Abstract

A flexible toys comprises mainly a flexible main body provided with a holding portion extending from the top of the flexible main body, and engaged with at least one swing part on the middle section thereof; wherein said flexible swing part is provided with several flexible bars; the flexible main body and the flexible swing part can be designed to have different colors. As the operator holds the holding portion on the top of the flexible main body, said flexible main body is in a stretched state, whereby as the operator rotates the flexible main body to the right, the flexible main body becomes twisted. Upon releasing the flexible main body, the flexible main body will turn quickly to the left, thereby cause the fling of the flexible bars of the flexible swing part. As the flexible main body rotates left to a certain extent, the flexible main body becomes twisted and then turns to the right again. Under such constant rotation to right and left, the fling of the main body and swing part can persist. During the course of the fling, a lurid color could be presented due to the color difference between the flexible main body and the flexible and the purpose of amusement can be achieved.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The invention relates to a flexible toy, and in particular, to a flexible toy characterized in that, through the flexible attribute of TPR material, its flexible main body and flexible swing parts thereon can be turned right or left constantly to achieve the purpose of toying interest.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • The configuration and type of conventional rubber-type toys can be said to be extremely diverse that the producer can make a toy into any configuration according to the requirement itself enabling one enjoy a completely new visual organoleptic effect. Further, since rubber exhibits tenacity, the user can stretch and knead arbitrarily to change the form and the changed form can be restored to the original configuration due to the flexibility of the rubber, so that one can toy with it repeatedly without damage it. However, conventional rubber toys can only change over their configurations without any new idea. Thus, in order to impart a rubber toy much amusement, there has been developed rubber toys with stickiness with which the user can throw the rubber toy of diverse configuration to adhere any place and hence increase the amusement of those rubber toys. Although rubber toys exhibit already stickiness and flexibility, their configurations concentrate still on a planar type. Further, the playing mode of a conventional rubber toy is fixed without any novel idea.
  • Accordingly, the conventional product has many defects, is not a perfect design, and need to be improved.
  • In view of the various disadvantages derived from the above-described conventional toys, the inventor had devoted to improve and innovate it, and finally, after studying intensively for many years, has developed successfully the inventive flexibly toy.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • One object of the invention is to provide a flexible toy characterized in that it flexible main body can be made into a man-like configuration, and its flexible swing parts can be made into a hem of a clothe such that as the flexible main body swing left and right, the toy can behave as dancing happily like a dancer.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a flexible toy characterized in that it can be played simply with relatively much amusement.
  • Yet another object of the invention is to provide a flexible toy characterized in that its flexible main body and flexible swing parts can be made to have various colors such that as it spins, a different visual organoleptic effect can be achieved.
  • Flexible toys that can achieve the above-mentioned objects of the invention comprises a flexible main body and at least one flexible swing parts, wherein said flexible main body and said flexible swing parts can be of different colors; wherein said flexible main body is provided with a holding portion by extending from the top of the flexible main body, and an engaging slot around its middle section; wherein said swing parts is provided with holes thereon and several flexible bars extended therefrom; said holes are to be engaged in the engaging slot on the flexible main body such that said flexible bars can hang spontaneously and contact with said flexible main body; when the operator holds the holding portion on the top of the flexible main body, the flexible main body will be in a stretched state, and as the operator rotates continuously the flexible main body to the right side, the flexible main body becomes a twisted state effected by the flexible attribute of the flexible main body, thereby a resiliency is generated therein. Once the resiliency of the flexible main body is liberated, the flexible main body will rotate quickly to the left side and this rotation will cause the fling of the flexible bars on the flexible swing part, whereupon the flexible main body rotates to a certain extent, the flexible main body will twist again to the right side, whereby, under such constant rotation to right and left, the fling of the main body and swing part can persist. During the course of the fling, a lurid color could be presented due to the color difference between the flexible main body and the flexible and the purpose of amusement can be achieved.
  • These features and advantages of the present invention will be fully understood and appreciated from the following detailed description of the accompanying Drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a schematic exploded view of the flexible toy according to the invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the flexible swing parts in the flexible toy according to the invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic 3-dimensional view of the flexible toy according to the invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the operation of the flexible toy according to the invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, a flexible toy provided according to the invention comprises:
