Abstract
A combination plate structure of the present invention, in which a plurality of C linking plates are installed on a building surface or frame surface, and the C linking plate is provided with a surface, and is at least provided with one C pocket and one J post. Moreover, a cavity is formed between the C pocket and the J post, and the C pocket and the J post are used to form a height difference between the C linking plate and the building surface or frame surface, thereby forming a sealed chamber between the cavity and the building surface or frame surface, and enabling providing the effectiveness to insulate against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, as well as providing electric insulation.
Description
- This application is a Continuation-In-Part of currently pending U.S. patent application Ser. No. 12/487,342 filed on 2009 Jun. 18.
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a combination plate structure, and primarily enables application on all types of building structures, floors, wall panels, roofs, containers, and so on, to provide therewith the effectiveness to insulate from sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- In order to achieve the effectiveness to insulate from sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation, insulating panels are normally laid on the wall surfaces of current general building structures or waterproofing agent is applied or an additional layer of sound insulating foam is disposed thereon to achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound and heat and provide a waterproofing effect. However, regardless of which of the aforementioned methods is used, different material or a different installation method must be selected according to user needs to achieve the required effectiveness.
- Accordingly, an increase in construction costs is incurred, resulting in an increase in refurbishment or building expenses. Moreover, the various different installation methods or materials also require taking into consideration the differences in every kind of building, and implementing different strategies accordingly. Moreover, not all construction methods are applicable to different building structures.
- Hence, how to achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound, heat, dampness and moisture, effect electric insulation, and provide a combination that has application on all types of building structures, wall panels, floors, roofs, containers, and so on, is the technical issue to be solved in the present invention.
- Accordingly, in light of the aforementioned problems, the inventor of the present invention, having accumulated many years of substantial experience in the research and development, design and manufacture of related products, has actively invested considerable painstaking effort and energy to add advancement to the prior art; and after repeated experiments and tests, culminated in the successful development of combination means for combination plates of the present invention.
- A primary objective of the present invention is to provide combination plates which facilitate assembly thereof, and is applicable for use with all types building structures, wall panels, floors, roofs, containers, etc, and provide therewith the effectiveness to insulate from sound, temperature, slippage, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation in addition to clamping enhancement.
- In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the combination plates of the present invention primarily comprises a plurality of C linking plates which are installed on any surface of all types of building structures or frames, wherein each of the C linking plates is provided with at least one surface, a C pocket and a J post, for which an end of the C pocket and an end of the J post is provided with a first clasp protrusion and a second clasp protrusion respectively. The C pocket and the J post are located on two sides underneath the surface and a cavity is formed between the C pocket and the J post. A gap is formed between the first clasp protrusion of the C pocket and the second clasp protrusion of the J post.
- Accordingly, the present invention is provided with the effectiveness to insulate against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, as well as providing electric insulation.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide a useful and convenient means in assembling a plurality of C linking plates, such that the C linking plates can be secured onto a building surface or frame surface efficiently. In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the C pocket is further provided with at least a first front opening and a first side opening formed on two ends thereof. The J post is provided with at least a second front opening and a second side opening formed on two ends thereof. When assembling, the C linking plates can be secured with each other either through the corresponding first and second side openings vertically provided by the C pocket and the J post respectively or through the corresponding first and second front openings horizontally provided by the C pocket and the J post respectively, such that a plurality of C linking plates can be secured with each other much faster by which is more sufficiently and more conveniently in assembling a plurality of C linking plates onto a building surface or frame surface.
