In. carrying out the principles or" the invention, I provide avibratorunit attachment which is characterized by two coacting parts, one of said parts being; "in theiorm of an adapter and the other" partserving as: the vibrator head.
In accordance with my aims, I thus produce a vibrator unit attachment whichis simple; economicaL-easy to mount and remove andwliich' is otherwise aptly fitted, to accomplish satisfactory and desirable results. 7
Other features and advantages will become more readily apparent from the following description and the accompanying illustrative drawings.

Figure 1 is a side elevational View of the attachment, this comprising the adapter and vibrator head.

Figure 3 is a top plan view of the stimulator type vibrator head.
Figure 4 is a cross section on the plane of the line 44 of Figure 1 with the parts assembled.
Figure 5 is a bottom plan viewof the vibrator head.
Figure 6 is a bottom plan view of the assemblage seen in Figure 4.
Figure 7 is a view partly in section and partly in elevation showing a fragmentary portion of the conventional electric safety razor actuating instrument, the razor head being replaced by the vibrator unit attachment in operating position.
Referring now to the drawings by distinguishing reference numerals it will be seen that the vibrator head is denoted, as a unit, by the numeral 8 and the adapter is indicated at 9. The adapter as shown in the drawings, comprises a substantially rectangular block formed with a keyhole-shaped recess, the latter defining a slideway I0 and an entrance opening or slot H communicating with said slideway. At the righthand end as shown in Figure 1, is a keeper notch l2, this to accommodate an existing keeper lug Orion- 1:. Palmer Jn, Beverly Hills, Calif.

The xternal shape and proportions of the adapter is such as to allow the-same tobe-moun'ted into the grooved or slotted head ofthe body of saidrazor actuating instrument after the razor head has been taken out. The particular razor actuating instrument shown is of the Schick shaver type.
The vibrator head comprises a substantially rectangular plate I! with stimulator teats l8 thereon. The reciprocator is indicated at I9, this being substantially cylindrical in cross-sectional form and being attached in parallel spaced relation to the plate by way of suitable studs 2E3. In its bottom the reciprocator i9 is provided with a central kerf or notch 2i to join with the ballhead of the actuator finger M as brought out in Figure 7. On opposite sides of the central notch I provide additional keeper and wider notches 22 to accommodate the studs Hi and to allow the limited reciprocation motion applicable by the part I 4 to said head.
In practice, the cutter head of the razor I3 is generally held in place by a set-screw (not shown). Therefore, by loosening the set screw, the cutter head is removed and the attachment unit, made up of the complemental parts 8 and 9, as described in this application, is substituted therefor as illustrated in Figure '7. That is to say, the adapter 9 fits down into the grooved end of the razor actuating instrument with the pins or lugs IS extending up through and beyond the accommodation holes 16a, said extending ends seating in the motion regulating notches 22. The actuating finger ld'works from side to side in the slot 15 and extends up through the slot and into the driving kerf or notch 25. Consequently, when the razor is turned on the Vibrator head 8 shifts from side to side in relation to the adapter to provide the desired stimulating or vibrator results. As stated, the device can be used for scalp and skin vibrating and stimulating purposes.
It is thought that persons skilled in the art to which the invention relates will be able to obtain a clear understanding of the invention after considering the description in connection with the drawings. Therefore, a more lengthy description is regarded as unnecessary.
Minor changes in the shape, size and arrangement of details coming within the field of invention claimed may be resorted to in actual practice, if desired.
Having described the claimed as new is:
1. A vibrator attachment for mechanical-electric dry razor actuating means comprising in combination, an adapter in the form of a rectangular block having predetermined proportions, the outer half portion of said block having a longitudinal channel opening through opposite transverse ends of the block and forming a slideway, said channel further opening into an entrance slot which, in turn, opens through the outer longitudinal face of said block, the bottom of the block having a keeper notch at one end, a centrally elongated slot, and pin accommodating holes on opposite sides ofthe ends 01 said slot, said slot and pin holes opening into said slide-way, and a vibrator head comprising a substantially rectangular plate provided on its outer face with a multiplicity of massaging teats, and provided on the opposite inner face intermediate and inwardly of outer transverse ends with a pair of duplicate spaced parallel right angularly disposed studs, said studs extending into said entrance slot and being provided on their inner ends with a cylindrical reciprocating member, said member being operable in said slide-way, the studs being at right angles to the plate and invention, what is member and said member being parallel and spaced in relation to the plate, the lower half portion of said cylindrical reciprocating member being provided with a central notch and a pair of larger and keeper notches on opposite sides of said central notch.
