Similar reference characters indicating corresponding parts in the views, let the numoral 5 designate a block adapted to be fastened to a wall or other suitable support by means of screw-eyes 6 or other suitable fas-' tening devices. To this block is attached the basin-holder, comprising the circular body "portion 7, the parallel rearwardly-extending arms 7, and the hinged extremities 7 bent at rightiangles to the arms and held in place by means of staplesSor other suitable fastening devices, which permit the holder to turn freely on the block. To the lower part of this block are attached two separated wire members composed of horizontal parts 9, outwardly-turned loops 9, and downwardly-bent parts 9. The extremities of the arms 9 are inserted in the block ojust above the hinged parts? of the holder. The two lower parts- 9 of the wire members are fastened to the block by means of staples 10 or other suitable fastening devices. The horizontal arms 9. of the said wire parts form the support for a soap-box 22. (Shown in Fig.1 and by dotted lines in Fig. 2.) The lateral projections 9 form a support for the arms? of the basinh'older and prevent it from falling below the horizontal position whenin use. g

The block 5 is provided on'each side with a spring arm or catch 12,- adapted to engage the arms 7, of the-basimholder andsupport it in the folded position when not in use. This device prevents the basin from slipping out of place during the folding operation.

From the foregoing description the" use of thedevice will bere'adily understood. When in the position shown in .Fig. 1, the soap-box is located between the basin and the block-5;: When it is desired to fold the'basin and holder, the latter is grasped by 2. depending front bend 7 and raised until the spring hooks 12 engage the arms 7". These arms are sufficiently separated to pass on opposite sides of the soap-box and its support during the folding operation.

The basin 14 may be easily detached from its holder when for any reason it may be nee-s essary or desirable to do so, as for the purpose of emptying water. The device when the basin is removed is illustrated in Fig. 3.-
