  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an exploded schematic diagram according to a first embodiment the present invention, and a schematic diagram of a use state according to the first embodiment of the present invention are shown therein, respectively. As shown, the paper cup cover structure device comprises a cup 1 and a cup cover 2. The cup 1 is made of paper, and comprises a cup body 11, a cup opening 12 disposed at a top of the cup body 11, a cup bottom 13 disposed at a bottom of the cup body 13. The cup opening 12 has an outer rim disposed at an outer circumference thereof, and on the outer rim a flat cup rim 14 may be disposed circumferentially by using frame molding or paper molding.
  • The cup rim 14 is made of plastic or paper which may be bio-dissolved and has a flat face 141 and an extension portion 142 cirucum-ferentially disposed downwards with respect to the outer rim. The outer rim 14 and the extension portion 142 are formed as a double-layered structure by folding up a pressed fit curling (not shown) formed circumferentially at the cup opening 12.
  • The cup cover 2 is placed at an inner wall face 21 corresponding to the cup rim 14, and has a screw magzine 22 circumferentially disposed with respect thereto. The screw magzine 22 has a push-stop portion 23 extending from a bottom thereof. The push-stop portion 23 takes a shape of an inverse hook and runs slightly outwards, and has a protruding rib 231 disposed circumferentially at an inner side thereof, so that the cup rim 14 and the screw magzine 22 form a rotational closure with each other. Further, the protruding rib 231 stops against a lower rim of the cup rim 14, and thus the cup cover 2 is combined on the cup cover 2. As such, the novel paper cup cover structure device is formed.
  • In fabrication, the cup rim 14 is formed with plastic or paper by using frame molding or paper molding. In operation, the cup cover 2 may be combined on the cup body 1 as a closure. The cup body 1 may be further reinforced by using a cup rim 14 having a flat shape, the cup cover 2 may also be provided with a stable closure with the flat cup rim 14 by enabling the screw magzine 22 to stop against the extension portion 142 of the cup rim 14, so that the screw magzine 22 may reach a closure fixation with the flat cup rim 14 and the extension portion 142 through a rotational or swagging fashion when the cup body 1 and the cup cover 2 are combined together. In this manner, the cup cover and the cup body are fixed as a single body to maintain the single body to firmly stand as possible as it can and increase a structural strength of the paper cup, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.
