Abstract

There is provided an outsole for shoe in which air circulation and impact absorption are simultaneously achieved, which is comprised of a space (140) formed between an elastic plate (114) of an upper sole (110) and an upper surface (122 b) of a bottom sole (120), the elastic tubes (116) vertically arranged and installed in the space, and an adhesive sheet (130) which closes each bottom hole (116 b) of the elastic tubes (116) and is fixed to the upper surface (122 b) of the bottom sole (120), which has effects that the elastic plate (114) is repeatedly pressed and restored or the elastic tubes (116) are repeatedly deformed and restored so that air within the space (140) is discharged through the vent holes (114 a) to ventilate the inside of shoes, that the entire soles of feet have acupressure applied by the elastic tubes (116) maintaining the shape, and that an impact applied to a human body is softened by the elastic tubes (116) deformed and restored.

Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 20-2014-2501 filed on Mar. 28, 2014, with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
  • BACKGROUND
  • The present invention relates to outsole for shoe through which air circulation and impact absorption are simultaneously achieved, and more particularly, the present invention relates to outsole for shoe in which elastic tubes that are deformed and restored by push-pressure are arranged in a space between the upper sole and the bottom sole thereof, such that air within the space is ventilated through the inside of shoe when the elastic tubes are deformed and recovered and at the same time impact applied to a human body through the soles of feet is loosened therethrough.
  • Generally, Korean Patent Registration No. 907740 discloses a technology in which an impact absorbing elastic portion having a column-shape elastic member is vertically installed on the bottom surface of insole and Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 20-2007-0001144 discloses a technology in which an elastic means having horizontal pumping tubes is installed in a groove formed on a bottom sole.
  • According to the related art disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 907740, it has a problem that column-shaped elastic members are charged in the inside thereof as a floor material, and thus each column-elastic member is repeatedly inclined in the same direction or in a different direction and is restored during walking and may result in a sprained ankle or falling down.
  • Further, a shoe sole disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 20-2007-0001144 has a problem that each pumping tube of an elastic means is horizontally installed in the groove of an outsole, and thus the cross-sectional surfaces of each pumping tube are maintained in the pressed state rather than maintaining the original shape during walking and thus internal air circulation becomes insignificant.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present invention has been proposed to solve the above drawbacks and an object of the present invention is to provide an outsole for shoe in which air circulation and impact absorption are simultaneously achieved by installing a plurality of elastic tubes in a space between an upper sole and a lower sole, which are shaped-deformed and restored, allowing air within the space to be ventilated through the inside of shoe when the elastic tubes are shape-deformed and restored, and allowing an impact applied to a human body through the soles of feet to be softened.
  • An aspect of the present disclosure may provide an outsole for shoe wherein the lower surface of a boundary (112) of an upper sole (110) on which an elastic plate (114) is horizontally formed, and an upper surface of a boundary (122) formed around a bottom sole (120), on which a bottom surface (122 a) and an upper surface (122 b) are formed, are fixed, the air cushion outsole may including: a space (140) formed between the elastic plate (114) of the upper sole (110) and the upper surface (122 b) of the bottom sole (120); an elastic tube (116) which is formed in the form of a hollow cylinder, through which the upper and bottom holes (116 a) (116 b) are formed while having the same center wherein the elastic plate (114) is continuously connected to the outer circumferential surface of the upper hole (116 a) , which is arranged vertically with the space (140); and an adhesive sheet (130) which closes each bottom hole (116 b) of the elastic tube (116) and is fixed to the upper surface (122 b) of the bottom sole (120).
  • The elastic tubes (116) may be arranged and installed from a ball of the sole of a foot to a heel thereof and vent holes (114 a) communicated with the space (140) are formed on the elastic plate (114).
  • An air discharging tube (150) communicated with the space (140) may be horizontally installed on the boundary (112) of the upper sole (110).

