Abstract

An adjustable hair piece includes a hair fixing band, a plurality of hair strands, a first detachable attaching portion, a pair of second detachable attaching portions, and one or two hair-fixing portions. The hair fixing band has a bottom surface and a top surface. The first detachable attaching portion is provided on the top surface of the hair fixing band. The pair of second detachable attaching portions are for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion. The one or two hair-fixing portions are connected to the pair of second detachable attaching portions and fix the adjustable hair piece to user's hairs. The pair of the second detachable attaching portions are detachably attached and fixed to the corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion with an adjustable length between the second detachable attaching portions. The hair-fixing portion may include an adjustable string or fine-toothed combs.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an adjustable hair piece.
Wigs have been used in many situations. However, since a wig is a full-fledged device having many complicated parts, it is not always easy to use or wear it as expected.
That is, sometimes a piece of hair needs to be added to the natural hairs, which is going to be convenient and quick.
Therefore, it would be desirable if a means or device can be provided to make up the big gap between the wig and no wig.
Furthermore, easy and quick means for attaching or detaching will be necessary for the purposes, enabling the flexibility of the usage of such devices.
Accordingly, a need for an adjustable hair piece has been present for a long time considering the expansive demands in the everyday life. This invention is directed to solve these problems and satisfy the long-felt need.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention contrives to solve the disadvantages of the prior art.
An object of the invention is to provide an adjustable hair piece.
An adjustable hair piece comprises a hair fixing band, a plurality of hair strands, a first detachable attaching portion, and one or two hair-fixing portions.
The hair fixing band has a bottom surface and a top surface.
The plurality of hair strands are fixed to and extending from the hair fixing band.
The first detachable attaching portion is provided on the top surface of the hair fixing band.
The one or two hair-fixing portions are connected to the pair of second detachable attaching portions and configured for fixing the adjustable hair piece to the hairs of a user.
The hair fixing band may be unstretchable. The one or two fixing portions may comprise a pair of second detachable attaching portions and an adjustable string.
The pair of second detachable attaching portions are configured for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion. The pair of the second detachable attaching portions are detachably attached and fixed to the corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion with an adjustable length between the pair of the second detachable attaching portions.
The one or two hair-fixing portions 30 are connected to the pair of second detachable attaching portions and configured for fixing the adjustable hair piece to the hairs of a user.
The first detachable attaching portion and the corresponding second detachable attaching portion may form a detachable fastener.
The detachable fastener may comprise a hook-and-loop fastener.
The adjustable string has an adjustable ring knot provided at a first end of the adjustable string so as to adjust a length between the two ends.
The one of the pair of second detachable attaching portions is queued to a string portion in the adjustable ring knot at the first end of the adjustable string and the other one of the pair of second detachable attaching portions is queued to a string portion at a second end of the adjustable string.
The adjustable ring knot of the adjustable string may comprise a stopper configured for releasing and stopping a portion of the adjustable ring knot so as to adjust the size of the adjustable ring knot and the adjustable length between the pair of the second detachable attaching portions.
The adjustable string may comprise flexible string.
Each of the pair of the second detachable attaching portions may comprise a through-hole for being connected to the adjustable string.
The stopper may comprise a collapsible ring stopper with the first end of the adjustable string is fixed to the collapsible ring stopper forming a ring knot portion by pushing through the collapsible ring stopper. The one of the pair of the second detachable attaching portions is queued by a string portion of the ring knot portion, so that the ring stopper is collapsed to fix the position thereof, the adjustable length, and the size of the ring knot portion.
Alternatively, the one or two fixing portions may comprise a pair of fine toothed combs, each of which being configured for engaging the corresponding adjustable string knot and fixing the hair fixing band to hairs of the user.
Each of the pair of fine toothed combs may comprise a thong portion and a third detachable attaching portions.
The thong portion is for gripping and fixing the fine toothed comb to the hairs of the user.
The third detachable attaching portions are configured for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion.
The advantages of the present invention are: (1) the adjustable hair piece according to an embodiment of the invention is easily adjustable in size; and (2) the adjustable hair piece according to an embodiment of the invention enables the user to attach and detach conveniently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Referring to the figures, the embodiments of the invention are described in detail.
FIGS. 1 through 3 show an adjustable hair piece according to an embodiment of the invention, and FIGS. 4-6 show another adjustable hair piece according to another embodiment of the invention.
An aspect of the invention provides adjustable hair piece 100, comprising a hair fixing band 10, a plurality of hair strands 20, a first detachable attaching portion 13, and one or two hair-fixing portions 30 as shown in FIGS. 1-3.
The hair fixing band 10 has a bottom surface 11 and a top surface 12.
The plurality of hair strands 20 are fixed to and extending from the hair fixing band 10.
The first detachable attaching portion 13 is provided on the top surface 12 of the hair fixing band 10.
The hair fixing band 10 may be unstretchable.
The one or two fixing portions 30 may comprise a pair of second detachable attaching portions 32 and an adjustable string 34.
The pair of second detachable attaching portions 32 are configured for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion 13.
The pair of the second detachable attaching portions 32 are detachably attached and fixed to the corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion 13 with an adjustable length between the pair of the second detachable attaching portions 32.
The one or two hair-fixing portions 30 are connected to the first detachable attaching portion 13 and configured for fixing the adjustable hair piece 100 to the hairs (not shown) of a user.
The first detachable attaching portion 13 and the corresponding second detachable attaching portion 32 may form a detachable fastener.
The detachable fastener may comprise a hook-and-loop fastener. Which portion, hook or loop, of the hook-and-loop fastener is provided on which of the first detachable attaching portion 13 and the corresponding second detachable attaching portion 32 does not matter.
The adjustable string 34 has an adjustable ring knot 36 provided at a first end of the adjustable string 34 so as to adjust a length between the two ends as shown in FIG. 3.
The one of the pair of second detachable attaching portions 32 is queued to a string portion in the adjustable ring knot 36 at the first end of the adjustable string 32 and the other one of the pair of second detachable attaching portions 32 is queued to a string portion at a second end of the adjustable string 34.
The adjustable ring knot 36 of the adjustable string may comprise a stopper 37 configured for releasing and stopping a portion of the adjustable ring knot 36 so as to adjust the size of the adjustable ring knot 36 and thus the adjustable length between the pair of the second detachable attaching portions 32.
The adjustable string 32 may comprise flexible string, but not stretchable.
Each of the pair of the second detachable attaching portions 32 may comprise a through-hole for being connected to the adjustable string 32.
The stopper 37 may comprise a collapsible ring stopper with the first end of the adjustable string 32 is fixed to the collapsible ring stopper forming a ring knot portion by pushing through the collapsible ring stopper. The one of the pair of the second detachable attaching portions 32 is queued by a string portion of the ring knot portion 36, so that the ring stopper 37 is collapsed to fix the position thereof, the adjustable length, and the size of the ring knot portion 37.
Alternatively, the one or two fixing portions 30 may comprise a pair of fine toothed combs, each of which being configured for engaging the corresponding first detachable attaching portion 13 and fixing the hair fixing band 10 to hairs of the user.
Each of the pair of fine toothed combs may comprise a thong portion 42 and a third detachable attaching portions 44.
The thong portion 42 is for gripping and fixing the fine toothed comb to the hairs of the user.
The third detachable attaching portions 44 are configured for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion 13.
In certain embodiments of the invention, the thong portion 42, a comb portion, may form a main body and then the third detachable attaching portions 44 may be provided on a surface of the main body, that is, the comb portion, which is contrary to the illustrated embodiment.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to different embodiments thereof, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that variations in form, detail, compositions and operation may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the accompanying claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. An adjustable hair piece comprising:

