Be it known that we, EDWARD E. J oNEs and GEORGE L. KITsoN, of the city of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented au amusing' and Improved Spinning- Top, which We call au Eolian or Musical Top, of which the following is a specification. y

The shape is similar to an ordinary top, as seen by the annexed drawings, makin g' a part of this specification.
