Description

FIGS. 1 to 20 , theshoe 1 of the present invention comprises a set ofgenuine leather vamp 2 which is composed of multiple leather parts stitched with each other and a piece ofvigorous material insole 3 is connected to an underside of thegenuine leather vamp 2. An embodiedsystematic infrastructure bracket 4 indistinctly, with its whole bracket shape in normal/partially-thinned piece or sectional bracket shape in dual pieces buried over the inside of a shoe'soutsole 5 made of thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials. - An embodied
systematic infrastructure bracket 4 which made withvarious stuffs different beams 40 that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal andoblique beams hollowed apertures 45 and/or as to the varied shapedgrips 46, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket. Theupper surface 47 of continuous protruded grips 46 is same height than to the top of neighboring material of shoe'soutsole 5 made of thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials. - There are four kinds of metallic molds 6 the
maternal mold 61,side ring molds 62,separate color mold 63 andlast mold 64 were installed as a mechanical toolkit of single station at an automatic rotary injection machine, and it's then utilized to produce a shoe equipped an embodiedsystematic infrastructure bracket 4 which indistinctly, with its whole bracket shape in normal/partially thinned piece or sectional bracket shape in dual pieces buried over the inside of a shoe'soutsole 5 made of thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials. - Generally an automatic rotary injection machine, to which is a specific machine used for the manufacture of the shoes. The machine may has two material injection tubular-gun decks and different stations in design, for examples, they may a machine assembled with 18 stations (for 9 pairs of shoes), 16 stations (for 8 pairs of shoes), 14 stations (for 7 pairs of shoes) or others. Each station equipped by a mechanical toolkit including
maternal mold 61,side ring molds 62,separate color mold 63 andlast mold 64 forsingle shoe 1 production. - At the initial station, and after an embodied
systematic infrastructure bracket 4 is easily and quickly situated upon thematernal mold 61 through the lathe-precast and guidable deployment thereof, then starting the automatic rotary injection machine just by one button touch. Since the machine is electronically controlled by a schedulable and programmable software device, so the forward and withdrawal or the injection of the material injection tubular-gun deck, the rise and descent ofmaternal mold 61, the open and close ofside ring molds 62, the rise and descent or the rotation ofseparate color mold 63 andlast mold 64 were precisely directed by the software device. - Through the movement of stations installed, because the machine is electronically controlled by a schedulable and programmable software device, so after an embodied
systematic infrastructure bracket 4 is easily and quickly located upon thematernal mold 61, theside ring molds 62 simultaneously close, theseparate color mold 63 descends, and the tubular-gun deck approaches, then thematernal mold 61 which loaded with thebracket 4 raises, the basic color (also called as first color)material 71 of shoe'soutsole 5 at this moment is timely injected into the space closely enclosed by referred molds, and then an embodiedsystematic infrastructure bracket 4 whose hollowedapertures 45 andgaps 48 and others filled with meltingbasic color material 71 was hereupon in forming and then coolly formed in next processes. A coolly formed bracket's outsole 51 is not just has an artistic pattern bottom of shoe'soutsole 5 through the previously lathedmaternal mold 61 designs, but also has a compact immersed combination ofbracket 4 and outsole'sbasic color material 71. To a coolly formed bracket's outsole 51, itsupper surface 47 of continuous protruded grips 46 ofbracket 4 is same height than to the top of neighboring material of shoe'soutsole 5. Further, bracket'sgaps 48 are configured byenclosed beams apertures 45 which in varied forms are hollowed out frombeams outsole 5 is made of thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials. - In the continue manufacture processes, when a coolly formed bracket's outsole 51 loaded upon the
maternal mold 61 is rotating at the certain station, theside ring molds 62 is simultaneously close, thelast mold 64 which wearing a set ofgenuine leather vamp 2 with a piece ofvigorous material insole 3 connected to an underside thereof descends, and the tubular-gun deck approaches, then thematernal mold 61 which loaded the bracket's outsole 51 raises, the auxiliary color (also called as second color)material 72 of shoe'soutsole 5 at this moment is timely injected into the space closely enclosed by referred molds, and then an embodied systematic infrastructure bracket's outsole 51 whose integration was completed and then even the wholesingle shoe 1 was finished by the filling or combination of meltingauxiliary color material 72 injected to vacant spaces left for replenishment for examples, where the artistic pattern bottom of shoe'soutsole 5, where the intermediate layer between bracket's outsole 51 and a piece ofvigorous material insole 3 and/or where the upper side periphery of shoe'soutsole 5 surrounding the underside of agenuine leather vamp 2 with a piece ofvigorous material insole 3. So far, the embodied systematic infrastructure bracket's outsole 51 or even the wholesingle shoe 1 is hereupon in forming and then coolly formed and in completion eventually. For more innovative, the extra color (also called as third color)material 73 of shoe'soutsole 5 may be employed through various designs in an automatic rotary injection machine with schedulable and programmable functions and in attachment molds thereof. Besides, a wholesingle shoe 1 may finished by stitching the bracket's outsole 51 to the lower parts of agenuine leather vamp 2 with a piece ofvigorous material insole 3 connected to an underside thereof; or with injected adhesive material to combine the bracket's outsole 51 and thegenuine leather vamp 2 with a piece ofvigorous material insole 3 connected to an underside thereof together without stitching. - It is noted that, due to the simple and quick downloading of an embodied
