Abstract

A deformable fillet is assembled by a plastic strap, an elastic strap, and a plastic sheet. Each of two ends of the elastic strap is placed upon protruding stripes at an inner surface of a recess of the plastic strap and then the plastic sheet covers upon the elastic strap with a protrusion pressing upon the elastic strap. They are adhered by firstly gluing and then by high frequency combination so that they are combined integrally. The elastic strap has a function of clamping an object. The plastic strap presses upon the user's hair and the elastic strap will clamp a cluster of hairs. The plastic strap can be colorful and variety of appearance. It is comfortable to wear and easy to store.

Description

    FIELD OF INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to fillet, in particular to a deformable fillet, wherein a plastic strap presses upon the user's hair and an elastic strap tightly clamping a cluster of hairs.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Hair setting is usually performed by a fillet, a hair pin, a hair hoop, or other devices capable of setting the hair. The present invention is mostly related to the prior fillet.
  • The prior fillet is made of sewing cloth, while a cloth is not elastic and won't fit a user's head physically. The present invention provides a comfortable fillet to wear with a plastic material and an elastic strap.
  • SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a fillet with a plastic structure including a plastic strap, an elastic strap, and two plastic sheets.
  • A plastic strap is a soft plastic band, which is extendable and is deformable. Each of two ends of the inner side of the plastic strap has a recess. An upper side of an inner surface at a bottom side of the recess has a plurality of protruding stripes.
  • An elastic strap is elastic for tightly clamping an object.
  • Two plastic sheets are included. One side of each plastic sheet is formed with protrusions.
  • Each of two ends of the elastic strap is placed upon the protruding stripes at the inner surface of the recess of the plastic strap and then the plastic sheet covers upon the elastic strap with the protrusion pressing upon the elastic strap. They are adhered by firstly gluing and then by high frequency combination so that they are combined integrally. Because of the interlock of the protruding stripes and protrusion, the adherence is stable and very hard to release.
  • The feature of the present invention is the plastic strap pressed upon the hair and the elastic strap clamping the hair by surrounding the elastic strap with a user's head. The plastic strap can be colorful or patterned, for example, using a fluorescent color to highlight the fillet.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of another structure of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another structure of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is another perspective view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a structure of a fillet assembled by a plastic strap 1, an elastic strap 2, and two plastic sheets 3.
  • A plastic strap 1 is a soft plastic band, which is extendable and is deformable. Each of two ends of the inner side of the plastic strap 1 has a recess 141. An upper side of an inner surface at a bottom side of the recess 141 has a plurality of protruding stripes 142.
  • An elastic strap 2 is elastic for tightly clamping an object. A width of the elastic strap 2 is slightly greater than a width of the recess 141.
  • Two plastic sheets 3 are included. One side of each plastic sheet 3 is formed with protrusions 31.
  • Each of two ends of the elastic strap 2 is placed upon the protruding stripes 142 at the inner surface of the recess 141 of the plastic strap 1 and then the plastic sheet 3 covers upon the elastic strap 2 with the protrusion 31 pressing upon the elastic strap 2. They are adhered by firstly gluing and then by high frequency combination so that they are combined integrally without overflow of glue and without releasing.
  • While arranging a fillet to the hair, the plastic strap 1 at the upper side presses upon the hair and the elastic strap 2 at the lower side will tighten the hair by surrounding the elastic strap 2 with a user's head in accordance with FIG. 6. The plastic strap 1 can be colorful or patterned, for example, using a fluorescent color to highlight the fillet.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, each of two ends of the plastic strap 1 is extended with a slice body. Each of two ends of the inner side of the slice body 15 has a recess 151. An inner surface at a bottom side of the recess 151 has a plurality of protruding stripes 152.
  • Each of two ends of the elastic strap 2 is placed upon the protruding stripes 152 at the inner surface of the recess 151 of the plastic strap 1 and then the plastic sheet 3 covers upon the elastic strap 2 with the protrusions 31 pressing upon the elastic strap 2. They are adhered by high frequency combination so that they are combined integrally. Because of a width of the elastic strap 2 is slightly greater than a width of the recess 151; and by the high frequency combination of the plastic sheet 3 upon the protruding stripes 152 and engaged protrusions 31, it is very hard to release the elastic strap 2 from plastic strap 152.
  • As shown in FIG. 5, an elastic strap 2 can be replaced by an elastic rope 4.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
