Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. §119 (e) to U.S. Provisional Patent Application Ser. No. 61/877,128, filed on Sep. 12, 2013, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
  • FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an organizer and organizing system, and more particularly to an organizer and organizing system for jewelry and other items.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Jewelry and other fashion accessories can take up a lot of room. Necklaces, bracelets, and earrings can easily get tangled with one another when stored in the same location and not separated.
  • One type of a known jewelry holder proposes racks that slide into a box-like container having a single open side. A problem with this type of jewelry holder is that because the racks are designed as an integral part of the box-like container when the racks are removed from the container, the racks cannot be placed on a horizontal surface without falling over. In addition, because there is only one open side, access to the jewelry located inside the container is limited.
  • Furthermore, when travelling, it can be difficult to organize jewelry and fashion accessories to prevent them from tangling or getting lost. Additionally, current airline rules and regulations require you to limit the amount of luggage that you bring on an airplane. Therefore, there remains a need a compact, easy to use organizer for jewelry and fashion accessories that can be used when the user is at home or travelling.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved jewelry organizer.
  • It is another object of the present invention to provide a jewelry organizing system that can be used when the user is either at home or travelling.
  • It is a further object of the present invention to provide a compact and easy to use organizer for jewelry and fashion accessories, so the user can easily store the jewelry to prevent the jewelry from missing.
  • In one aspect, a jewelry organizing system may include a hanging organizer and an organizing. In one embodiment, the hanging organizer can be hung in the closet at home through a hook. A first side of the hanging organizer may include a plurality of securing lines that include a plurality of necklace organizers. A small through hole is disposed at a center portion of the necklace organizer, so the necklace can be inserted to the through hole and can be hung on the hanging organizer. It is noted that the necklace organizer is secured on the securing line through the conjugation of a button and a button sucket.
  • In another embodiment, the necklace organizer and the securing line can be conjugated through velcro. In still another embodiment, a zipper pouch is located at a bottom portion of the hanging organizer, which can receive larger items such as belts, silk scarves, etc. It is noted that the hanging organizer can be hung in the closet with the clothes to save the space. Also, with the hook, the hanging organizer becomes more portable and easier to handle.
  • In a further embodiment, a second side of the hanging organizer also has a plurality of securing lines. In an upper portion of the second side of the hanging organizer, a plurality of button suckets are disposed on the securing line. In a middle and lower portion of the second side of the hanging organizer, a plurality of small pouches are secured on the securing lines through the conjugation of the buttons and button suckets. A zipper pouch is also located at a bottom portion of the second side of the hanging organizer to receive larger items such as belts, silk scarves, etc. The small pouches are used to receive small jewelries such as earrings, watches, rings, etc.
  • The organizing box is to provide a jewelry organizer to the user when the user is travelling. It is noted that on a top cover of the organizing box, a plurality of button suckets are disposed thereon to receive small organizers with buttons as discussed above including an earring organizer. The organizing box also has a receiving space, which is used to receive the pouches from the hanging organizer. It is convenient for the user to use the jewelry organizing system because when the user is at home, the jewelry can be stored in the hanging organizer that can be hung in the closet and does not occupy too much space. When the user is travelling, the user can easily remove the jewelry items she wants to bring with from the hanging organizer and put the jewelry items into the organizing box.
  • More specifically, the small items can be secured on the cover of the organizing box through the conjugation of the buttons and suckets, and larger items in the pouches can be disposed in the receiving space of the organizing box. Thus, the jewelry items are all organized in one organizing box to prevent the jewelry from missing. And when the user returns home, she can put the items back to the hanging organizer again.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 illustrates one side of a hanging jewelry organizer in the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates the other side of a hanging jewelry organizer in the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 illustrates a jewelry organizing system in the present invention.

Nothing herein is to be construed as an admission that the inventors are not entitled to antedate such disclosure by virtue of prior invention.
  • In one aspect, a jewelry organizing system may include a hanging organizer 100 and an organizing box 200, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. In one embodiment, the hanging organizer 100 can be hung in the closet at home through a hook 111. A first side of the hanging organizer 100 may include a plurality of securing lines 110 that include a plurality of necklace organizers 112. A small through hole 1121 is disposed at a center portion of the necklace organizer 112, so the necklace can be inserted to the through hole and can be hung on the hanging organizer 100. It is noted that the necklace organizer 112 is secured on the securing line 110 through the conjugation of a button 1122 and a button sucket 114 as shown in FIG. 1. In another embodiment, the necklace organizer 112 and the securing line 110 can be conjugated through velcro. In still another embodiment, a zipper pouch 116 is located at a bottom portion of the hanging organizer 100, which can receive larger items such as belts, silk scarves, etc. It is noted that the hanging organizer 100 can be hung in the closet with the clothes to save the space. Also, with the hook 111, the hanging organizer 100 becomes more portable and easier to handle.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, a second side of the hanging organizer 100 also has a plurality of securing lines 110. In an upper portion of the second side of the hanging organizer 100, a plurality of button suckets 114′ are disposed on the securing line 110′. In a middle and lower portion of the second side of the hanging organizer 100, a plurality of small pouches 118 are secured on the securing lines 110′ through the conjugation of the buttons and button suckets 114′. A zipper pouch 116′ is also located at a bottom portion of the second side of the hanging organizer 100 to receive larger items such as belts, silk scarves, etc. The small pouches 118 are used to receive small jewelries such as earrings, watches, rings, etc.
  • As stated above, the common problem for current jewelry organizer is that when the jewelry organizer is not portable, so the user may have to travel with the jewelry without an organizer, which would easily cause the jewelry missing. Referring to FIG. 3, an organizing box 200 is to provide a jewelry organizer to the user when the user is travelling. It is noted that on an inner portion of a cover 210 of the organizing box 200, a plurality of button suckets 214 are disposed thereon to receive small organizers with buttons as discussed above including an earring organizer 212. The organizing box 200 also has a receiving space 216, which is used to receive the pouches 118 from the hanging organizer 100. It is convenient for the user to use the jewelry organizing system because when the user is at home, the jewelry can be stored in the hanging organizer 100 that can be hung in the closet and does not occupy too much space. When the user is travelling, the user can easily remove the jewelry items she wants to bring with from the hanging organizer 100 and put the jewelry items into the organizing box 200. More specifically, the small items can be secured on the cover 210 of the organizing box 200 through the conjugation of the buttons and button suckets 214, and larger items in the pouches 118 can be disposed in the receiving space 216 of the organizing box 200. Thus, the jewelry items are all organized in one organizing box 200 to prevent the jewelry from missing. And when the user returns home, she can put the items back to the hanging organizer 100 again.
  • Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
