Abstract
A multi-function bag is provided. The multi-function bag includes a first body, a second body, a zipper and a cover. Each body has a first surface, a second surface, two corresponding third surface and a space. Said space is enclosed by said first surface, said second surface and said third surface. Said zipper is connected to the edge of second surface and the edge of third surface of each body. Said cover has one end fixed at said first surface of said second body. Wherein said multi-function bag can be spread out to shelter furniture. Additionally, when the zipper is zipped up, said first body and said second body are combined and then the multi-function bag is bag-shaped so that the enclosed spaces are next to each other and then can be provided to contain objects.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a bag and particularly to a multi-function bag which can serve as containing, storing objects, packing products and sheltering furniture.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A storage bag is one daily necessity, and so are a dust cover, a waterproof cover and a packing bag. The purpose of storage bag is to receive and then easily move its contains; the purpose of a dust cover or waterproof cover is to prevent from wetting or accumulating dust; the purpose of a packing bag is to contain and wrap up the product for sales. As for the purpose of aforementioned objects, they are all distinct not only in their configurations but also in their functions. Therefore, storage bags, dust covers, waterproof covers and packing bags are normally designed for a single purpose. However, this will consume considerable resources and increase the burden of global environment because specific bags or covers are not capable of diversified functions. If the function of a storage bag, dust cover, waterproof cover and packing bag are combined, the object can be received, stored, covered, packed and then conveniently moved. In this manner, there is no need to buy a plurality of bags or covers, and thus the opportunity of reusing a multi-purpose bag may increase.
- Therefore, how to satisfy the need is an issue remained to be resolved in the industry.
- The primary object of the invention is to provide a multi-function bag that has a plurality of purposes such as containing, storing, packing products and sheltering furniture.
- To achieve the foregoing object, the multi-function bag of present invention includes a first body, a second body, a zipper and a cover. Each of body has a first surface, a second surface, two corresponding third surface and a space. Said space is enclosed by said first surface, said second surface, and said third surface. Said second surface has at least one second fixing element located inside. Said first surface of said first body has at least one first fixing element located outside. Said first fixing element or said second fixing element are Velcro fastener, button, cord or snap hook. Said zipper has two lateral portions and two holding portions. Said two lateral portions can be combined to or separated from each other. Said two holding portions are disposed at two ends of lateral portions respectively in order to connect said two lateral portions. One lateral portion is connected to the edge of second surface and the edge of third surface of said first body; another lateral portion is connected to the edge of second surface and the edge of third surface of said second body. Said cover has one end fixed at said first surface of said second body, and another end of said cover can be connected to or separated from the first fixing element. Wherein two bodies are bag-shaped and the enclosed spaces are next to each other and provided to contain objects when the zipper is zipped up.
- In the aforementioned multi-function bag, wherein said third surface of each body has at least one third fixing element located inside, and said third fixing element is Velcro fastener, button, cord or snap hook.
- In the aforementioned multi-function bag, wherein said first body and said second body further include a plurality of flexible brackets. Each flexible bracket is disposed between first surface and second surface, between second surface and third surface, and between first surface and third surface respectively in order to sustain said multi-function bag. Said flexible brackets are disposed inside the piped edge.
- In the aforementioned multi-function bag, wherein said multi-function bag further includes at least a strap, and two end of said strap are fixed at said first surface of said first body and said first surface of said second body respectively, or two end of said strap are fixed at said third surface of said first body and said third surface of said second body respectively.
- In the aforementioned multi-function bag, wherein said first surface, said second surface or said third surface are fabric or plastic.
- In the aforementioned multi-function bag, the bag-shaped multi-function bag includes a mouth which has a tightening rope and a piped edge. Said tightening rope is disposed inside the piped edge, and said piped edge contains a breach. Said mouth is shrunk when the tightening rope is pulled out through the breach, and said mouth is enlarged when the tightening rope is loosed to get into the piped edge through the breach.
- By means of the construction of the present invention set forth above, the multi-function bag can be spread out to shelter the furniture and to isolate the rainfall or dust. Besides, the multi-function bag may not be wrinkled and lumpy any more. Therefore, the multi-function bag will not accumulate rainfall or dust upside and will be more beautiful. When the zipper is zipped up, different function of the multi-function bag can be achieved. The first body and the second body are coupled and become bag-shaped so that the spaces are come close to each other to contain objects. Additionally, the size of the mouth can be modified; the strap is disposed in order to be conveniently moved; the cover is disposed to serve as packing so that the packing materials, such as corrugated box of commercial package, can be omitted.

