Abstract
A furniture includes a main frame having a periphery provided with a plurality of hollow pipes, a front panel pivotally mounted on a front portion of the main frame 1, a top panel mounted on a top of the main frame, a bottom panel mounted on a bottom of the main frame, and three side panels mounted on three side walls of the main frame respectively. Thus, each of the side panels is mounted between the respective hollow pipes, and the hollow pipes are connected with each other by the mounting blocks, so that the main frame is assembled and disassembled easily and quickly, thereby facilitating a user mounting and dismantling the main frame.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a furniture and, more particularly, to a furniture such as a cabinet, a cupboard, a case or the like.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- A conventional furniture, such as a cabinet, a cupboard, a case or the like, comprises a plurality of mounting plates made of metallic or wooden material. When the mounting plates are made of metallic material, the mounting plates made of metallic material are heavy, thereby increasing the whole weight of the furniture. In addition, the furniture has a fixed outer appearance, thereby decreasing the aesthetic quality of the furniture. Alternatively, when the mounting plates are made of wooden material, the price is expensive, thereby greatly increasing costs of fabrication. In addition, the furniture has a fixed outer appearance, thereby decreasing the aesthetic quality of the furniture.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a furniture that is assembled and disassembled easily and quickly.
- In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a furniture, comprising at least one three-dimensional main frame having a periphery provided with a plurality of hollow pipes connected with each other, a front panel pivotally mounted on a front portion of the
main frame 1 and located between the respective hollow pipes, a top panel mounted on a top of the main frame and located between the respective hollow pipes, a bottom panel mounted on a bottom of the main frame and located between the respective hollow pipes, and three side panels mounted on three side walls of the main frame respectively and each located between the respective hollow pipes. - Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a side panel of a furniture in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to the drawings and initially to
FIGS. 1-3 , a furniture in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises at least one three-dimensionalmain frame 1 having a periphery provided with a plurality ofhollow pipes 10 connected with each other, afront panel 30 pivotally mounted on a front portion of themain frame 1 and located between the respectivehollow pipes 10, atop panel 40 mounted on a top of themain frame 1 and located between the respectivehollow pipes 10, a bottom panel 41 mounted on a bottom of themain frame 1 and located between the respectivehollow pipes 10, threeside panels 50 mounted on three side walls of themain frame 1 respectively and each located between the respectivehollow pipes 10, and a plurality ofcastors 60 mounted on the bottom of themain frame 1. - The
main frame 1 has a square shape. Each of thehollow pipes 10 is made of metal, paper or plastic material. Each of thehollow pipes 10 has a peripheral wall formed with a plurality ofslots 11. Each of thehollow pipes 10 located at the top and the bottom of themain frame 1 has an inner side provided with an inwardly extendingelongated support portion 12 to support thetop panel 40 and the bottom panel 41. - Each of the
top panel 40 and the bottom panel 41 is made of glass or plastic material. - The
front panel 30 is made is a paper board, PP board or composite wooden board. Thefront panel 30 has a surface formed with patterns, stripes or the like by spray painting to enhance the aesthetic quality of thefront panel 30. - Each of the
side panels 50 is made is a paper board, PP board or composite wooden board. Each of theside panels 50 has a surface formed with patterns, stripes or the like by spray painting to enhance the aesthetic quality of each of theside panels 50. Each of theside panels 50 has a periphery provided with a plurality of protrudinginserts 51 inserted into theslots 11 of the respectivehollow pipe 10, so that each of theside panels 50 is positioned between the respectivehollow pipes 10. - The
hollow pipes 10 are connected with each other by a plurality ofmounting blocks 20. Each of themounting blocks 20 is provided with a plurality ofinserts 21 each inserted into an end portion of the respectivehollow pipe 10 so that thehollow pipes 10 are connected with each other by themounting blocks 20. Each of themounting blocks 20 has a side formed with amounting hole 22. - Each of the
castors 60 is mounted on themounting hole 22 of therespective mounting block 20 located at the bottom of themain frame 1. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , the furniture comprises a plurality ofmain frames 1 laminating each other. Themain frames 1 are connected with each other by a plurality ofmounting blocks 20A each provided with a plurality ofinserts 21A each inserted into an end portion of the respectivehollow pipe 10. - Referring to
FIGS. 5 and 6 , the furniture comprises a plurality ofmain frames 1 laminating each other in a vertical manner. Themain frames 1 are connected with each other by a plurality of connectingmembers 70. Each of the connectingmembers 70 has a first portion provided with a threadedrod 72 screwed into themounting hole 22 of therespective mounting block 20 located at the bottom of an uppermain frame 1 and a second portion provided with an enlargedhead 74 inserted into themounting hole 22 of therespective mounting block 20 located at the top of a lowermain frame 1. - Referring to
FIG. 7 with reference toFIGS. 1 and 2 , each of theside panels 50 has an inside provided with a plurality ofupright reinforcing bars 80. Each of thereinforcing bars 80 is located between a respective upperhollow pipe 10 and a respective lowerhollow pipe 10 to reinforce the strength of themain frame 1. Each of thereinforcing bars 80 has two distal ends each encompassed by therespective insert 51 and each inserted into therespective slot 11 of the respectivehollow pipe 10. - Accordingly, the
