combined article thereby, reducing the buckling areas between the Velcro band and the binding band thereof to facilitate an easy and effort-saving detachment thereof and cut down the noisy sound generated in the peeling-off operation thereof so that the Velcro band can be easily and comfortably detached without annoyingly limited by time or place to achieve the best using condition thereof
- It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide a Velcro band structure wherein, via the registration hoops of the retaining areas alternatively interrelated to the separation areas to reduce the buckling areas thereof, the Velcro band can also avoid damaging some soft combined articles like clothes or fabric bags in the peeling-off operation thereof, efficiently fitting to combined articles of various materials to achieve widespread use thereof.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the present invention in peeling-off operation thereof. - Please refer to FIGS. 3 to 7 inclusive. The present invention is related to a Velcro band structure, including a Velcro
band 20 that is integrally woven to form a plurality of retainingareas 21 withregistration hoops 211 and a plurality ofseparation areas 22 without theregistration hoops 211 thereof defining the upper surface thereon, and the registration hoops 211 of theretaining areas 21 are provided withopenings 212 properly cut at preset spots thereon as shown inFIG. 4 . Theretaining areas 21 and theseparation areas 22 thereof can be made in any shapes such as rectangles, oblique stripes as shown inFIG. 5 , or triangles as shown inFIG. 6 and are alternatively interrelated each to the other in regular or irregular arrangement thereof. The registration hoops 211 of theretaining areas 21 can be detachably engaged with afleece facet 31 of a bindingband 30 to buckle up various combinedarticles 40 like handbags, shoes, or clothes, etc. thereby as shown inFIG. 7 . - Please refer to
FIG. 8 . In practical use, theretaining areas 21 are alternatively arranged with theseparation areas 22 thereof so that thefleece facet 22 of thebinding band 30 thereof are attached only to theretaining areas 21 to form a plurality of bucklingsections 23 individually isolated by theseparation areas 22 thereof. Thus, the buckling areas between the Velcroband 20 and thebinding band 30 thereof are relatively reduced to facilitate an easier and more effort-saving detachment of the Velcroband 20 from thebinding band 30 thereof and avoid damaging some soft combinedarticles 40 like clothes or fabric bags in the instant peeling-off operation thereof, efficiently fitting the Velcroband 20 to combinedarticles 40 of various materials to achieve widespread use thereof. Besides, the noisy sound generated in the peeling-off operation of the Velcroband 20 and thebinding band 30 is precisely cut down without any influence to the stable binding effect thereof so that the Velcroband 20 can be comfortably and easily detached without annoyingly limited by time or place to achieve the best using condition thereof.
