  • FIG. 2 is a view showing the inside of the clothes major body of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the present invention;
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The objects, the technical contents and the expected effectiveness of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description of a preferred embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
  • Firstly referring to FIG. 1, the clothes structure with temperature falling device of the present invention mainly comprises a clothes major body 1, at least one fan 2 and an air flow control switch 3.
  • The clothes major body 1 is formed by stitching a low-permeability layer 11 located outside the clothes major body 1 and an inner lining layer 12 located inside the clothes major body 1 together in such a manner that an air delivery space 13 is formed between the low-permeability layer 11 and the inner lining layer 12. The inner lining layer 12 is a wind proof fabric; and the inner lining layer 12 is composed of, sequentially from outside to inside, a coarse mesh layer 121, a high-permeability layer 122 and a porous mesh layer 123, in which the coarse mesh layer 121 is a knitting fabric having coarse meshes, the porous mesh layer 123 is a knitting layer having tiny meshes and the high-permeability layer 122 is filament interlaced between the coarse mesh layer 121 and the porous layer 123. Furthermore, at least one fan assembly hole 14 is provided on the low-permeability layer 11 outside the clothes major body 1. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, two fan assembly holes 14 are respectively provided on left and right sides of the low-permeability layer 11 outside the clothes major body 1. Moreover, a low-permeability layer 15 corresponding to the fan assembly hole 14 is provided on the inside of the clothes major body 1, and the low-permeability layer 15 is stitched at the seam together with the adjacent inner lining layer 12 located inside of the clothes major body 1. However, a part of seam between the low-permeability layer 15 and the inner lining layer 12 is not stitched together, and instead, a fastener such as a zipper is used for connection in the unstitched part. Further, the inner lining layer 12 is stitched with a bag body 17 at a place aside the fan assembly hole 14, and the bag body 17 is provided with an aperture.
  • The fan 2 includes a fan body 21 and a retaining ring 22. The fan body 21 is assembled in the fan assembly hole 14 of the clothes major body 1 with its air intake end facing toward the outside of the clothes major body 1, and with its air delivery end facing toward the inside of the clothes major body 1. Furthermore, the fan body 21 has a power socket, and a flange 211 provided on the periphery thereof for abutting against the peripheral edge of the fan assembly hole 14. The retaining ring 22 has its central bore 221 fitted on the fan body 21, and the retaining ring 22 is thus fitted inside the periphery edge of the fan assembly hole 14, so as to cooperate with the flange 211 of the fan body 21 to hold the periphery edge of the fan assembly hole 14 in position.
  • The air flow control switch 3 is assembled on the low-permeability layer 11 outside the clothes major body 1. The air flow control switch 3 is provided with a circuit for controlling ON-OFF and regulating the air flow. Furthermore, the air flow control switch 3 is connected with one end of a power supply cord 31 and the other end of the power supply cord 31 has a battery plug 311 attached therewith. The power supply cord 31 and the battery plug 311 pass through the aperture of the bag body 17 into the bag body 17. Moreover, the air flow control switch 3 is connected with one end of a lead wire 32 and the other end of the lead wire 32 is connected with at least one extension lead wire 321, depending on the number of fan installed. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the extension lead wire 321 is two. The terminal of each extension lead wire 321 has a plug 322 for engaging with the power socket of the fan body 21.
  • When in use according to above configuration, a power supply battery 4 such as a mobile power is placed within the bag body 17 provided inside the clothes major body 1, then the battery plug 311 on the power supply cord 31 of the air flow controlling switch 3 is engaged with the socket of the battery 4. Next, user can wear the clothes major body 1 of the present invention and then pushes on the air flow control switch 3 so as to start the fan body 21. At this moment, the fan body 21 sucks the ambient air from the air intake end and blows the air from its air delivery end toward the inside of the clothes major body, and the air is blew firstly toward the low-permeability layer 15 provided correspondingly to the fan 2 inside the clothes major body 1. Blocking by the low-permeability layer 15, the air blew out can be avoided from dissipated quickly.
  • Next, the air blocked as above flows into the air delivery space 13 formed between the outer low-permeability layer 11 and the inner lining layer 12. In the air delivery space 13 formed as abovementioned, the air can flow easily through the meshes of the coarse mesh layer 121 into the high-permeability layer 122, and then the air is throttled under the limitation by the pores of the porous mesh layer 123 so that appropriate air-flow can be delivered out in stable manner. The air which is not exhausted from the porous layer 123 remains flowing in the high-permeability layer 122 so that air can flow more uniformly to everywhere of user's body through the high-permeability layer 122 to make user's body feeling comfortable. In addition, the air blew out from the air delivery end of the fan body 21 can flow uniformly to everywhere in the clothes major body 1, and is exhausted slowly from everywhere of the clothes major body 1. Therefore, the clothes major body 1 does not produce local inflation so as to keep neat and beauty after wearing.
  • When user feels the air flow is not enough or too large, he can push the air flow control switch 3 to drive the air flow regulating circuit so as to regulate the current sent to the fan body 21. In this manner, the air flow can be regulated by user according to user's own need. Furthermore, when the clothes major body 1 is to be cleaned by user, the battery 4 is taken out from the bag body 17 of the clothes major body 1 and then a zipper type fastener 16 provided at the seam between the low-permeability layer 11 and the inner lining layer 12 is pulled to open so as to bring the fan body 21 out. In turn, the lead wires 32 engaged with the fan body 21 is dismantled and then the retaining ring 22 of the fan body 21 is removed, so that the fan body 21 can be removed from the fan assembly hole 14 of the clothes major body 1. Therefore, cleaning of the clothes major body 1 can be facilitated.
  • The above embodiment and figures are not to limit the implementation aspect of the clothes structure with temperature falling device of the present invention. For example, non-permeable layers can also be used to substitute for the low- permeability layers 15, 11 located at inside and outside of the clothes major body 1. According to the set-up of the non-permeable layers, the air blew out from the air delivery end of the fan body 21 can be further prevented from dissipating quickly, and then the air flow efficiency within the air delivery space 13 can be further enhanced.
  • It is apparent from the above structure and implementation method, the present invention has the following advantages:
  • 1. According to the present invention, the air blew out from the air delivery end of the fan bodies is allowed to flow in the air delivery space between the inner lining layer and the low-permeability layer, and the air in the air delivery space further flows through the coarse mesh layer of the inner lining layer into the high-permeability layer, so that the air can flow more uniformly to everywhere of user's body, and then the air is exhausted out through the porous mesh layer. In this way, the air can be blown uniformly to everywhere in user's body so as to make user feeling comfortable.
  • 2. According to the present invention, the air blew out from the air delivery end of the fan bodies can flow uniformly to everywhere of the clothes major body, and then is exhausted slowly from everywhere of the clothes major body. Therefore, the clothes major body does not produce local inflation so as to keep neat and beauty after wearing.
  • 3. According to the present invention, an air flow control switch is provided. When user feels the air flow is not enough or too large, he can push the air flow control switch to operate the fan so as to regulate the air flow quantity. Therefore, the air flow can be regulated by user according to his own need.
  • 4. According to the present invention, a zipper type fastener is provided at the seam between the inner lining layer inside the clothes major body and the low-permeability layer. When the clothes major body is to he cleaned by user, the zipper type fastener is pulled to open so as to bring the fan bodies out of the clothes major body. Therefore, cleaning of the clothes major body can be facilitated.
