Abstract
A cardboard box for removable note sheets having hidden tags, it mainly has a tag storing portion pivotally connected to the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets, the tag storing portion can be opened/closed on the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets. When the tags are to be taken out, the tag storing portion can be opened to take out them; and in the ordinary time, the tag storing portion is closed onto the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets to hide the tags. Thereby, an object of having a box with small volume, convenient for placing and carrying can be obtained.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to an improved cardboard box for removable note sheets, and especially to a cardboard box for the removable note sheets having hidden tags.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A note sheet is a small paper sheet having a sticky lateral side, it can be recorded thereon some information to help remembering. Multiple note sheets are stored by stacking up, there has been a kind of cardboard box for storing stacked note sheets; for the sake of convenience of taking out the note sheets, the sticky lateral sides on the backs of the note sheets are stuck on the lateral sides of their next ones of the note sheets; the stacked note sheets are stuck to one another in a way to get a zigzag form when some of them are lifted; and an opening is provided on the top of the storing cardboard box for drawing out the note sheets, thus after the first note sheet is drawn out, the lateral side without glue on its back surface of the next note sheet can be drawn out of the opening too, this is favorable to the next time drawing out of a note.
- A conventional cardboard box for
removable note sheets 90 shown inFIG. 6 is formed thereon anopening 91 in favor of drawing out ofnote sheets 92; meantime, the box is provided thereon with anotheropening 93 stored therein withmultiple tags 94 in favor of drawing out of thetags 94, this is used for marking on books or documental information. - Such a conventional cardboard box for removable note sheets with tags has a larger volume, and may occupy more space when being placed on a desk, and it especially is inconvenient for carrying, and improvement is wanted.
- The present invention provides a cardboard box for removable note sheets having hidden tags, it mainly has a tag storing portion pivotally connected to the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets, the tag storing portion can be opened/closed on the bottom of the cardboard box for the removable note sheets.
- The present invention will be apparent in its structural feature and effect in use after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a preferred embodiment of the present invention after assembling; -
FIG. 2 is an anatomic perspective view of the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is same asFIG. 1 but a storing portion is opened in favor of drawing out of tags; -
FIG. 4 is a lateral sectional view of the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is a front sectional view of the present invention; and -
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a conventional cardboard box for removable note sheets. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 3 , the present invention has acardboard box unit 10 for removable note sheets, it mainly includes abottom 11, anupper housing 12 and a supportingsheet 13 pivotally provided on the surface of thebottom 11. - The
bottom 11 has on its upper aflange 111 upright provided along the periphery of thebottom 11, theflange 111 is formed on its front side anotch 112 which is formed at thebottom 11 anopening 112 a, while the back side of theflange 111 is formed a pair ofprotruding strips 113, further the inner side of theflange 111 is formed a pair oflugs 114. - The
upper housing 12 is formed on its front side at a position for cooperation with thebottom 11 anengaging piece 122 which can be engaged by hooking with theopening 112 a of thenotch 112; and is formed on its back side a pair ofelongate holes 123 that can be engaged with the protrudingstrips 113 on thebottom 11, hence theupper housing 12 can be assembled on thebottom 11 to form a space that can receive the stackednote sheets 14; meantime, it needs only to press theengaging piece 122, and hooking action of it with theopening 112 a can be relieved, thus theupper housing 12 can be separated from thebottom 11. A letting-outhole 121 is provided on the top of theupper housing 12 in order at least for drawing out anote sheet 14. - The supporting
sheet 13 has on its end a pair of pivotingaxles 131 to be pivotally connected to the pair oflugs 114 respectively on thebottom 11. The supportingsheet 13 has anarciform surface 132 for upwardly pushing the bottom side of the stack ofnote sheets 14; and the bottom side of thearciform surface 132 forms aspring seat 133 to be fixedly connected with one end of aspring 15, the other end of thespring 15 is abutted on the surface of thebottom 11. By the force of thespring 15, the supportingsheet 13 can upwardly push the stackednote sheets 14, so that top surface of the stackednote sheets 14 can get nearest to and beneath the letting-outhole 121 on the top of theupper housing 12, and thereby each time one of thenote sheets 14 is drawn out, only thenext note sheet 14 is pulled to extend out of the letting-outhole 121. We can see the situation in particular from the sectional viewsFIGS. 4 and 5 . - The present invention mainly has a storing
portion 20 pivotally connected to the bottom surface of thebottom 11 of thecardboard box unit 10 for receiving theremovable note sheets 14; wherein the bottom surface of thebottom 11 is provided at its rear edge with a pair oflower lugs 115, the storingportion 20 is provided with a pair ofshort axles 21 in cooperating with thelower lugs 115, and the storingportion 20 is provided with a peripheralupright wall 22 which forms a space for receiving a row oftags 30. Thetags 30 has abottom layer 31 stuck to an inner side of thestoring portion 20, and thebottom layer 31 has thereonmultiple tag piles 32, eachtag pile 32 has thereon multiplestacked tags 30, colors of the piles can be different from one another. - The storing
portion 20 can be opened/closed on thebottom 11 of thecardboard box unit 10 for theremovable note sheets 14. When tags are to be taken out, thetag storing portion 20 can be opened away from thebottom 11 to take out them, such as are shown by the dash-dot lines inFIGS. 3 and 4 ; and in the ordinary time, thetag storing portion 20 is closed onto the bottom surface of thebottom 11 to hide the tags. Thereby, the volume occupied by the wholecardboard box unit 10 is largely reduced as compared with that of the conventional cardboard box unit as sown inFIG. 6 ; and a user can feel convenient for placing in a bag for carrying. - In conclusion, the cardboard box unit for removable note sheets provided in the present invention surely can get the advantages of having a small volume, being convenient for carrying and easy to take out tags. Having now particularly described and ascertained the novelty and improvement of my invention, what we claim will be declared in the claims followed.