- To enable a further understanding of said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, a brief description of the drawings is provided below followed by a detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

FIG. 1 , which shows a combination for C linking plates of the present invention, in which a plurality ofC linking plates 10 are primarily disposed on a building surface orframe surface 20, and each of theC linking plates 10 is provided with asurface 11, aC pocket 12 and aJ post 13, for which an end of the C pocket and an end of the J post is provided with afirst clasp protrusion 120 and asecond clasp protrusion 130 respectively. TheC pocket 12 and theJ post 13 are located on two sides underneath thesurface 11 and acavity 14 is formed between theC pocket 12 and theJ post 13. Moreover, theC pocket 12 can further be provided with arough surface 17 as illustrated inFIG. 6 , wherein therough surface 17 produces maximum frictional force between therough surface 17 and the building surface orframe surface 20, thereby preventing slippage when fixing thecombination plates 10. - As illustrated in
FIG. 1A and 1B , two of the C linking plates 10 (FIG. 1 ) are used and assembled to the building surface orframe surface 20, as depicted in the drawing, wherein theJ post 13 underneath the frontC linking plate 10 is fixedly secured in theC pocket 12 of the rearC linking plate 10. Agap 15 is formed between thefirst clasp protrusion 120 of theC pocket 12 and thesecond clasp protrusion 130 of theJ post 13. When thefirst clasp protrusion 120 is clasped with thesecond clasp protrusion 130, thegap 15 provides room for clamping enhancement while strength is put backward against both the front and rear portion of -
C linking plates 10. The first andsecond clasp protrusions J post 13 into theC pocket 12 but the room provided by thegap 15 has not only overcome the problem of unexpected release of theC linking plates 10, to the contrary, thegap 15 strengthens the clamping between theC liking plates 10. Hence, mutual fitting between thefirst clasp protrusion 130 of theJ post 13 and thesecond clasp protrusion 120 of theC pocket 12 is achieved thereto. Moreover, fixing members (not shown in the embodiment) oradhesive material 16 are used to fix the twoC linking plates 10 to the building surface orframe surface 20, wherein the fixing members can be screws or nails, and the adhesive material can be a binding agent. - Accordingly, when the
C linking plates 10 are fixed to the building surface orframe surface 20, then theC pockets 12 and the J posts 13 cause a height difference to form between the building surface orframe surface 20 and thesurfaces 11, thereby enabling thecavities 14 formed between theC pockets 12 and theJ posts 13 to form sealed chambers with the building surface orframe surface 20, and formation of the sealed chambers is used to further achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation. - Referring to
FIGS. 2 and 7 , wherein an open angle defined by the included angle between aC pocket 12′ and a surface of aC linking plate 10′ can be further selected from 0 to 180 degrees, and as depicted in the drawing, the open angle of afront C pocket 12′ of a frontC linking plate 10′ is 0 degrees, while the open angle of aC pocket 12″ of a rearC linking plate 10″ is 45 degrees. Accordingly, when the frontC linking plate 10′ uses aJ post 13′ to fix to therear C pocket 12″ of the rearC linking plate 10″, then an angular bend is presented between the frontC linking plate 10′ and the rearC linking plate 10″, thereby enabling the frontC linking plate 10′ and the rearC linking plate 10″ to be assembled to the non-planar building surface orframe surface 20, and thus providing such a combination of plates with more widespread application. It is understood that the aforementioned open angles are only embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the claims of the present invention, and alteration in the configuration of the open angles can be implemented according to the building surface or frame surface. In particular, in order to accommodate the building surfaces orframe surfaces 20, and correspond with aJ Post 13′. In addition, a C pocket configuration can be selected from either a C form or a triangular form thereby enabling various configuration of combination depends on different kind of the building surface orframe surface 20. - The
C pocket 12 is further provided with at least a first front opening 123 and a first side opening 124 formed on two ends thereof. The Jpost 13 is provided with at least a second front opening 133 and a second side opening 134 formed on two ends thereof. When assembling, theC linking plates 10 can be secured with each other either through the corresponding first andsecond side openings C pocket 12 and theJ post 13 or through the corresponding first andsecond front openings C pocket 12 and theJ post 13 respectively, such that a plurality ofC linking plates 10 can be secured with each other much faster by which is more sufficiently and more conveniently when assembling a plurality ofC linking plates 10 onto a building surface orframe surface 20. - Referring to