Themulti-function bag 1 includes afirst body 11A, asecond body 11B, azipper 12 and acover 13. Wherein, thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B are symmetrical. Furthermore, both thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B include afirst surface 111, asecond surface 112, two correspondingthird surfaces 113 and aspace 114. Thespace 114 is enclosed by thefirst surface 111, thesecond surface 112, and thethird surface 113. The material of thosefirst surfaces 111,second surfaces 112, andthird surfaces 113 can be fabric or plastic. In thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B, thesecond surface 112 has twosecond fixing elements 112A located inside. In thefirst body 11A, thefirst surface 111 has twofirst fixing elements 111A located outside. Thefirst fixing elements 111A and thesecond fixing elements 112A are Velcro fastener in this embodiment. However, the Velcro fastener may be replaced with button, cord, or snap hook by those skilled in the art. Thezipper 12 includes twolateral portions 122 and two holdingportions 121. Twolateral portions 122 can be combined to each other by means of zipping up thezipper 12. Two holdingportions 121 are disposed at two ends oflateral portions 122 respectively in order to connect twolateral portions 122. Onelateral portion 122 is connected to the edge ofsecond surface 112 and the edge ofthird surface 113 of thefirst body 11A, anotherlateral portion 122 is connected to the edge ofsecond surface 112 and the edge ofthird surface 113 of thesecond body 11B. In thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B, thethird surface 113 has athird fixing element 113A located inside. In this embodiment, thosethird fixing elements 113A are Velcro fastener. Thecover 13 has one end fixed at thefirst surface 111 of thesecond body 11B, and another end of thecover 13 can be connected to or separated from thefirst fixing element 111A. - Next, please refer to
FIG. 1A andFIG. 1B simultaneously,FIG. 1B is diagram of the flexible bracket and the piped edge of multi-function bag. Thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B further include a plurality offlexible brackets 115. Eachflexible bracket 115 is disposed betweenfirst surface 111 andsecond surface 112, betweensecond surface 112 andthird surface 113, and betweenfirst surface 111 andthird surface 113 respectively in order to sustain themulti-function bag 1. As shown inFIG. 1B , theflexible bracket 115 is disposed inside the pipededge 117 between thesecond surface 112 and thethird surface 113. Wherein the pipededge 117 is extended from thesecond surface 112 and thethird surface 113 and then seamed together by astitch 116. - Please refer to
FIG. 1A andFIG. 2A ,FIG. 2A is an application diagram depicting the multi-function bag of embodiment of present invention when the bag is spread out. Thezipper 12 of themulti-function bag 1 is not yet zipped up so that themulti-function bag 1 can be spread out to shelter chairs (or other furniture). When the chairs are sheltered, themulti-function bag 1 can be fixed on the chairs by thesecond fixing element 112A so that themulti-function bag 1 will not be departed from the chairs. In this embodiment, thesecond fixing element 112A is Velcro fastener. Furthermore, themulti-function bag 1 can be covered by thecover 13 and then the free end of thecover 13 can be attached to the Velcro fastener of thefirst fixing element 111A to prevent rainfall (or dust) from entering the gap between thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B. Besides, theflexible brackets 115 can support themulti-function bag 1 so that themulti-function bag 1 will not be wrinkled and lumpy any more. Thus, when the chairs are sheltered, the plane first surfaces 111 will not accumulate rainfall upside and then themulti-function bag 1 will be more beautiful. In addition, those skilled in the art may fix themulti-function bag 1 on the chairs by the Velcro fastener ofthird fixing element 113A. While certain exemplary embodiment ofFIG. 2A have been described, it is to be understood that such embodiment are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad invention, and that this invention is not be limited to the specific constructions and arrangements shown and described, since various other modifications may occur to those ordinarily skilled in the art. - Please refer to
FIG. 2A andFIG. 2B ,FIG. 2B is an application diagram depicting the multi-function bag of another embodiment of present invention when the bag is spread out. In the following description, identical components will be marked with the same label and not illustrated again. Thefirst body 11A′ and thesecond body 11B′ both have asecond fixing element 112A′. In this embodiment, thesecond fixing elements 112A′ are cords so as to tie to the chairs. - Please refer to
FIG. 2A andFIG. 2C ,FIG. 2C is an application diagram depicting the multi-function bag of further embodiment of present invention when the bag is spread out. Thefirst body 11A″ and thesecond body 11B″ both have asecond fixing element 112A″. In this embodiment, thesecond fixing elements 112A″ are snap hooks so as to hitch to the chairs. - Next, when the zipper is zipped up, the multi-function bag having different function can be achieved. Please refer to