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • In the drawings, the shapes and dimensions of elements may be exaggerated for clarity, and the same reference numerals will be used throughout to designate the same or like elements.
  • An outsole according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a main body 100 of the shoe outsole is comprised of an upper sole 110, a bottom sole 120 and an adhesive sheet 130, and the upper soles 110 and the bottom sole 120 are made of rubber or polyurethane material.
  • The upper sole 110 is configured such that an elastic plate 114 is horizontally formed on the inner circumferential surface of a boundary 112 of the upper sole and a plurality of elastic tubes 116 are vertically formed on the elastic plate 114 wherein the elastic plate 114 is disposed on a center of inner circumferential surface of the boundary 112 such that the upper surface of the boundary 112 is protruded higher than the elastic plate 114, the lower surface of the boundary 112 is protruded lower than the elastic plate 114, and the boundary 112, the elastic plate 114 and the elastic tubes 116 are integrally formed.
  • The elastic tubes 116 is formed in the form of a hollow cylinder as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper hole 116 a and the bottom hole 116 b are formed while having the same center, and the elastic plate 114 is integrally connected to the outer circumferential surface of the upper hole 116 a.
  • That is, the elastic tubes 116 are integrally formed on the elastic plate 114, and are regularly arranged from the region where a ball of the sole of a foot reaches to the region where a heel thereof reaches.
  • In the above description, vent holes 114 a are vertically formed on the elastic tubes 114.
  • The bottom sole 120 is configured such that a boundary 122 is integrally formed around the circumference of the upper surface 122 b adjacent to the elastic plate 114, the upper surface of the boundary 122 is protruded higher than the upper surface 122 b, and a bottom surface 122 a reaching the ground is formed on the opposite side of the upper surface 122 b.
  • The adhesive sheet 130 made of raw rubber mixed by adding additives to synthetic rubber closes the bottom holes 116 b of the elastic tubes 116 as shown in FIG. 4, and the bottom surface of the region of the adhesive sheet which closes the bottom hole 116 b is fixed to the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120.
  • That is, the adhesive sheet 130 placed between the elastic tubes 116 is disposed on the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120 in an overlapping state and only the bottom surface of the region of the adhesive sheet which closes the bottom hole 116 b of the elastic tubes 116 are disposed to be fixed to the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120, and thus the elastic tubes 116 are vertically kept between the elastic plate 114 and the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120 by the adhesive sheet 130.
  • When pressure is applied to the upper sole 110 and the bottom sole 120 while placing the adhesive sheet 130 between the bottom holes 116 b of the respective elastic tubes 116 and the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120 and applying regular heat in order for the bottom surface of the boundary 112 of the upper sole 110 to be fixed to the upper surface of the boundary 122 of the bottom sole 120, as the adhesive sheet 130 disposed around an inlet of the bottom hole 116 b is melted by heat, it becomes sticky, and thus closes the bottom hole 116 b and simultaneously is stuck to the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120 and fixed thereto.
  • In the above description, when the upper sole 110 and the bottom soles 120 are coupled, a space 140 is formed between the elastic plate 114 and the upper surface 122 b, the elastic tubes 116 are vertically disposed in the space 140, the upper holes 116 a of the elastic tubes 116 are fixed to the elastic plate 114, and the bottom holes 116 b are fixed to the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120 by the adhesive sheet 130.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 show a main body 100 a according to another embodiment of the present disclosure and the main body 100 a is configured such that an air discharging tube 150 communicated with the space 140 is horizontally installed on the boundary 112 of the upper sole 110.
  • The inlet of the air discharging tube 150 is buried in the surface of the boundary 112, an outlet is disposed in the space 140 while passing through the boundary 112, and a filter 151 is installed on the inlet.
  • The filter 151 is formed of material through which air is passed but water is not passed.
  • According to the present invention as configured above, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the upper sole 110 on which the elastic tubes 116 are integrally arranged and the bottom sole 120 are coupled, after placing the adhesive sheet 130 between the bottom hole of the respective elastic tubes 116 and the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120, as the adhesive sheet 130 is melted by regular heat and pressure, the adhesive sheet becomes sticky, and thus closes the bottom hole 116 b and simultaneously is stuck to the upper surface 122 b of the bottom sole 120 and is fixed thereto. Accordingly, when a person wearing shoes walks or runs while lightly stepping on the elastic plate 114 with a foot sole as shown in FIG. 5, the elastic tubes 116 maintain a cylinder and only the elastic plate 114 is repeatedly pressed and restored so that air within the space 140 is discharged through the vent holes 114 a to ventilate the inside of shoes.
  • Additionally, the boundary of the upper holes 116 a of the elastic tubes 116 maintaining the shape applies acupressure to the entire soles of feet.
  • When a person wearing shoes walks or runs while stepping on the elastic plate 114 with power applied to the soles of the feet, the elastic tubes 116 are repeatedly deformed and restored so that air within the space 140 is discharged through the vent holes 114 a to ventilate the inside of shoes.
  • In addition, when the elastic tubes 116 are deformed into the shape of a jar, impact applied to a human body is softened.
  • In the above description, the elastic tubes 116 are deformed into the shape of a jar by applying pressure of the soles of feet and may be restored.
  • As set forth above, according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, when a person wearing shoes walks or runs while lightly or emphatically stepping on the elastic plate 114 with the soles of feet, the elastic plate 114 is repeatedly pressed and restored or the elastic tubes 116 are repeatedly deformed and restored so that air within the space 140 is discharged through the vent holes 114 a to ventilate the inside of shoes.
  • Further, when a person wearing shoes walks or runs while lightly stepping on the elastic plate 114 with the soles of feet, the elastic tubes 116 maintains the shape to apply acupressure on the entire soles of feet.
  • Additionally, the elastic tubes 116 are repeatedly deformed and restored so that an impact applied to a human body through the soles of feet may be softened.
  • The disclosure may, however, be exemplified in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the specific embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
  • While exemplary embodiments have been shown and described above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and variations could be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (3)

1. An outsole for shoe wherein the lower surface of a boundary of an upper sole on which an elastic plate is horizontally formed, and an upper surface of a boundary formed around a bottom sole, on which a bottom surface and an upper surface are formed, are fixed, the outsole comprising:
a space formed between the elastic plate of the upper sole and the upper surface of the bottom sole;
an elastic tube which is formed in the form of a hollow cylinder, through which the upper and bottom holes are formed while having the same center wherein the elastic plate is continuously connected to the outer circumferential surface of the upper hole, which is arranged vertically with the space; and
an adhesive sheet which closes each bottom hole of the elastic tube and is fixed to the upper surface of the bottom sole.
2. The outsole for shoe of claim 1, wherein the elastic tubes are arranged and installed from a ball of the sole of a foot to a heel thereof and vent holes communicated with the space are formed on the elastic plate.
3. The outsole for shoe of claim 1, wherein an air discharging tube communicated with the space is horizontally installed on the boundary of the upper sole.