a hair fixing band having a bottom surface and a top surface;

a plurality of hair strands fixed to and extending from the hair fixing band;

a first detachable attaching portion provided on the top surface of the hair fixing band; and

one or two hair-fixing portions attached detachably to the first detachable attaching portion and configured for fixing the adjustable hair piece to the hairs of a user.

2. The adjustable hair piece of claim 1, wherein the hair fixing band is unstretchable.

3. The adjustable hair piece of claim 1, wherein the one or two fixing portions comprise:

a pair of second detachable attaching portions configured for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion; and

an adjustable string having an adjustable ring knot provided at a first end of the adjustable string so as to adjust a length between the two ends, wherein one of the pair of second detachable attaching portions is queued to a string portion in the adjustable ring knot at the first end of the adjustable string and the other one of the pair of second detachable attaching portions is queued to a string portion at a second end of the adjustable string,

wherein the pair of the second detachable attaching portions are detachably attached and fixed to the corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion with an adjustable length between the pair of the second detachable attaching portions.

4. The adjustable hair piece of claim 3, wherein the first detachable attaching portion and the corresponding second detachable attaching portion form a detachable fastener.

5. The adjustable hair piece of claim 4, wherein the detachable fastener comprises a hook-and-loop fastener.

The adjustable hair piece of claim 3, wherein the adjustable ring knot of the adjustable string comprises a stopper configured for releasing and stopping a portion of the adjustable ring knot so as to adjust the size of the adjustable ring knot and the adjustable length between the pair of the second detachable attaching portions.

7. The adjustable hair piece of claim 6, wherein the adjustable string comprises flexible string.

8. The adjustable hair piece of claim 6, wherein each of the pair of the second detachable attaching portions comprises a through-hole for being connected to the adjustable string.

The adjustable hair piece of claim 6, wherein the stopper comprises a collapsible ring stopper with the first end of the adjustable string is fixed to the collapsible ring stopper forming a ring knot portion by pushing through the collapsible ring stopper, and wherein the one of the pair of the second detachable attaching portions is queued by a string portion of the ring knot portion, so that the ring stopper is collapsed to fix the position thereof, the adjustable length, and the size of the ring knot portion.

10. The adjustable hair piece of claim 1, wherein the one or two fixing portions comprise a pair of fine toothed combs, each of which being configured for engaging the first detachable attaching portion and fixing the hair fixing band to hairs of the user.

11. The adjustable hair piece of claim 10, wherein each of the pair of fine toothed combs comprises:

a thong portion for gripping and fixing the fine toothed comb to the hairs of the user, and

a third detachable attaching portions configured for being attached detachably to corresponding portions of the first detachable attaching portion.
