Abstract
A shoe includes a shoe body, which forms an accommodation space; and an elastic structure, which includes an elastic connector; a first coupling section that is mounted to an end of the elastic connector; and a second coupling section that is set opposite to the first coupling section and is mounted to an opposite end of the elastic connector. The first coupling section is set at one side of the accommodation space and the second coupling section is set at an opposite side of the accommodation space. As such, when a wearer puts her foot in the shoe body, the elastic connector can be fit over a heel of the wearer so that the shoe body is securely attached to the foot of the wearer without undesired separation, whereby an effect of preventing separation of the shoe body can be achieved when the wearer is walking.
Description
- The present invention relates to an elastic structure and a shoe thereof, and in particular to a shoe structure that comprise an elastic connector mounted to the shoe body to allow the elastic connector to fit over the heel of a wearer when the wear puts on the shoe so as to have the shoe body securely attached to the foot of the wearer without undesired separation.
- High-heels are a pair of shoes having extremely high shoe heels for the purposes of making the wearer's heels apparently higher than toes. Wearing high-heels usually extends the curve between the shank and the sole thereby making the curve of the shank more prominent, forcing the wearer to straighten her back, and changing the walking posture of the wearer. As a result, the wearer may show improved presence and elongated body height.
- Although wearing high-heels makes the wearers walking in a more elegant manner and showing better presence, yet it often occurs that the heels of the wearer may get separate from the high-heels when the wearer is trotting and eventually the high-heels may come off the feet, making the wearer very embarrassing.
- In view of such a problem, the present invention aims to provide an elastic structure and a shoe thereof, wherein an elastic connector is mounted to the shoe body to allow the elastic connector to fit over the heel of a wearer when the wear puts on the shoe so as to have the shoe body securely attached to the foot of the wearer without undesired separation.
- An object of the present invention is to provide an elastic structure and a shoe thereof, wherein an elastic connector is mounted to the shoe body to allow the elastic connector to fit over the heel of a wearer when the wear puts on the shoe so as to have the shoe body securely attached to the foot of the wearer without undesired separation.
- To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an elastic structure, which comprises an elastic connector; a first coupling section, which is mounted to an end of the elastic connector; and a second coupling section, which is set opposite to the first coupling section and is mounted to another end of the elastic connector.
- The present invention also provides a shoe, which comprises a shoe body, which forms an accommodation space; and an elastic structure, which comprises an elastic connector; a first coupling section that is mounted to an end of the elastic connector; and a second coupling section that is set opposite to the first coupling section and is mounted to an opposite end of the elastic connector, wherein the first coupling section is set at one side of the accommodation space and the second coupling section is set at an opposite side of the accommodation space.
- As such, when a wearer puts her foot in the shoe body, the elastic connector can be fit over a heel of the wearer so that the shoe body is securely attached to the foot of the wearer without undesired separation, whereby an effect of preventing separation of the shoe body can be achieved when the wearer is walking.

The secondelastic connection section 22 comprises a secondelastic segment 221 and asecond sleeve 222. The secondelastic segment 221 has an end received in and fixed to thesecond sleeve 222. The firstelastic segment 211 has an opposite end connected to an opposite end of the secondelastic segment 221. - The connection between the first
elastic segment 211 and the secondelastic segment 221 can be effected with various means. For example, the opposite end of the firstelastic segment 211 and the opposite end of the secondelastic segment 221 are respectively provided with counterpart components of for example a Velcro strip, a fastener, or a snap-fitting coupling. - The
first sleeve 212 and thesecond sleeve 222 are each provided with an opening 311, 322. When not put in use, theopenings 311, 322 respectively receive and hide the firstelastic segment 211 and the secondelastic segment 221 in thefirst sleeve 212 and thesecond sleeve 222 to provide an effect of aesthetics. - Also referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , which illustrate a first embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a shoe, which comprises ashoe body 10, which forms anaccommodation space 11; anelastic structure 2, which comprises anelastic connector 20; afirst coupling section 201 that is mounted to an end of theelastic connector 20; and asecond coupling section 202 that is set opposite to thefirst coupling section 201 and is mounted to an opposite end of theelastic connector 20. Thefirst coupling section 201 is set at one side of theaccommodation space 11 and thesecond coupling section 202 is set at an opposite side of theaccommodation space 11. - As such, when a wearer puts her foot in the
shoe body 10, theelastic connector 20 can be fit over aheel 40 of the wearer so that theshoe body 10 is securely attached to the foot of the wearer without undesired separation, whereby an effect of preventing separation of theshoe body 10 can be achieved when the wearer is walking. - Referring to