FIG. 3 ,FIG. 3 is diagram depicting the multi-function bag of embodiment of present invention when the zipper is zipped up. Thezipper 12 ofmulti-function bag 1′ is zipped up and then twolateral portions 122 are combined. Thus, thethird surface 113 of thefirst body 11A and of thesecond body 11B are become one lateral side of themulti-function bag 1′; the second surface (not shown) of thefirst body 11A and of thesecond body 11B are become bottom of themulti-function bag 1′; thefirst surfaces 111 of thefirst body 11A and of thesecond body 11B are become two opposite sides of themulti-function bag 1′. Wherein thefirst body 11A and thesecond body 11B are coupled and become bag-shaped. And thespace 114 of thefirst body 11A and of thesecond body 11B is come close to each other so as to contain objects. Besides, the bag-shapedmulti-function bag 1′ has amouth 15 and twostraps 14. Themouth 15 is composed of pipededge 151. Two end of thestraps 14 are fixed at outside of thefirst surfaces 111 so that themulti-function bag 1′ is conveniently moved. Furthermore, two end of thestraps 14 may be fixed at outside of thethird surfaces 113 so that the purpose of being conveniently moved is achieved. In addition to the purpose of containing, themulti-function bag 1′ can be served as packing. As shown in the diagram, one end of thecover 13 is fixed on the first surface (not shown) of thesecond body 11B, and another end of thecover 13 can be attached to thefirst fixing element 111A of thefirst body 11A so that themulti-function bag 1′ can be covered to isolate the dust or prevent the contained objects from being dropped out. Therefore, themulti-function bag 1′ can be served as packing, and then the packing materials, such as corrugated box of commercial package, can be omitted. - To serve as handbag, the multi-function bag of present invention has a mouth which can be shrunk. Please refer to
FIG. 4 ,FIG. 4 is diagram of the mouth of multi-function bag. The bag-shapedmulti-function bag 1′ has amouth 15. Themouth 15 is composed of tighteningrope 152 and pipededge 151, and the tighteningrope 152 is disposed inside the pipededge 151. The pipededge 151 further has abreach 1511. When the tighteningrope 152 is tightened through thebreach 1511, the tighteningrope 152 will be left out from the pipededge 151 and then themouth 15 will be shrunk. When the tighteningrope 152 is loosed, the tighteningrope 152 will be gotten into the pipededge 151 through thebreach 1511 and then themouth 15 will be enlarged. Therefore, the size of themouth 15 ofmulti-function bag 1′ can be modified. - While the present invention has been described with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative only and not to be limiting of the invention, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that changes, additions or deletions may be made to the disclosed embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. A multi-function bag, comprising:
a first body and a second body, each of which having a first surface, a second surface, two corresponding third surface and a space, said space being enclosed by said first surface, said second surface and said third surface, said second surface having at least one second fixing element located inside, said first surface of said first body having at least one first fixing element located outside;
a zipper which has two lateral portions and two holding portions, said two lateral portions can be combined to or separated from each other, said two holding portions being disposed at two ends of lateral portions respectively in order to connect said two lateral portions, one lateral portion being connected to the edge of second surface and the edge of third surface of said first body, another lateral portion being connected to the edge of second surface and the edge of third surface of said second body;
a cover which has one end fixed at said first surface of said second body, and another end of said cover can be connected to or separated from the first fixing element;
wherein two bodies are bag-shaped and the enclosed spaces are next to each other and provided to contain objects when the zipper is zipped up.
2. The multi-function bag according to claim 1 , wherein said third surface of each body has at least one third fixing element located inside.
3. The multi-function bag according to claim 2 , wherein said third fixing element is Velcro fastener, button, cord or snap hook.
4. The multi-function bag according to claim 1 , wherein said first body and said second body further include a plurality of flexible brackets; each flexible bracket is disposed between first surface and second surface, between second surface and third surface, and between first surface and third surface respectively in order to sustain said multi-function bag.
5. The multi-function bag according to claim 4 , wherein said flexible brackets are disposed inside the piped edge.
6. The multi-function bag according to claim 1 , wherein said multi-function bag further includes at least a strap, and two end of said strap are fixed at said first surface of said first body and said first surface of said second body respectively, or two end of said strap are fixed at said third surface of said first body and said third surface of said second body respectively.
7. The multi-function bag according to claim 1 , wherein said first fixing element or said second fixing element are Velcro fastener, button, cord or snap hook.
8. The multi-function bag according to claim 1 , wherein said first surface, said second surface or said third surface are fabric or plastic.
9. The multi-function bag according to claim 1 , wherein the bag-shaped multi-function bag includes a mouth which has a tightening rope and a piped edge, said tightening rope being disposed inside the piped edge, said piped edge containing a breach, said mouth being shrunk when the tightening rope is pulled out through the breach, said mouth being enlarged when the tightening rope is loosed to get into the piped edge through the breach.