systematic infrastructure bracket 4 upon thematernal mold 61 would be properly done through the lathe-precast and guidable deployment ofmaternal mold 61 by hand(s) or other mechanical means, and in addition to the shoe's embodiedsystematic infrastructure bracket 4 which enclosed by a shoe'soutsole 5 made of thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials is also firmly connected to the a set ofgenuine leather vamp 2 with a piece ofvigorous material insole 3 connected to an underside thereof by automatic and direct operations of schedulable and/or programmable machinery running, so the time spent for making the shoes can be shortened and the shoes are very suitable to be made in mass production. - While we have shown and depicted the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that, further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of this present invention.
Claims (20)
1. A shoe comprising
a set of genuine leather vamp with a piece of vigorous material insole connected to an underside thereof, and
an embodied systematic infrastructure bracket indistinctly, with its whole bracket shape in normal/partially-thinned piece or with its sectional bracket shape in dual pieces buried over the inside of a shoe's outsole made of thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials; the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its peripheral shapes complying with its outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself. Moreover, each bracket, in compliance of its prior experiment results, was respectively made in accordance with its dimensional model and/or stuff employed for the best physical flexibility performance when it buried over the inside of a shoe's outsole. And many brackets were physical-mechanically formed in accordance with their designed shapes and numerous stuffs were employed in the manufacture of these brackets. The bracket itself described as the whole bracket shape in normal/partially-thinned piece or sectional bracket shape in dual pieces shall all identical to, or be included in an expressive diction of an embodied systematic infrastructure bracket, and
material such as thermo-plastic rubber (TPR) or other materials for an outsole encloses the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention, were filled in the hollowed apertures and the gaps of said shaped bracket.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its elliptical (looped) periphery or other periphery shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its circular periphery or other periphery shapes including semicircle and quadrant shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its square periphery or other periphery shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its rectangular periphery or other periphery shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its triangular periphery or other periphery shapes including scalene, equilateral, isosceles and right-angled triangles shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its rhombic periphery or other periphery shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its multilateral periphery or other periphery shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.

The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention is designed and made with its irregular periphery or other periphery shapes complying with outsole's configuration, and itself or its inward arrangements produced as to the different beams that such as the globular, vertical, horizontal and oblique beams, and as to the varied hollowed apertures, and as to the varied shaped grips, demonstrating the equilibrium, stability and security of whole bracket itself.
10. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of pig iron or its alloy 81.
11. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of cast/wrought/corrugated iron or their alloys 82.
12. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of brass/copper or their alloys 83.
13. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of zinc or its alloy 84.
14. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of lead or its alloy 85.
15. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of aluminum or its alloy 86.
16. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of other metal compounds 87.
17. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly or partially made with stuff of rubber 88.
18. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly or partially made with stuff of plastic 89.
19. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of metallic plastic (POM) 810.
20. The shoe as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bracket the subject matter utility of the claimed invention was wholly made with stuff of other plastic-rubber compounds 811.
