This invention contemplates a tool ches tothe under side of a Work bench to provide a drawer for tools and the like, and which when removed from the work bench is especially adapted for use as a case for carrying such tools from place to place.

The object of the invention to produce a tool chest Which fills the above requirements and at the same time is cheap, strong, and neat in appearance.