inserts 51 of each of theside panels 50 are inserted into theslots 11 of the respectivehollow pipe 10 to attach each of theside panels 50 between the respectivehollow pipes 10, and thehollow pipes 10 are connected with each other by themounting blocks 20, so that themain frame 1 is assembled and disassembled easily and quickly, thereby facilitating a user mounting and dismantling themain frame 1. In addition, thefront panel 30, thetop panel 40, the bottom panel 41 and theside panels 50 are made of light material, thereby decreasing the whole weight of themain frame 1, and thereby facilitating packaging, storage and transportation of themain frame 1. Further, thefront panel 30, thetop panel 40, the bottom panel 41 and theside panels 50 have an inexpensive price, thereby decreasing costs of fabrication. Further, thefront panel 30 and theside panels 50 are provided with patterns, stripes or the like by spray painting to enhance the aesthetic quality thereof, so that the furniture has an outstanding outer appearance. Further, the inserts 5 1 of each of theside panels 50 are inserted into theslots 11 of the respectivehollow pipe 10 so that each of theside panels 50 is positioned between the respectivehollow pipes 10 rigidly and stably. Further, each of theside panels 50 has an inside provided with a plurality ofupright reinforcing bars 80 to reinforce the strength of themain frame 1. - Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
Claims (20)
1. A furniture, comprising:
at least one three-dimensional main frame having a periphery provided with a plurality of hollow pipes connected with each other;
a front panel pivotally mounted on a front portion of the main frame 1 and located between the respective hollow pipes;
a top panel mounted on a top of the main frame and located between the respective hollow pipes;
a bottom panel mounted on a bottom of the main frame and located between the respective hollow pipes;
three side panels mounted on three side walls of the main frame respectively and each located between the respective hollow pipes.
2. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein each of the hollow pipes located at the top and the bottom of the main frame has an inner side provided with an inwardly extending elongated support portion to support the top panel and the bottom panel.
3. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein each of the hollow pipes has a peripheral wall formed with a plurality of slots, and each of the side panels has a periphery provided with a plurality of protruding inserts inserted into the slots of the respective hollow pipe, so that each of the side panels is positioned between the respective hollow pipes.
4. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the hollow pipes are connected with each other by a plurality of mounting blocks.
5. The furniture in accordance with claim 4 , wherein each of the mounting blocks is provided with a plurality of inserts each inserted into an end portion of the respective hollow pipe so that the hollow pipes are connected with each other by the mounting blocks.
6. The furniture in accordance with claim 4 , further comprising a plurality of castors mounted on the bottom of the main frame.
7. The furniture in accordance with claim 6 , wherein each of the mounting blocks has a side formed with a mounting hole, and each of the castors is mounted on the mounting hole of the respective mounting block located at the bottom of the main frame.
8. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the main frame has a square shape.
9. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the furniture comprises a plurality of main frames laminating each other.
10. The furniture in accordance with claim 9 , wherein the main frames are connected with each other by a plurality of mounting blocks each provided with a plurality of inserts each inserted into an end portion of the respective hollow pipe.
11. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the furniture comprises a plurality of main frames laminating each other in a vertical manner.
12. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the main frames are connected with each other by a plurality of connecting members.
13. The furniture in accordance with claim 12 , wherein each of the connecting members has a first portion provided with a threaded rod screwed into the mounting hole of the respective mounting block located at the bottom of an upper main frame and a second portion provided with an enlarged head inserted into the mounting hole of the respective mounting block located at the top of a lower main frame.
14. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein each of the side panels has an inside provided with a plurality of upright reinforcing bars.
15. The furniture in accordance with claim 14 , wherein each of the reinforcing bars is located between a respective upper hollow pipe and a respective lower hollow pipe to reinforce the strength of the main frame.
16. The furniture in accordance with claim 14 , wherein each of the reinforcing bars has two distal ends each encompassed by the respective insert and each inserted into the respective slot of the respective hollow pipe.
17. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein each of the hollow pipes is made of metal, paper or plastic material.
18. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein each of the top panel and the bottom panel is made of glass or plastic material.
19. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the front panel is made is a paper board, PP board or composite wooden board, and each of the side panels is made is a paper board, PP board or composite wooden board.
20. The furniture in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the front panel has a surface formed with patterns or stripes, and each of the side panels has a surface formed with patterns or stripes.
