Abstract

In descriptive accordance with this present invention a drinking container divided into separate chambers. It consist of a base that is flat and closed off with the exception of an opening for releasing the contents of only one chamber at a time into the bottom container. One of the chambers is sealed keeping fluid from entering into the top container. The chambers can be rotated to allow the contents of that specific chamber to release into the bottom container. There is an opening in the center of the container allowing fluid to pass from the bottom container through the top container and through a drinking spout. The top container screws on and off of the bottom container allowing fluid to be replaced after each use. This container also has the option of being disposable or reusable.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a container for holding powder mixes and fluids and, more particularly, to a container that holds powder mixes and the fluids together to be mixed at will.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Since powder mixes first became available for consumption they have existed separate from the container that mixes it. Usually the powder mix is in its own container, and the fluid used for mixing is in another container. This can be bothersome for the user.
  • The makers of powder mixes had no thought of containers that users would mix their powder in. It was left up to the user to find a container to mix the powder mix in. There are containers invented for easy open, easy pour, and easy dispensing, but not easy mixing.
  • Prior art containers although allows the user to pour, open, and dispense, easy they fall short of catering to easy powder mixing.
  • It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a container for mixing solid or powder substances with fluids.
  • It is another object of the invention to provide a container that has several different chambers allowing the user to mix different substances in the same container separate from each other.
  • It is another object of the invention to provide a container that is disposable or reusable.
  • It is another object of the invention to provide a container that allows the user to drink the desired substance while holding several others in the same container to later be mixed with new fluid at the users discretion.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a container that exists in two parts. The bottom part is a simple container that only holds fluid. The top container is cylinder in shape and is divided into separate chambers. Once rotated in the position that allows the contents of a chamber release it is then rotated back to the chamber that is sealed. There is an opening in the center of the container allowing fluid to pass from the bottom container through the top container and through a drinking spout. The top container screws on and off of the bottom container allowing fluid to be replaced after each use. This container also has the option of being disposable or reusable. The lid that covers the top container can be one unit non-removable that includes the drinking spout or removable allowing the chambers to be refilled.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • A complete understanding of the present invention may be obtained by reference to the accompanying drawings, when considered in conjunction with the subsequent, detailed description, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a drinking container in accordance with the invention.
  • For purposes of clarity and brevity, like elements and components will bear the same designations and numbering throughout the FIGURES.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the multimix bottle the top of the bottle is where the lid 2 is. The drinking spout 1 is built into the lid 2 itself. For a disposable bottle the lid 2 is non-removable and for a reusable bottle the lid 2 is removable. The lid 2 fits onto the rotating multimix chamber 3. The rotating multimix chamber 3 fits into the base 6 which is not separate from the rotating multimix chamber 3.They are different parts but the rotating multimix chamber 3 rotates inside of the base 6. Of the chambers in the rotating multimix chamber 3 one of chamber is closed off preventing fluid from the bottom container getting into the top container. The base 6 of the rotating multimix chamber 3 has an opening which allows the contents of each chamber to drop through to the bottom container. The base 6 which fits on to the rotating multimix chamber 3 screws on to the bottom container. When the rotating multimix chamber 3 is filled with a substance, that substance is dropped down to the bottom container when the rotating multimix chamber 3 is turned to the next chamber. The rotating multimix chamber 3 screws on to the bottom container putting the invention into active use.
  • Since other modifications and changes varied to fit particular operating requirements and environments will be apparent to those skilled in the art, the invention is not considered limited to the example chosen for purposes of disclosure, and covers all changes and modifications which do not constitute departures from the true spirit and scope of this invention.
  • Having thus described the invention, what is desired to be protected by Letters Patent is presented in the subsequently appended claims.
