Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an improved cardboard box for removable note sheets, and especially to a cardboard box for the removable note sheets having hidden tags.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • A note sheet is a small paper sheet having a sticky lateral side, it can be recorded thereon some information to help remembering. Multiple note sheets are stored by stacking up, there has been a kind of cardboard box for storing stacked note sheets; for the sake of convenience of taking out the note sheets, the sticky lateral sides on the backs of the note sheets are stuck on the lateral sides of their next ones of the note sheets; the stacked note sheets are stuck to one another in a way to get a zigzag form when some of them are lifted; and an opening is provided on the top of the storing cardboard box for drawing out the note sheets, thus after the first note sheet is drawn out, the lateral side without glue on its back surface of the next note sheet can be drawn out of the opening too, this is favorable to the next time drawing out of a note.
  • A conventional cardboard box for removable note sheets 90 shown in FIG. 6 is formed thereon an opening 91 in favor of drawing out of note sheets 92; meantime, the box is provided thereon with another opening 93 stored therein with multiple tags 94 in favor of drawing out of the tags 94, this is used for marking on books or documental information.
  • Such a conventional cardboard box for removable note sheets with tags has a larger volume, and may occupy more space when being placed on a desk, and it especially is inconvenient for carrying, and improvement is wanted.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention provides a cardboard box for removable note sheets having hidden tags, it mainly has a tag storing portion pivotally connected to the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets, the tag storing portion can be opened/closed on the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets. When the tags are to be taken out, the tag storing portion can be opened to take out them; and in the ordinary time, the tag storing portion is closed onto the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets to hide the tags. Thereby, an object of having a box with small volume, convenient for placing and carrying can be obtained.
  • The present invention will be apparent in its structural feature and effect in use after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a preferred embodiment of the present invention after assembling;
  • FIG. 2 is an anatomic perspective view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is same as FIG. 1 but a storing portion is opened in favor of drawing out of tags;
  • FIG. 4 is a lateral sectional view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 5 is a front sectional view of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a conventional cardboard box for removable note sheets.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the present invention has a cardboard box unit 10 for removable note sheets, it mainly includes a bottom 11, an upper housing 12 and a supporting sheet 13 pivotally provided on the surface of the bottom 11.
  • The bottom 11 has on its upper a flange 111 upright provided along the periphery of the bottom 11, the flange 111 is formed on its front side a notch 112 which is formed at the bottom 11 an opening 112 a, while the back side of the flange 111 is formed a pair of protruding strips 113, further the inner side of the flange 111 is formed a pair of lugs 114.
  • The upper housing 12 is formed on its front side at a position for cooperation with the bottom 11 an engaging piece 122 which can be engaged by hooking with the opening 112 a of the notch 112; and is formed on its back side a pair of elongate holes 123 that can be engaged with the protruding strips 113 on the bottom 11, hence the upper housing 12 can be assembled on the bottom 11 to form a space that can receive the stacked note sheets 14; meantime, it needs only to press the engaging piece 122, and hooking action of it with the opening 112 a can be relieved, thus the upper housing 12 can be separated from the bottom 11. A letting-out hole 121 is provided on the top of the upper housing 12 in order at least for drawing out a note sheet 14.
  • The supporting sheet 13 has on its end a pair of pivoting axles 131 to be pivotally connected to the pair of lugs 114 respectively on the bottom 11. The supporting sheet 13 has an arciform surface 132 for upwardly pushing the bottom side of the stack of note sheets 14; and the bottom side of the arciform surface 132 forms a spring seat 133 to be fixedly connected with one end of a spring 15, the other end of the spring 15 is abutted on the surface of the bottom 11. By the force of the spring 15, the supporting sheet 13 can upwardly push the stacked note sheets 14, so that top surface of the stacked note sheets 14 can get nearest to and beneath the letting-out hole 121 on the top of the upper housing 12, and thereby each time one of the note sheets 14 is drawn out, only the next note sheet 14 is pulled to extend out of the letting-out hole 121. We can see the situation in particular from the sectional views FIGS. 4 and 5.
  • The present invention mainly has a storing portion 20 pivotally connected to the bottom surface of the bottom 11 of the cardboard box unit 10 for receiving the removable note sheets 14; wherein the bottom surface of the bottom 11 is provided at its rear edge with a pair of lower lugs 115, the storing portion 20 is provided with a pair of short axles 21 in cooperating with the lower lugs 115, and the storing portion 20 is provided with a peripheral upright wall 22 which forms a space for receiving a row of tags 30. The tags 30 has a bottom layer 31 stuck to an inner side of the storing portion 20, and the bottom layer 31 has thereon multiple tag piles 32, each tag pile 32 has thereon multiple stacked tags 30, colors of the piles can be different from one another.
  • The storing portion 20 can be opened/closed on the bottom 11 of the cardboard box unit 10 for the removable note sheets 14. When tags are to be taken out, the tag storing portion 20 can be opened away from the bottom 11 to take out them, such as are shown by the dash-dot lines in FIGS. 3 and 4; and in the ordinary time, the tag storing portion 20 is closed onto the bottom surface of the bottom 11 to hide the tags. Thereby, the volume occupied by the whole cardboard box unit 10 is largely reduced as compared with that of the conventional cardboard box unit as sown in FIG. 6; and a user can feel convenient for placing in a bag for carrying.
  • In conclusion, the cardboard box unit for removable note sheets provided in the present invention surely can get the advantages of having a small volume, being convenient for carrying and easy to take out tags. Having now particularly described and ascertained the novelty and improvement of my invention, what we claim will be declared in the claims followed.
