Abstract

A hair pin has an integral clip body. The clip body includes an outer frame and an inner clip. The outer frame has a first end and a second end with a gap, and a space connected to the gap. The inner clip has a first end with a bent portion and a second end with a gap, and a space connected to the gap. The second end of the inner clip is linked to bottom sides of the second end of the outer frame. By releasing the downwards pressed inner clip, hairs will be clipped between the inner clip and the outer frame by a restoring force of the clip body.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to hair pin, and particular to an easily handling hair pin which is not easily broken and having an elastic fatigue.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Prior hair pin has an outer frame and an inner clip linked to a bottom side of the outer frame. Hairs will be clipped by the restoring force of the inner clip. However, the force will be weakened for long time using because of elastic fatigue and the hair pin will thus be unable to clip hairs.
  • Therefore, in consideration of resolving the disadvantage of the prior art, the inventor of the present invention provides a structure which is not easily having elastic fatigue based on his professionalism and experiences.
  • SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the present invention provides a hair pin consists of an integral clip body made of a plastic material. The clip body has an outer frame and an inner clip. The outer frame has a first end and a second end with a gap, and a space connected to the gap. The inner clip has a first end with a bent portion and a second end with a gap, and a space connected to the gap. The second end of the inner clip is linked to bottom sides of the second end of the outer frame.
  • While clipping hairs, the inner clip is pressed downwards by holding the outer frame. By releasing the downwards pressed inner clip, hairs will be clipped between the inner clip and the outer frame by a restoring force of the clip body.
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a pictorial drawing of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a top view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a side view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing an operation of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing a clip body of the present invention holding hairs.
  • FIG. 6 is a pictorial drawing of an embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 7 is a pictorial drawing of another embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing an usage of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a hair pin according to the present invention consists of a clip body 1 made of a plastic material. The clip body 1 has an outer frame 11 and an inner clip 12. The outer frame 11 has a first end 111 and a second end 112. The second end 112 has a gap 114. A space 113 defined within the outer frame 11 is connected to the gap 114. The inner clip 12 has a first end 121 and a second end 122. A bent portion 125 is formed to a tip of the first end 121. The second end 122 has a gap 124. A space 123 defined within the inner clip 12 is connected to the gap 124. Two ends of the second end 122 separated by the gap 124 of the inner clip 12 is linked to bottom sides of two ends of the second end 112 separated by the gap 114 of the outer frame 11 respectively.
  • In the embodiment of the present invention, the outer frame 11 and the inner clip 12 can be shaped as any geometric shapes. For instance, the outer frame 11 is formed as a flower-like shape as shown in FIG. 6. Referring to FIG. 7, the outer frame 11 is formed as an oval-shaped.
  • While clipping hairs 2, the inner clip 12 is pressed downwards by holding the outer frame 11 as shown in FIG. 4. A space 13 is formed between the inner clip 12 and the outer frame 11 for receiving the hairs 2. By releasing the downwards pressed inner clip 12, a restoring force from joints between the inner clip 12 and the outer frame 11 will clip the hairs 2 in the space as shown in FIG. 8. The bent portion 125 of the inner clip 12 will hold the hairs 2 between the inner clip 12 and the outer frame 11 as shown in FIG. 5.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