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , which show schematic views of the present invention attached to a beam-column, wherein when the present invention is attached to a beam-column 30, a plurality ofC linking plates 101 andC linking plates 102 are primarily used to circumsurround building surfaces orframe surfaces 31 of the peripheral outer sides of the beam-column 30 and are then fixed thereto. The plurality ofC linking plates 101 andC linking plates 102 refer to the plurality of firstC linking plates 101 with an open angle of the C pockets assuming 0 degrees and the plurality of secondC linking plates 102 with an open angle of the C pockets assuming 90 degrees which circumsurround the building surfaces orframe surfaces 31 of the peripheral outer sides of the beam-column 30 and are combined in a spaced arrangement. - Referring together with
FIG. 5 , afirst J post 131 on the firstC linking plate 101 is fixed to asecond C pocket 122 of the secondC linking plate 102, andsecond J posts 132 of the secondC linking plates 102 are then respectively fixed tofirst C pockets 121 of the firstC linking plates 101, thus, thefirst J posts 131 and thesecond J posts 132 are used to combine with and be fixedly secured to thefirst C pockets 121 and thesecond C pockets 122 having different open angles, thereby enabling a plurality of the plurality ofC linking plates 10 to be fixed to the peripheral outer sides of the building surfaces orframe surfaces 31 of the beam-column 30. - When a plurality of the
C linking plates 10 have been fixed to the peripheral outer sides of the building surfaces orframe surfaces 31 of the beam-column 30, then a plurality of sealed chambers are defined between the plurality ofC linking plates 10 and the building surfaces orframe surfaces 31. Accordingly, combination of the plurality ofC linking plates 10 enables circumsurrounding the beam-column 30 and further achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation. In addition, the sealed chambers can be used as retaining spaces for power lines, thereby preventing the power lines from being exposed to the outside and affecting the outward appearance of a building. - Accordingly, a combination plates of the present invention uses a combination of a plurality of the
C linking plates 10, which apart from having application on beam-columns of general building structures, can also be used to structurally combine theC linking plates 10 to form all types of wall surfaces, floors, or used for roofs, shipbuilding, containers, refrigerated containers, and so on. Moreover, the present invention achieves the effectiveness to insulate building structures from sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provides electric insulation. - It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
Claims (9)
1. A combination plate structure comprising a plurality of C linking plates is disposed on a building surface or frame surface, and each of the C linking plates is provided with at least one surface, one C pocket and one J post, wherein the C pocket and the J post are located on two sides underneath the surface and form a cavity, thereby forming a height difference between the C linking plate and the building surface or frame surface, which enables a sealed chamber to form between the cavity and the building surface or frame surface; a gap is formed between a first clasp protrusion of the C pocket and a second clasp protrusion of the J post thereby enabling clamping enhancement; the C pocket is further provided with at least a first front opening and a first side openings formed respectively on two ends thereof; the J post is further provided with at least a second front opening and a second side opening formed respectively on two ends thereof; when assembling, the C linking plates is secured with each other either through the corresponding first and second side openings vertically provided by the C pocket and the J post respectively or through the corresponding first and second front openings horizontally provided by the C pocket and the J post respectively.
2. The combination plates according to claim 1 , wherein configuration of the C pocket is selected from either a C form or a trigonometric form.
3. The combination plate structure according to claim 1 , wherein an open angle is formed between the C pocket and the surface, and the open angle refers to the included angle between the C pocket and the surface.
4. The combination plate structure according to claim 3 , wherein the included angle is between 0 and 180 degrees.
5. The combination plate structure according to claim 1 , wherein the C linking plate uses fixing members to fix to the building surface or frame surface.
6. The combination plate structure according to claim 1 , wherein the C linking plate uses adhesive material to fix to the building surface or frame surface.
7. The combination plate structure according to claim 6 , wherein the fixing members are screws or nails.
8. The combination plate structure according to claim 1 , wherein the gap is filled with adhesive material.
9. The combination plate structure according to claim 1 , wherein the C pocket is further provided with a rough surface thereby preventing slippage.
