Abstract

If one of these organizers were purchased and used by a female who is time consumed but love to be organized, she will automatically know that this is the best choice made for her jewelry. I've seen many jewelry organizers but none can compare to these. Most women around the world will be able to smile when these organizers appear in stores near them. I'm ready to make the women in the world put on a happy face. I pray that the decision maker for a granted patent is also ready. They were heaven sent visions that were made for us women but who would know this much better than me, a woman who appreciate organization but lives by a very strict time consuming schedule.

  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • RileyBlessed Organizer came to me in a vision while working a midnight shift on a past employment during 1999. As soon as I inventoried and stocked the boxed supplies, I quickly began to write down all the details including drawing pictures. I made a small prototype from one of the cardboard boxes. Since then, I have made another one with a store bought poster board shown in drawings FIG. 9-11. At that time, I had no knowledge about steps to patent an invention. I have always wanted this to be made for my own personal use. This invention survived a flood, which definitely made me realize that a patent had to be granted so this amazing piece of art can be sold.
  • I am sure that this vision came from the Lord. The Stand Up cardboard prototype is what displayed my jewelry for quite some time. There were many family members and friends requesting the purchase of one once made. It was leveled to the eye, convenient, a space saver and very attractive. My Pascagoula, Miss. home was flooded by Hurricane Katrina on Aug. 29, 2005 but this prototype survived along with a few other items. This is where I began to thirst the knowledge of patent information.
  • My first start was a provisional patent application that I had to fill out on my own. Attorneys wanted to charge in the range of $2000 to $5000. I am a college student and employed widow with three children. The price was not an affordable one for me. The Lord blessed me with the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to complete this stage of the invention. The application No. is 60/961,069, with a filing date of Jul. 19, 2007 with a $100 fee. With this document, I have tried to bring the organizer into reality but had no luck so far. J. L. Troupe, Inc.'s employee (Eric) did me some amazing 3-D CAD drawings of all three organizers. He put life into them on a single piece of paper. I spoke with various attorneys concerning the cost to complete the application for this patent but like before, they were charging $4000 to $15,000. I am to determine to make that vision from 1999 into a reality with a non-provisional patent issued for my organizers. This will be a number one top selling item all over the world.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • RileyBlessed Organizers are jewelry organizers which has a unique display versus any other organizers I have visually contacted. They will be offered in three different space saving convenience. High-density polyethylene plastic is the material that I want these made out of and available in one solid piece. The life of each organizer should be long if handled with care and used as intended. The body of the organizers will be available in various colors.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The 3-D CAD drawings were done by Eric Daniels of J L Troupe Company in February 2008. Drawings FIG. 1-6 shows his expertise talent of art. These organizers were envisioned being made in one piece but can be made in so many other ways. For example, the frame can be designed from wood, metal or various type plastics and the attached accessories can be screwed or glued on. The entire organizer can be made larger or smaller in measurements. I am seeking the rights to prevent my organizers from being re-produced by copy cats. The drawings are available with this application and are as follows:
  • FIG. 1. Door Hang Organizer showing frontal view measurements with side viewing of the body and FIG. 4 has the 3D viewing. This is the reality view on paper.
  • FIG. 2 Stand Up Organizer show the frontal view measurements with side viewing of the body and FIG. 6 has the 3D viewing. This is the reality view on paper.
  • FIG. 3 Wall Hang Organizer which also offers the side view and all the frontal measurements necessary and FIG. 5 has the 3D viewing which is the reality view.
  • FIG. 4- right side view). This shows the separate design of the clip-on ear ring image. The clip-on attachable pieces are made slightly different due to being able to hold the ear rings in place.
  • FIG. 7. This is a drawing that shows a picture of the material I want these particular organizers made out of, for now.
  • FIG. 8. I drew this drawing by hand when this vision came to my mind.
  • FIG. 9-11. These are photos of the poster board prototype that I made and displayed a small amount of my jewelry.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The RileyBlessed Organizers has the unique build to be given the purchase choice of the three different space-saving home displays with each having the capability to hold an average amount of various type jewelry. Each body frame has the same frontal view and measurements but differs in the mounting sections. These organizers can be made larger or smaller in size with a choice of various shades of colors. They can be built from wood, metal, or many other type plastics. The attachments and mounts can be screwed or glued on. It can also be offered in one piece by the other type materials. For now, I want these particular organizers to be made out of a high-density polyethylene plastic and molded into one single piece. The thickness or total weight can also be tampered with as well as the measurement. The CAD drawings with measurements are so precise and self-explanatory, I'm asking that they be acceptable and used as the guide to produce the actual organizers. All instructions as to what jewelry hangs where are printed on the display for proper use. I feel that any person or persons in this field of expertise will be able to use FIG. 1-7 as the complete guide for making and using this product.
